I bought a 50 ft Craftsman water hose from Sears. The water hose come with lifetime warranty replacement. I spent $50 for lifetime warranty hose. The hose was bursted 2 months ago. I tried to get the hose by contacted with Sears, Craftsman, Orbit. Not thing happen at the end I did filed with FTC. Sears should take responsibility for their own. So sick and tired with all of them. I will never buy anything from Sears, Craftsman, Orbit again.

Love this Sears store! They have EVERYTHING you need! Great prices in great selection. Neat and organized, not clustered or crowded. Very nice Department Store.

This was my first time to use Sears Appliance Repair and it was a great experience. The technician was friendly and a pleasure to talk to. He came out twice, the first to evaluate the problem and order the parts and the second time to install them. He waited to be sure the parts were working before leaving. You go in the store and you find what you want, they deliver it and if theres an issue, you have the great Sears home warranty or their extended warranty, it worked for me, thank you Sears.This is a great Sears store, friendly staff, clean inside and everything I need here.

Had trouble finding pants my size elsewhere, but found a pair of Dockers I liked at Sears at a reasonable price. In the tool department there are lots of shortages, the clerk told me, because of supply chain problems caused by Covid 19.

I had a really bad experience at sears now it is one of the worst times of sears because there personal dont care including the manager Elaine at concord sears I dont like saying names but she was very rude to us. We ordered an apliance it took longer than expected after waiting for several months when we finally got it it was damaged we called customer service and they sent me from one department to another after call several times and never solved the problem so I decided to go back to the store to get my refund because it was fully paid when I got to the store the manager was there and we explained the problem and she threatened to call security and was disrespectful to us i do not recommend this sears or any products at sears because they dont deliver on time and they dont care about customers overall Im very disappointed with them .

Watch Department deserves 5 Stars although unfortunately hes in an out of the way spot in the lower level of this former mainstay department store. Ill try to keep track of where the watchmaker goes after Sears folds its tent. Too bad it succumbed to a chainsaw management owner.

Never really shop here, only for appliances. The fridge we got was good priced. Not enough employees though. And most of the store seems empty.

The price always beats a lot of stores. I always end up buying things like lounge wears kids clothes. Good selection of shoes. Sears clothes including Bras last for longest time. I really like their selection at sun valleyMall.🤩

Always happy with their appliances but do NOT purchase their Cinch Home Services warranty plan. Its a sham! no show and they charge every time one calls. and they dont follow through with the promised replacement.

Working in an office, or building the office building, Sears has the right clothes for the job. The clothes are NICE and right now lots of 40, 50, 60, 70 percent off signs. Even 50% off Levis. Sears is really the greatest department store of all time hands down.

They are going out of business and it shows.We actually couldnt find anybody to help us with what we needed, didnt see any employees on the floor at all actually. As an old retail manager it looked like an AP nightmare.We ended up going to a different store, tho we honestly didnt intend to go to sears to begin with, the parking at that entrance just happened to be empty and they could have potentially filled our need.Everything had really deep discounts I noticed tho, so if youre looking to get a bunch of clothes on the cheap, I mean, it was cheaper than Walmart at Im assuming better quality (its still sears after all).Sears never recovered from 2007 to begin with so at least theyre still hanging in there I suppose.

Visited Vincent to get watch batteries replaced. Also bought a wall clock in discount. Got 6 luxury watches back with new batteries in about 30 min. Very happy with service.

The worst experience to buy I do not recommend, I bought a refrigerator that they sold me as NEW and it only worked 4 months, I bought a SEARS guarantee and I have 7 weeks without a refrigerator because SEARS has NOT solved the problem 5 visits from different technicians and 12 pieces I have received for a “NEW” refrigerator that the very inept and poorly trained cannot fix.

Placed an order for a fridge 4 months ago. Ever since then they call me every 2 weeks to reschedule. They said “Hey the manufacturer is having delays, but we have this fridge in stock at the store, and I can guarantee it will be delivered by the 19th”. So I switched the order. Got a call on the 18th, it’s delayed, call us back to reschedule. So I call back, wait on hold 40 minutes for them to pick up the phone, they say they will check my order, and then they hang up. And they have the balls to send me the same automated message every hour, “call us back to reschedule!”Screw you sears, you call me back with a live person to reschedule it. I’m over your BS. I’ve waited 4 months for my fridge.

I love Sears although some of the clothes arent cute. There arent a lot of good options for little girls. There is always a great deal when I shop there. I love being able to use my money points on purchases.

I was helped by Kevin in selecting a mattress at this Sears store. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in recommending mattresses. By this time I had been to several mattress stores in the bay area. But Kevins customer service stood out.Likewise earlier when I called this Sears store a different salesperson picked up the phone (Kevin). He was also very helpful in answering my questions.Based on my interactions with the mattress department personnel, I give 5 stars to this store.

They delaying the delivery of my washer and dryer

I took two old watches to have their batteries changed. the gentleman that services the watch repair counter has been there for decades. is not only knowledgeable but hes patient kind and knows exactly what to do. He only charges for what he does and their prices are extremely reasonable. if you need simple repairs or maintenance to your watch I recommend this place

I want to say two things. The first is that the store smells like humid for parts and second that I loved the service and friendliness of the cashier Consuelo López.Nice human being.My five 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 is for the cashier.

Sad to see this giant and one of my favorite stores ever going down due to the area! Use to frequent but now being attached to one of the shadiest malls in the east bay area. I dont go.

Good for gifts of clothing or some quick shops. Exercise and tools. Fridges or beds. On regular days its not too busy. Holiday season the lines get very long and they suffer from understaffed members or slow workers. So if you last minute shop, expect long delays

Sear Automotive is the Best. They said it might be 2 1/2 - 3 hour wait. Got my oil changed in 1 hour! Sweet!

Its so sad to watch what is happening to Sears. A once great store is falling apart at the seams. It makes me want to cry. At least the Craftsman brand is living on at Lowes...apparently Lowes is also stocking the Kenmore brand.

Sears Concord, CA is a valuable store that sells quality merchandise at reasonable prices. I took the time to walk the entire store to familiarize myself with everything this store has. I was impressed by the selection of different items and services offered within the store. Everything a home, car, and person would need is sold at Sears. Yes - Sears has had a difficult run fighting the online competition. Yes - Sears has had some inventory issues. And Yes - sometimes you need to wait for a cashier. But even so - Sears remains competitively priced and provides real value to hard working families. I purchased a nice watch, clothes, and kitchen items on my last trip. People should support Sears and avoid monopolistic competitors that sell counterfeit goods. Give this store a chance and support a business that actually provides value to our society.

Very sad and disappointed they are doing so poorly. Something I ordered was sent from the Concord store. They didnt print the size on the picking tickets or packing slips, and they sent the wrong size. They dont answer their phones -- maybe their phones are broken. Their store phone menu has no customer service department. On the Sears website, their customer service link doesnt lead to any humans. The toll free number closes at 5pm Pacific time, because I guess they decided Californians had no money to spend. Great business decision! Their returns / exchanges website doesnt have an option to say, you sent me the wrong items, just take these back and send the correct ones, The emails they send say dont reply to this email. They use the cheapest UPS shipping, not even UPS ground, so you cant use UPS MyChoice to adjust the shipping address (if you want an order held at a UPS location for pickup). When I asked for a manager at the Sears general toll free number, they left me on hold almost an hour, and then hung up! When I called back and spoke to a manager, and gave some suggestions on how they could improve, she hung up.

It was ok.I was looking for mens clothing and it is not very well laid out.I had to look and look plus I wanted a belt. I finally had to ask where and I got a vague wave of the hand. I was able to find a couple but they were way to small.

Sears was good at first good service registers open for every department now only 2...??..come on! Big lines it took me 15 minutes waiting till my purchase wow really? Plus they are offering their credit card but when we say No means No but they insist its frustrating...good luck

Hard to believe they are still in Business. Use to shop here all the time, but that was years ago. Sears is just one of those companies whose management ran them into the ground by. Like MontgomeryWards and Kmart can’t imagine they will be around much longer. And to think they were the original Amazon for over 75 years.

Just a SHOUT OUT for the watch repair services they have. Winston is the BEST ! He is a master of his craft. He was able to find a way to repair my Guess bracelet wrist watch...I went to other places and could not do anything...He also meticulously cleaned my other watches which I brought for batteries...I dont know how he did it, but the scratches disappeared on my Swatch watch. He is GREAT!!! They charge reasonable..

I had such a bad experience. i went to take pictures at picture people located inside sears so no one showed up to assisted me with my pictures so I called to ask to speak to a manager at sears and one of the people who worked there stated we dont have anything to do with the picture people and the manager is going to tell you the samething which is fine but I still wanted to speak to the Manager at Sears because you have this company inside your facility/company you should have some kind of contact with the people who run it there. so I waited 50 MORE MINUTES for no one to show up Not the manager of Sear nor Anyone from the Picture people. the reason for this review to sears was because the customer service was TERRIBLE!! and for the manager not to show up mad it that much more BAD !!!!

Huge store inside Sun Valley mall. Nice shirts and pants always on sale. Clothes are not bad at all, especially they are cheap. Not many check out counters. Lot of parking space and at convenient location.

I almost never shop here except when my husband needs pants. Today the lines went faster than anticipated but it was so darn hot everyone in line and the employees were sweating. I saw future customers put items back on shelves because Sears is too hot. I used the restroom and lets say Id rather use a truck stop restroom then use Sears restroom again!!!

Went to various places looking for a refrigerator and Sears has the biggest selection, more than Lowes, Home Depot and Pacific Appliance. We came at almost closing so service was focused on us. But our sales guy was very patient and explained the different technologies with the refrigerators. All said and done, got 15% off and 6 months deferred interest and free delivery (but had to pay $25.00 to haul away the old one) within three days.

I can remember shopping at Sears as a child with my Mom 50+ yrs. ago. Their secret was take care of your customers with variety of products that last andafford. Sears is one of last retail icons with generations of loyal customers that will have brands not found elsewhere.

Went to the Picture People inside Sears. It was literally the worst experience Ive ever had at a picture place. Waited with my two year old for 45 minutes before we were even spoken to by the one associate working. She never apologized for the wait or explained anything to us at all. Very low energy and barely worked with my son at all to get some good photos. We ended up with only two usable photos from our twenty minute session and spent a total of almost two hours at this place. I will never come here again and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. If you care to be treated respectfully and have a memorable experience, spend a little extra and go to a local photographer. They put so much more passion and care into what they do.
