Each Costco is uniform to its other stores. Cant say I loved or disliked this place as it meets my expectations as a customer. Lots of great products and plenty of it. I love the vitamins 💊 selection & the 🪴plants/trees🌳 for sale. Tons of free parking which is a huge plus!

This Costco usually has what we want this time we went there was no toilet paper lol .. Antioch. Never has any vegan options that my wife is looking for its always usually Concord that has what my wife is looking for dont kno why but Thank you Concord costco for keeping vegan/ vegetarian options in stock

They brought back the samples so the cart jams are back but theyre finally actively moving people through check out and door receipt check. Good variety of fresh foods and good Kirkland brands. Only drawback is the parking lot.

Gotta be aggressive if you want primo parking but a clean store with very helpful employees.

I have been having trouble with customer service at this location. Lately a lot of staff here have been very rude.BUT TODAY I was really grateful for the staff that helped me out. I want to give a huge shout out to Brandon. He helped me out, and he has great customer service! Thank you again!

Its freaking Costco, come and get good prices on tons of stuff.

Laguna Area Costco is nice. It is clean and organized. Also, there is plenty of parking and it feels very safe as opposed to the one off Power Inn road. This is where the nice folks shop from the Elk Grove Laguna niche and you can tell the difference.

This is the best store ever. It has everything a person could need. Everything is organized and its easy to find what you need.

This costco is my home store, its much better than the Pittsburgh/Antioch one. Here you can basically walk in with out being harassed the Pittsburgh one they force you to show a member card and wont even let you get food at the food Cort without a official card. Concord location is great and has never done this to me. They are hard up on the temporary ID because I forgot mine a few times and had to get a temp ID to shop and they took it after I shopped so to make sure it was not re used. Understandable enough.

I get my pet meds at this pharmacy. Not only is it a cool store for whatever you need, but they offer a pet pharmacy as well as ppl.👍😊

Seriously love this place..... But...... I do have two complaints I bought a shower head last week that someone had used and returned.... ugh 😩 nasty...And we found used shoes in a box that also looked like a return same shoe just hella dirty on the bottom....my other complaint is people leaving refrigerated food out on the floor....if its cold Ill always take it back to a refrigerator and if not Ill give it to somebody on the floor..... and we need the combination Pizza 🍕 back please and Tesla charging stations in the parking lot 🥰😍

Yes.This Costco had plexiglass protectors up really quickly when Covid began. I feel like they take my safety seriously and they definitely have my business because of that.They also put limits on items so everyone could purchase what they needed (toilet paper, bottled water, etc). Even though people should have known better, and been kind to their neighbors, this was enforced and I appreciated it. You may not have been able to get 1000 rolls of toilet paper (seriously people) but you could definitely get what you actually needed.Everyone is always helpful, be it finding items or solving issues (random leaking laundry detergent cleanup, etc).Restrooms are always in working order.Food court was upgraded with contact-less kiosks, super easy, safe, and fast for food ordering! Love it!Thank you Costco team!

Concord Costco has more variety than the Richmond costco, different set up when walking through.

Nicely organized, and fun to shop away from my home store. Plenty of parking and easy in and out. Go during the week obviously

Everything is good in concord location. We are hungry then ordered the hotdog and turkey hamburger.cheap and fast. And ordered the whole pizza for my friends in dinner. So yummy and great.

Costco tire rotation info.. the guys in the shop were super nice.. the one star was lack of info when buying tires and to get your attention so you dont make the same mistake I made.Everyone should know Costco has good tire prices. What you might not know about the Walnut Creek and other city locations... I was told I had to make an appointment for tire rotation. Ive been a member for 30 years and never had to make an appointment for tire rotation. So I get here and then I cant make an appointment because I quote their system is down so I asked can I make an appointment on the phone ? That question got no answer.So my unasked question is do I have to make an appointment to make an appointment tire store employee told me times are hard. Well as a teenage college student I worked in a garage where winter temperatures were often below zero and metal tools could be so cold they would take your skin off if they were too cold. Id be the last person to complain about a hard working man butt sic two, two hour round trips just to make one appointment. I will update this review if I find out more info .So heres my update I talked with tire store manager after telling him I was here with a nail in my rear tire and he had to take that tire off could we rotate the rest of the tires today.Pete was very nice he explained this is a very busy store because I couldnt schedule a nail in the tire repair if I was willing to wait all day he would get to rotation when he could.So heres the straight upmake an appointment for tire rotation if youre going to a busy city Costco. If you find a nail in a tire bring it in but dont expect to rotate your tires without an appointment. Costco should post policy on appointments at tire store locations . Thats why I gave one star but really they went the extra for me so I didnt have to make an extra 2 hour trip to rotate. I would change my star rating but Im leaving it one star to get the attention of other customersHappy trails to you. Roy Roger

Always good, always friendly. Only bulk amount! Sold out very quick, very often, so buy it if there is one! All kinds products are available for you. More than enough large parking lots free for you. Reasonable annual membership fee. The only bad thing here at this time is, they dont control how many people inside the store!

It’s always fun to shop in Costco. Saturday and Sundays are busy . I always try to go there around 6PM.

In and out I never have trouble on this place.

When shopping at the Concord location I always wonder if I should be dressed like a Mad Max character or just go ahead and put on a full football uniform. This is full contact high speed shopping. They have what you need at a great price but there should be some kind of NASCAR like rules about taking out other shoppers listed at the front of the store.

Everything is Well managed and organized. Staffs are super cool and friendly. From Customer service to checkout everything is 10/10. Good part is now they have wide range of organic, keto, diary free items. I just wish them to include more gluten free items in their store. I have been going this store for more than 4 years and I just love this store. They have diary free yoghurts, ice creams, milk and milk products. It’s a worth going to this store and you will just love it.

I am finding fewer reasons to shop here. I despise the frequent reorganizing of the store making products more difficult to find, If I cant find it; I cant buy it. I hate when they replace brand names with their inferior Kirkland brand. Costco just did that with POM pomegranate juice. I wont buy the Kirkland version.

Tire center service became horrible lately. They never pick up the phone. I tried calling 6 times throughout the week. I got an appointment to fix my tire and pool a nail. I had to wait over 2 hours for that even with an appointment. Not sure whats the point of making the appointment. Disappointing.

The policy to make sunglasses returns at optical is ridiculous. Then folks who just want to return one thing are waiting for folks who have prescriptions and fittings. Also, the folks at optical didnt even know how to process a return. Missed my Bart train by a few precious minutes after wasting nearly half an hour waiting and figuring out the return, so now I have plenty of time till the next one to sit and write this review.

Typical Costco with great service, clean store, and decent prices.

This review is for the Costco Gas Station. Everything went smooth. I could see an attendant standing watching things.What I would love to see is like what I have seen at the Ukiah Costco Gas Station--they actually wipe down the nozzle handle, the credit card machine, and other places where people touch.

I like this Costco because it has a wider range of food than most Costco’s I’ve been to.The minus - about 25% of the store wasn’t wearing a mask properly and no one was saying a blessed thing.

There is nothing that u will not find at COSTCO. This is THE place. Most economical, but bulk purchase.Its a membership store. Which means you need to buy a membership card.

Family isnt big enough to buy 30 apples at a time (Im exaggerating a bit) but all the staples and pantry food this is a great value.

They have great prices on everyday items but you have to buy them in bulk. The warehouse was not busy when we arrived before 8 pm and we were out before closing. They still have the hot dog/drink combo for $1.50 and a whole pizza for $10. Restricted menu because of the Covid 19 pandemic. Gas prices are less than any neighboring gas stations. You have to have a Costco membership card or have a Costco cash card to enter the warehouse and shop.

Very busy place but people are well served.Good attitudes toward those needing assistance.

Prices are low on everything. Has a phone station, has a great snack bar, has great selections of foods, can go home with a years worth of food for only a few hundred dollars. A twenty dollar trip to Costco can last you about two weeks. Lines are typically filled up, but fast as you can service. My and my mom go there almost every two weeks.

Costco is always a favourite in my book! Just be aware that this is the busiest grocery store in the area. Dont shop in the mornings (9am-12pm) because these are the busiest times. I dont mind the crowds but most people are rude, to the point they will yell at you. I feel so bad for the Costco employees because theyre always patient and polite the whole time and they have to deal with this

I like Costco. But have you ever gone there and you really are looking forward to re purchasing some items and they no longer are carrying them? Thats always a bummer. Costco is always great. This location happens to be very busy most of the time though. Glad they finally added the 8 self-check stations which makes it much easier to get in and out of, even when it is super busy.

Concord employees BARBARA is very rude and lazy. She need customer service training gone the treat customer .she hung up on me twice as I tried to inquire of item that she refused to check the store. I tried to explain I confirmed with previous Mgr yesterday. Just rude!!

I really like a lot of things about Costco. This particular Costco location isnt my favorite, but thats only because of the way the store seems so crowded once you make it past the registers, and it seems like many of the customers arent making an effort to respect social distancing recommendations (written during covid season).This locations gas station seems to move along at a pretty speedy pace, which I really appreciate. The employees are always on top of keeping the shopping carts clean and sanitized, as well as keeping the store tidy.

Its a COSTCO, what more is there to say. This COSTCO does have lean pastrami and seeded Keto bread-which I like (if you can like Keto bread).

Why buy one item? When you can buy in BULK. bring your 4x4 cause you gonna need it!
