The team lead for up front was so helpful. She could tell that I had no idea what I was attempting to purchase(cigarettes for the adult kid). She looked everywhere for what in wanted, even in the under stock and was not able to find it. She patiently waited for me to contact him and find out his second choice. Google ask me for reviews on every Walmart and Walmart marketplace has if theres a real difference. I get it. You want to get the customers opinion about each location. Understandable, but these stores are relatively the same. Want anything I noticed about this particular story is that they had a door greeter. This isnt something I typically see out of Walmart marketplace. She was nice and kind but thats kinda implied in the greeter part of the position. So I cant really imply kudos for that. The parking lot didnt have shopping carts everywhere but thats typically a Walmart store thing and out of Walmart marketplace thing. All in all a great place for in and out groceries and basic house supplies for low-cost. Id recommend for my Marketplace to whoever needs to get a couple things for the house.

I had an experience on this past Thursday in which my wife and I had come into this Walmart to purchase a few items. We have shopped there many times and on this day my wife and I were racially profiled by the (Caucasian) individual that was monitoring the self checkout. We were ringing up our items and he stepped all the way back so that he could watch what I was doing as I was checking out items. I did not press customer assistance needed button nor did the machine sound off. Walmart needs to get a handle on this as it shows the level of ignorance. Being Black in America I have experienced this enough to know when I and we are being watched. Also he was not very good at it. Get some training in place about Race sensitivity. This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

A lot easier to navigate than a regular Walmart. Always clean and fast!

Alot of pallets out, alot of shelves empty. And only self check out open. Its ridiculous.

Heard associates saying most of the employees are out and have covid since their arent that many associates there. Store smells horrible. Seen mouses running through aisles. Associates are rude and refuse to move out thr way and choose to carry on with their conversations. Lines are always long and no cashiers available.

The police are always at the store. Their is something going on every week whether its the guy that refused to leave the womens restroom or some homeless guy asking to use peoples phone and ends up getting the cops called on him. Parking lot is always dirty. Associates like Angie Parker and Jay standing in front of the doors smoking cigarettes. Open cans being left in shelves inside the store or associates not wearing masks properly.

Oh the smells.. maybe its just the summer, but this Walmart could do with some better ventilators.

Love this store. Fresh veggies are great, good bakery selection, meat and even frozen items. Some are off brands but if you research a lot are made by same people that make the brand names. Love going thru the household items. People are very friendly.

I placed an order to pick up at 7pm it is now 8:25 and I still do not have my order!!!! Soooo what did I pay my money for? I could have went inside and got my items myself. What was the reason for placing orders online if it’s not ready to pick up at the specific time.?

Trash everywhere in parking lot and my business across the street. There is a car on blocks in the parking lot. This place needs to be cleaned up it makes the neighborhood and surrounding area look terrible. Unbelievable that this is allowed

The store is well maintained, everything was clean, the aisles were wide and clear. They stock my favorite brand of candy. Everything a growing boy needs.

Shopping here recently was good. The selection was good and lines were not too bad at the ttime. We will be back...also you can do pickup here too!

Only 1 cashier but still went pretty quick. Much cleaner than others around. Seemed to be more strick with the cleaning carts, mask wearing etc. Much better now than what it was a few months ago.

The shopping here was absolutely uneventful and extremely easy. The store was exceptionally well stocked and the level of ease with regards to shopping at eight pm was impressive.

Who uses FRUITY PEBBLES-flavored creamer, for Gods sake?This is up there with the dill pickle ice pops and the trop-ickles. GROSS.

This is such an easy walmart to get in and out. Stock is limited because its a small store but its nice not having to deal with the crowds.

I found this store was sloppy, and difficult to navigate. The associate were rude and not helpful. There is a new stocking approach, no pricing on the shelf, for product. Particularly the paper towels, I was told to find a scanner, for prices. For people whom are elderly, disabled, or sick, this form of stocking handicaps them so much more. WALMART YOU ARE WRONG. As I have written you via email about this new agenda you have. And now more people will know and hopefully will not shop there. I left my cart of merchandise at the service desk, because of not being able to make a informed decision, and being scorned for asking for asistance.

Shelves not stocked, out of items. Lots!Been a couple of weeks now, Walmart seems to have a problem keeping the shelves stocked in the neighborhood stores, have shopped at both in my area and items I looked for, not on the shelf. Plenty of empty space, we have started shopping at Food Lion, Publix, Lowes Food, prices a little higher, but shelves are stocked. Lowes Food especially, cause all Walmarts in the area have stopped carrying a low carb milk, its stocked up in all the SC stores, so on my visits to SC, I stock up, otherwise I go to Lowes Food. Understand corporate wont allow the NC stores to order items, Calorie Countdown.

Everytime I visit the is always pallets and carts from restocking in the way. It almost like they want you to order what you want online and go through the pickup process. It also always seems like the checkouts are slower for some reason compared to other stores. Generally I find this place unpleasant to visit and will only go here if its greatly more convenient. Though most of the time I find its still not worth it.

This location needs to reexamine their loss prevention procedures! I completely understand and agree with an employee checking your receipt before you leave the store! However, not three times! The first time was fine. The second time a cashier was yelling at me while I was exiting. She had a line of people watching me walk over to show her my receipt. Very embarrassing! Then after exiting the store another employee started yelling at me about a receipt! I was half way across the parking lot. Again many people watching! Extremely embarrassing and offensive! Maybe tape your receipt to your shirt or forehead when exiting this store! I wont shop there again!

Professional workers and floor workers willing to assist you locate your items you cant find. The manager is a team player.

Ive been going to this location for a long time. The employees are very kind. If I cant find something they actually have you follow them to what youre looking for. But my last visit there was a women that came in with a dog. She put the dog in the shopping cart where you would put young kids at. This was not a service dog. So Im looking around to see how the employees were going to address this dog being in a shopping cart where I put my produce. So I see an employee walk up to the customer and say what a cute dog. I love dogs but no dog should be allowed in a shopping cart. All dogs carry germs. The shopping cart wasnt sanitized because the lady and I came out at the same time. Unless its a service dog they should not be allowed in the store. Especially where paying loyal customers put the food. I should of taken a picture

I gave been using the online ordering / pickup at the curb service for several months now and LOVE it! The staff here is great, they always get the order right and have it ready on time. They are friendly and take the time to say Hi to my daughter when shes with me. Would highly recommend this service and location.

From the dirty looks from the employees to the fact that they have a lot less to offer compared to the other Neighborhood Markets in the area, I will never return, nor will I refer people to this location. There needs to be sensitivity training in regards to people (especially children) with special needs, and if there is already some in place, there definitely needs to be a change in the training, program or the employees. This place needs a complete overhaul of both employees & the facility itself.

The guest service is hit or miss, with some of the staff being kind and earnest, and some lackadaisical and unprofessional. I have to hope for 0 issues with a scanner or pricing, and since someone seems to have recently begun random mispricing (legitimate, not incorrectly shelved items), I have to take pictures and wait for an eternity to be able to track a human down to fix things. If it was a rare issue, I would accept it. This is every trip now.I expect human error to an extent, but in the past 6 months, I have had a difficult time finding produce and dairy products in-date. Literally, dozens of things I encounter on my trip are expired by weeks. I have encountered some bad meats and produce that were in-date, too, and Ive seen others coming back in to Customer Service with the same issue. I am concerned that either the store or their supplier are mismanaging stock and that can lead to bigger health and hygiene problems.I know retail can be tough, but WalMart makes it tougher. When this store opened, the staff were excited and dedicated. These days, its like post-war trauma victims, doing their best. I feel for them when they are inundated with more stock than the store can hold (my goodness, the pallets all over the place...I rarely use a cart to avoid getting stuck.) A third of the products I used to purchase arent there anymore, but other neighborhood markets still carry them. Its more of a disappointment trip than anything else.The store can randomly close early, too. With reduced hours for pandemic precautions, I appreciate the website being updated, but they havent adhered to it several times. As its risky to interact with public spaces, I limit my trips to necessary shopping. When I show up 2 hours prior to closing time, and theres no explanation aside from a piece of copy paper stating closure, I feel unappreciated.The staff must be hurting for more people or from poor policies, but the overall result is a store I now avoid that was a staple for our home.

Lowering this review to 1 star, this walmart was the worst store i have ever been in. when we go to a bad store we usually say this is the walmart of (insert store name here). but in this case, this was the walmart of walmarts. they were stocking everywhere and so many pallets were blocking the aisles and made it hard for everyone to get around in the store. you should restock at night or before you open. also a worker smelled so bad of cigarettes after his smoke break i had to walk away and come back to that aisle so i could get what i needed. the store had a very unkempt feel and look to it and was not a pleasant experience whatsoever, i will not be returning to this store at all

I love this place, I can fill up a whole cart and only spend $150-160.00! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and it doesn’t get super crazy and crowded like the big Walmart! I also like how many self checkout lines there are for an even speedier checkout! Love this place, will always come back!
