I drive an f250 diesel. I went in to buy some DEF. I picked up a 2.5 gal jug, take it to the register and price rings up over $11.00 after tax. The price on the shelf was clearly marked 8.59. I let the lady know, but she didnt care and said the $11.00+ was what they were going to charge. It isnt the $3.00, its the principle. I have no problem taking my money somewhere else...

One of the best gas stations in Concord/Charlotte!!Have been coming to this station for years. Decided to finally leave a comment. Imo, one of the best stations around. They consistently have some of the best gas prices, the inside is always clean, and Ive always been treated very well by the staff and the owner(s). Rarely ever find the gas pumps out of paper towels (in the window washing station) nor empty of receipt paper (which seems to happen somewhat frequently at many other stations).Read several of the 1* reviews, and I certainly feel bad for the folks who didnt have a good visit here, but I can only say Ive never been treated poorly here (prob have visited this station x2/mnth for the last 5 years), although I only go inside about 25% of the time.Check the pics. The place ALWAYS looks this clean and organized. They usually have 2 cashiers during busy times and Im always in and out within a minute.

Since when is it acceptable for an owner of a gas station to yell at a PAYING customer bc they threw trash in the trash can?!This guy is absolutely ridiculous. I wish I had spent my hard earned money elsewhere, lesson learned!

They never scan anything and charge me Different prices on the same thing. They dont scan it so they can surcharge and make you pay more than it actual is

Car wash was ineffective. I thought it was broken so went inside and requested a refund. Man behind counter told me I need to wipe the whole car down after the car wash in order to clean it. Why pay for an “automatic” car wash if you have to wipe it down yourself to clean it? My refund request was denied and the employee was unprofessional and rude. Disappointing.

Clean establishment. But today for some reason today the Manager or Owner was extremely nasty /rude to me. I’ve been going to this station for months now. Randomly today the guy ask for Id, which isn’t a big deal. Then I noticed the manager. I asked him to tell the attendant I’m good to go. Since he knows me and usually rings me up. Instead he told me I better have my ID every time, with a rude demeanor. Then proceeded to tell me I don’t need to come to the store? Totally shocked I couldn’t believe it. That he would address a paying customer like that.To me customer service is very important. They need a lot of help in that department. They rarely say hello and never give you a bag unless you ask. “Cheap Skates” .Ill start taking my business elsewhere now.

I drove out of my way to use the getupside app to save on gas. This gas station did not provide data to getupside regarding my visit. I did not get the savings that I should have. I drove out of my way to be overcharged on gas. Rude.

79 cent sodas, best restroom of any gas station Ive ever visited, nice employees, and quick service. Great location! only advice is clean, free windshield scrub at the pumps. Doesnt affect me much but I have seen others impacted.

This is one of the nicest gas stations I’ve ever been too the customer service is beyond 5 stars Amit and his staff make sure you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in the door. The gas station has just about anything you need and is super clean and neat. Would definitely recommend you to visit and check out their establishment and great Gas prices.

Station is ok, but the car wash is terrible. My truck looked worse coming out than going in. Some sort of haze that i could wipe off and see the paint clearly underneath. Do not recommend the wash

Visited today $1.99 gas compared to paying @2.15 everywhere else.Brand new store, the inside is very clean and it has 79 cent sodas good customer service. Would definitely come again.

The staff at Willow Oaks is amazing! I have never been treated so nicely (at a gas station of all places). I needed a special product that most gas stations are currently out of. I stopped there for the first time to check them out. Amit, the owner, took the time to locate my product. He actually texted me the same night and not only found the product, but had it at his store that same night. Unbelievable! Like I said, I am not use to that level of concern from a convenient store. A++++++

I was delighted to see the New Willow Oaks BP across from Publix.Immediately it became intolerable. Owner has never placed towels, water, and brush at pumps to clean windshield. (cheap, cheap). All other BPs & non-BPs charge $2.59 gal for reg since the hurricane Harvey. Willow oaks charges $2.69. How can BP rationalize this? Dont even think about buying anything inside.Charlotte and Concord, you can expect this BP to charge at least $3.00 gal with Irma approaching.
