Very bad service, Indian pharmacist girl asked me to wait for 30 and said that she cannot find my profile name but its weird that she can see my phone number. Continuing waiting for 15, she said I may have to come back the next day, I said I need to get my vaccine on time as scheduled.Finally, I got my 2nd dose, but she didnt put my name into my correct profile. I got full Covid vaccine injections, but I cant download my full vaccination record (My QR) from CVS and from my Health Insurance websites. As I need it to submit to my workplace. I came to store and asked them to update my second dose with my Health Insurance card. But they denied to help, I will never come back to this place. Not recommended for international long name.
I went in today to get the covid test. I asked the manager if she would match the price online she said that she could could not something about shipping and I dont even know it was ridiculous her answer. I mentioned to her that Im pretty sure I had covid not to be mean but to let her know so that she could sanitize her hands and take precautions. Instead she told me its not funny that I shouldnt be shopping in the store I should be shopping online and was extremely rude to me. Now if they dont want people in there with covid they shouldnt offer the 15 minute test to see if you have covid or not in the store. I dont have covid I was going back to work today because Ive been in self-isolation for 10 days and this was the last day and I wanted to make sure I did not have it. But she didnt want to hear any of that she just decided to be rude to me and tell me I should have shopped online I will never stop there again.

Nice place I go there two or three times a week clean store prices are fare and employees are helpful and friendly. Thats been my experience.
I was so thankful for the staff at this CVS . I had to get my girlfriend some feminine products, ( because she was unable to leave the house .🤐 ) and i was really embarrassed to even be in that isle.Then a CVS associate by the name of Dyanna asked if i needed help. At first i didnt know how to say what I needed . Dyanna made it real simple and comfortable for me. And I was treated like a super hero when I got back home. THANK YOU C.V.S.
The store was neat, clean and organized. But what I really noticed was the cashier Tiffanie. She was friendly and very kind to every customer in line in front of me. This location is very convenient because it is not busy. Tons of parking.

This CVS location gave me $60 worth of fake $20 bills.The manager wrote down my name and my personal cell phone number and told me that lost prevention would give me a phone call and investigate.Let me note that its been over a month now and I havent heard anything back from CVS lost prevention or the CVS store that gave me the fraudulent money.Ive tried calling the store only to be put on hold for a lengthy amount of time.
My father had a very unpleasant experience at this CVS. He went in for a few items and wanted to redeem his extra bucks rewards. Christina the cashier was extremely rude towards my father and told him that he could not redeem his extra bucks rewards because the number he provided her was “incorrect.” However, he has had the same number for twenty years. He repeated the same number and she insisted that he gave her the wrong number and therefore could not continue with the transaction. She then proceeded to tell him that he could take the extra bucks rewards back to “whoever gave it to him.” He said he received the extra bucks rewards at the Walnut Creek CVS. The cashier repeated that he could take it back to “whoever gave it to him.” In the end, my father asked if he could try using his CVS card he had attached on his key ring and guess what, the number worked! He was able to use his extra bucks rewards. I did not appreciate how my father was treated. I understand people have bad days, but she was overly aggressive and rude. We enjoy shopping at CVS, but will not be returning to this particular location.

Strange store. Prices are almost all goods. I see no reason in this store. Walked in looked and left. Incomprehensible set of goods. There are no normal products, no cosmetics, no choice of drugs. A bit of everything.
