The coffee tasted more like it was made with an Old coffee filter, mind you I was there at 6:30am!Then!!!!!!!!!30mins into my coffee, my cup started to drink my coffee and itself. I’m not sure about y’all but a $3 cup is already expensive. And got it to taste bad, and melt away! 😒

Not sure why this place has such an overall low rating, I found it kinda cool for the type of place it is.Spacious inside and very authentic from the outside, place offers the verity of sweet temptations, filled with cream and crispy. Pleasant and fast service and great scenery on the donut production conveyor (see pictures).For those doughnut lovers – this is some thing to try.

5 stars because....it is a donut shop!! Awesome large factory shop with the production line visible behind a glass wall. Kinda fun to watch all that goodness slide down the line for production and sale. Great service even when we dropped in and purchased 12 dozen for a group event. Staff was super helpful and wonderful.

Super slow service - one person at drive through window and other person fulfilling online orders - no prioritization for people who are actually inside the store. 9:30am on Labor Day Monday and doughnut case has at least a few of each flavor.

Love that their is a drive thru close to us again. The staff is very nice and they practice social distance and safety protocol inside and outside of the restaurant.

I wouldnt recommend buying from this branch in the morning. Ive made 2 trips here around 6:30 am to purchase an assorted dozen. Both times without fail, I got donuts that tasted stale, and dry. I suspect they reused the donuts made from the night before. Im not coming back to this place again. I noticed the difference in quality having been eating at Krispy Kreme since being a teenager. Being from SoCal, in my opinion, the SoCal Krispy Kremes are held to a hire standard than this place.

Swantaleen who was working the drive thru had a tone that made me feel like she was annoyed with me the whole time I was ordering. Especially when I asked her to repeat back my order to make sure she got my assortment correct. When I pulled up to the window paid and she handed me my donuts I checked and saw that the chocolate glazed didnt have as much chocolate icing as they typically do. I politely asked her to replace the two for ones with a little more chocolate icing. She told me that they were all like that. I just dont appreciate when people lie to my face because their to lazy to go the extra step. Honestly if this is now the standard for how much chocolate icing they put on their donuts your better off just driving an extra 10 minutes to the one in Brentwood.

Fresh, hot donuts. I couldnt resist that bright red sign, you know the Neon Hot Donut sign. I was even more impressed with the coffee. I knew the donuts were yummy, but the coffee was a welcome jolt of caffeine to my weary traveler blues.

Very rarely have I gotten fresh or something close to resembling fresh donuts. If it wasnt for my wife liking them I would never go here again. Id rather support our local donut shop where you get better donuts for your money.

Location is set for quick orders with a drive up window. Online showed busy time ordered on line pick up wasn’t ready... donuts seemed not fresh.. served cold coffee after asking if we want hot or cold... associate served us anyway not telling us... experience could be much better... not the only donut store in the area... not even close to top choice... went because of reputation....

This location always blows, every time I come here, they act like they don’t know what a iced coffee is. The cashier was hella rude about it when I asked if they had the caramel mocha iced coffee that they had at EVERY OTHER LOCATION.He literally poured a hot coffee and threw ice in it. The ice melted before the coffee even got cold.Wasn’t even wearing a name tag I could see. I work retail too, I get it, but that was the worst service I’ve ever seen.

My favorite donuts. I always get a dozen and share. I love the custard filled chocolate and the chocolate creme filled. The cinnamon ones are great too.

This morning around 11:38 a crew in kryspy kremes concord a white old guy with the tattoo in the chest was super rude to customer we are trying to tell what we want he is rushing us and trying to tell at us i told him its too early to hot just chill i get so upset i think my blood pressure gets high i hope kryspy kremes to something for this situation they getting paid to get nicer i know its busy but customer dont deserve to treat like this special if they come there nice and just needing to buy something

I do enjoy Krispy Kreme and their donuts, and their staff is usually friendly and professional. However on this day as I placed my order in the drive through, the server refused to open the window. Why? I didnt have a mask on. I was in my own vehicle, with an air gap between it and the window, but she still would not open the window, take payment, or serve my order.I cant bring myself to one star them over this single incident. Its their option to do this, and I have the option to take my business elsewhere, which I did.We are a year into this thing. Masks in a vehicle or a drive-through is just silly.

This was also our first time visiting this Krispy Kreme location and during COVID-19 season if enchantment. All the protocols were in place and the service was stellar. Besides our freebies we picked up a couple of mixed varieties for the Hubs co-workers. A fun morning and Mission Accomplished.

I went there at around 6ish . They were out of 4 options, I was there for a dozen and had just build my box around what was left . I got a mixture of regular donuts and mini donuts Wich is not okay if Im paying full price for regular donuts . The taste did not disappoint they tasted as always like little clouds of heaven .

They are not fresh nor warm they just throw your dounuts in the box.they let you order online but you still have to wait and a line. the inside is not open just a waste of time

Was a bit disappointed that in order to get hot done that you have to arrive before 10:00 or after 5:00. Donuts super yummy nonetheless. Like the regular size donuts glazed ...the mini donuts were a bit different.

I don’t have a Krispy Kreme near me so when I have one whole on the road I definitely visit. Out of all the ones I have visited I was extremely disappointed in this one. No smoothies, they were just turned on and after I asked how long I got attitude saying 45 mins mind you I went mid day 2:30?? 3 pm latest!!! I’d understand if it was right after they opened. I then asked for 4 lattes and they couldn’t make that either??? This is very unprofessional especially someone who is willingly going to spend about 50$ tops.

First of all, if I can give this company a negative 1 I would. The reason is that yesterday Thursday April 1 I was at the drive through and the cashier was extremely rude. I asked her how much where the mini, doughnuts and said the price are right there. Then ask her a question never answer me and she was EXTREMELY RUDE, she was just quiet and supposedly took my order. When I come to the window “ It was too cashiers and one of of them said SORRY SHE DIDNT TAKE YOUR ORDER” what was your order and after I told her you make me wait for a long time and I come to the window and u didn’t take my order?. Then they close the window and STARTED LAUGHING I GUESS AT THE CUSTOMER WHICH IT WAS ME. They are very unprofessional, rude and POOR CUSTOMER service.

Today I came to their store, Nicole and the guy name Danny were very rude. I called the store before coming and they told me that they’re offering a deal 2 dozens for $13.99. Why would anyone give Krispy Kreme a one star?! Well here is my experience, we entered the store and were excited to smell donuts and see the donuts being made, soon after my children had begun looking through the window at the donuts I saw a few ants on my sons arm... ANTS?! seriously, all over the window sill near the fresh donuts, so we notified the employee who seemed almost upset we told them... Hmm that was kinda strange, I assumed they may offer a free donut but oh well... We then continued to order a dozen donuts because we had a coupon for a $5 dozen, the manager who was already rude during our whole interaction looked at us like we were crazy and said this is a franchise location and that coupon will not work here... Hmm strange since the coupon was emailed to us because we signed up for special offers at this store... We told them we were not interested in the donuts unless they were on sale and the manager was very rude to us, refusing to sell at a discount... HOW CHEAP CAN THEY BE... We told the manager he was rude and he was not sorry about his attitude... I will be taking my business elsewhere. Dirty location and rude employees really ruined the experience :(

Long line but did not take too long. Recces donuts were the reason for visit. Classic good taste but barely any filling. Chocolate lovers tons of filling way more Recces flavor. For sure the way to go. Coffee was a little watery but still enjoyable

Went today 4/28/21 between 12:40-1 pm, counter staff Danny RUDE. Yelled at two people ahead me and then proceeded to accuse my daughter of faking her report card to get her free doughnuts for ever A she had. Danny really embarrassed my daughter and belittled her in front of staff and other customers. I’ll be calling Manager, Keith this week.

Drove 30 mins to go to this location and was told that the coupon I have was not accepted in California. The coupon does not state this. Went to another location and it was accepted. Very rude staff..Another time, I came by and the hot light was on and waited a while in the drive thru. when i reached the order window I was told they’re not doing hot donuts for another 30 mins. Very disappointed.Both times the staff were very unprofessional and rude. Don’t visit this location.

Arrived before 6am on 3/17/21 the line did not start moving till 630. Store is to open at 6am. After 36min later we try to order the St. Patrick doz. Only to be told they were sold out. Poor planning KK. Wish this was not the norm for this store. Looks like Dunkin Donuts just got a new customer.

Came here and saw these signs. Said to use the other door. So of course, I did. Locked. All the door were locked. Why? The signs say theyre open for to go orders.

Order online and go through drive thru is plain childesh and not worth the wait, whats the point of ordering online if it makes you go through the drive thru :( will make sure to not go this location again.

Krispy Kreme is my all time favorite doughnut. The Concord location is most convenient for me, but I wish there were a couple more locations, but maybe not, lol. Id be 50 pounds heavier! The best is if you can get them fresh made. Of all the locations Ive been to, it seems the ones with a drive thru have a better quality doughnut such as the Concord location. It was unfortunate the corporation was run poorly in past years, otherwise there would be more strategic locations. Enjoy the doughnuts, you will not be disappointed!

Drive thru is slow. They dont have the inside open for take out orders, unlike Daly City and Fremont stores. And worse of all, they DONT ACCEPT GROUPON COUPONS!!! not coming here again!

We were in the drive thru prior to closing and were told you were closed so we went inside two minutes before closing and were told you were closed inside as well. The hot doughnut life was on. There was a very large staff standing around inside, one helpful girl was mopping and said you were closed and there weren’t any more in the area. It was frustrating to not be served during business hours. If you close early please post new hours on your website and door.

Line was about an hour long,but drove 20 minutes just to get there so figured why waste the trip. looked on line couldnt place an order as it kept going down,said a dozen variety donuts was 14.75 a little pricey,get to the order screen they were out of the sour cream,and chocolate cake.get to the window and its 16.00 per dozen WTH.I get home and see that 4 of the donuts were not what I ordered.Wont be making that trip again anytime soon.

They did not make enough of the Luck O donuts at 7am so we had to back at 4pm where then they said come back is a hour, not awesome during pinch week to advertise and not make enough all day

Loved coming to Krispy kreme. Been coming to get donuts to this place since i lived in Florida.

Went here on sunday afternoon with the family.The Donuts were fresh and delicious like always.It was empty business was slow.To me the store looked dark needed more lighting inside and we were hoping the baking equipment was working so we could watch it.

The drive thru line was insane but the donuts were delicious.

Coffee leaves a little to be desired, but the donuts are incredible. Melt in your mouth. Made fresh. Made to order. Yum

We just visited the store for some donuts and coffee. As always the donuts were good but horrible coffee. I absolutely would not recommend this store for coffee.

I am a mother of fresh graduates. Affected by the epidemic, this years graduates did not hold a graduation ceremony, leaving most of them in low spirits. I understand and thank you very much for your companys leaders offering to give them a dozen doughnuts for free. Your company has disappointed them by not being ready. We went for it three times, but we didnt get the doughnuts three times. We were again disappointed by the impropriety of their arrangement.

We love Krispy Kreme donuts. many different flavors, hot glazed donuts, production line on display, plenty of parking, paper hats for keep sake. The one thing i dont like is recent display of price gouging. if assorted dozen costs 15$ why is there no available cups of ice water available for the kids, only $2 bottled water that cant really be shared. This is something new since we came in yesterday. Be sure to sign up for their Rewards app and emails for promos such as free donuts on your birthday, holidays, discounts such buy one dozen get 2nd dozen, free donuts on national donuts days and other promos.

Well theres every possibility I would have a better experience if I didnt go in on national donut day. It was a crazy loud chaos experience but I suppose thats to be expected when theres free donuts involved. Still I enjoyed the donuts I ate and it was neat to see them making them.

The place is nice. The people working inside are friendly. Big parking lot which is free, in front of the store. Huge variety of donuts but, to me, everything is way too sweet..

How can anyone ever say no to Krispy Kreme donut especially when it is still warm. The staff has always been friendly, quick and efficient. Drive-thru is great to have. The place is very clean and so is the restrooms. Always a great place to go with my kids for a snack.

Worst managed Krispy Kreme EVER! Never has anything in stock and workers are too lazy to put up a sign they dont make it. They have an apple fritter on the menu but dont have them anymore or arent making them. No one can give me a straight answer. The manager is inept at keeping his restaurant stocked. Just save your time and go to local mom and pop donut shop.

The donuts are made in-house (at least the standard glazed donuts), so they are always warm, soft, and delicious. Beyond that, the staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make our short time there fun for our kids. For example, we were eating while there were no other customers while one employee was inflating balloons to put up in the restaurant, and he went out of his way to inflate one extra and bring it to our 2-year-old son, which totally made his whole day.As long as we will be staying nearby when we come into California to visit family, we will make it a point to get freshly-made donuts and friendly smiles at the Krispy Kreme in Concord!

It showed on the internet it was open and I drove 40 minutes for it to be closed when it says it closes at 10pm and it was 7pm.

This place hands down has the best donuts. Usually, when theres a chain or superstore, its not nearly as good in quality compared to mom and pop shops. Not with Krispy Kreme. The doughnuts here are quality, and will always be quality. Id definitely recommend anyone come here for a good snack, but dont go too often if you want to be healthy! 5 stars.

Still my favorite donut. This location closed down for a few years, and we are all very happy to see it back. They have a really great selection of filled donuts, if youre looking to spice it up. The original glaze is still best in my opinion, especially since you get to see how they are made through the glass windows!

My husband and I drove from Berkeley all the way to concord on Friday，7/17/2020 。Through drive-thru we ordered raspberry filled，lemon filled, custard-filled ，chocolate-filled 3 each. But when we open it up at home. What we got is totally not what we ordered. Very upset and unhappy.

Great donuts, nice people, the only problem is it in the back of the parking lot and a little difficult to find.
