Walked into Verizon for assistance with possibly transferring services from T-Mobile, was welcomed by Chris whom provided information for device pricing to choosing the best plan for me and my family. Decided to complete the transfer and Chris helped port numbers and set up devices. Very helpful, in the end we left with 5 lines, 5 new phones and 5 happy people. Thanks Chris!!!
Bought a new Apple Watch and had it added to my plan. Chase removed the iPhone on the plan for no reason, rendering it unable to be used. Brought the phone back to the store, he couldn’t have cared less that he made an error. Chase and other associates refused to correct the issue due to them closing, even though I came to the business two hours before. Just like everyone else, it is imperative that I have an operable phone but that doesn’t matter. They made their sale and that’s all they care about. Absolutely will not be back to this location and will let others know as well.**Update: The watch issue is finally resolved a week and a half later. I will still choose a different store to do business with, but I feel it was only fair to post an update with the resolution.

This was the EASIEST thing I have had to do in a long time. I love Verizon Wireless, I was really hoping that I could get an account and new phone yesterday (which I was able to) and Andrea was such a HUGE help. She was absolutely amazing, super sweet, nice, super professional but not a robot like some people and she went way above and beyond. Andrea helped me through all of my questions and was super knowledgeable. By the way, she said she has only been there 3 weeks, seriously doesn’t seem like it. Your representative, Dallas, went above and beyond the call of duty this morning. After discussing with him that my elderly mother needed a new phone, he recommended one suitable for her needs. I explained that I recently moved her into my home and was unable to leave her unattended. I asked if he could mail the phone to her at my address. Through the conversation he identified that an office of my employer was right down the road from his office. He volunteered to deliver the phone to that office so our internal courier could deliver the phone to me. Now, that is excellent customer service! Thank you, Dallas. I bought my velvet little over 6 weeks ago and have been having issue with the screen,went into 2 different verizon stores and they couldnt help me. So I came into the concord location and Allyson helped me out. she found out it was the screen protector messing up the screen time from where the original rep installed it over the camera.
Had been experiencing some issues with my phone and service. I had been on hold with Verizon for close to an hour and finally drove to the official dealer on Concorde Parkway. The customer service was above and beyond and Dalton resolved my issue in less than five minutes. I had previously been going to the store at Afton where the customer service was nowhere near what I experienced here. Dalton also provided his number in the event I have any further issues. In a world where customer service becomes more and more important I would highly recommend this store and this young man.

Driving a fair distance to come to this location I was eager to get the new IPhone 11 Pro but wasn’t entirely sure of the trade in process with my old phone (IPhone x Max). Greeted by a wonderful employee, Kirsten Pittman who walked me through the steps and was able to explain the paperwork with ease I received the phone I wanted and was taken care of with all questions answered. Would heavily recommend this location

I never felt forced to add anything that I did not need or want and with the social distancing currently going on and having two children we handled the transaction within an hour !! Today me and my fiancé went into the this store to change companies from sprint to Verizon. I talk to Orion carpenter before going in on the phone and he was very helpful, we set up a time to come in and go over what Verizon has to offer. Once in the store Verizon and Mr Carpenter treated us like family it was a very nice change coming from sprint where you are lied to. We saved so much money switching to Verizon. Customer service was out the roof!!!! If your looking for a good phone provider to switch to definitely go to Verizon and ask for Orion Carpenter!!

I couldn’t recommend a better individual and experience than that of Logan and the Verizon store off exit 58! Sorry but that’s how i remember it because I promise you there are closer Verizon stores to where I live that I won’t step foot in!
Joshua is the guy you want. I went in not going to buy a phone at all just a Sims card and i end up with a new phone.... Not because hes a good salesman. But because he was honest and broke everything down for me. I paid for only what I needed. He didnt push me into buying extras... Only verizon rep I ever wanna go to again.
I am grateful to Fletcher and Elisha for their help today. I had to replace my phone and Fletcher was the employee that helped me through the process. He was very helpful and professional. After I left the store, I began having an issue with my text messaging on the new phone. Fletcher tried several ways to fix the problem but was unable to. He then called Elisha, who works in tech support, to help.Elisha was not currently at work but offered to meet me at the site at 6:30 pm. He then proceeded work on my phone for over 45 mins, trying to restore the data from my old phone to the new one. The store was supposed to close at 7 but they both stayed well past that time assisting me. It’s not often that you receive amazing customer service these days so I would like to recognize both of these gentlemen for their efforts and positive attitudes.
I went in to the Verizon store today with questions about upgrading my iPhone and was so thankful to be helped by the staff with my every question. I can honestly highly recommend Harrison.He presented himself professionally and provided such an excellent level of customer service to us, the quality of service companies dream an employee is providing. He listened patiently to our questions and provided straightforward answers in a sincere manner. Even when we decided against purchasing new phones, he never skipped a beat. I cannot express how amazing my experience was with Jose Flores at this location! I called from a different location that only had 1 person working, where I would have waited an hour at least. Jose answered and was very attentive. He told me he had the phone I wanted available and then when I got there he sat down with me immediately. NO WAIT! He was funny and showed me 4+ different phones. He wrote out each price for me so I was aware of the price difference as well. If I could have Jose be my personal Verizon agent, I would. Hes a great person and this is the only good review I have ever had with Verizon. So thankful he was there that day.

I have a phone that I purchased from Verizon six months ago. It is not working and I just took it into the store and the salesman was so incredibly rude I was actually in shock. He asked me if I wanted to purchase a new phone, of course I responded the phone was 6 months old, I’d like it fixed. His response...he didn’t know how to fix a phone what did I think he was a tech? When I said the phone was six months old he said He couldn’t believe I was surprised, phones don’t last very long, two years max but yet he wanted me to spend another thousand dollars on a phone he is telling me will only last 2 years, & apparently if quits working after 6 months...oh well! Worst customer service ever. Another reason corona needs to go away, Mooresville store I’ve never been treated so poorly & rudely, unfortunately closed for corona.
