Everyone at Capital City is always friendly and accommodating, and the artists do such amazing work. I always see Nicolle and she has done several beautiful pieces for me, always willing to listen to my requests and make changes as needed.

Nicolle did an EXCELLENT job on my first tattoo! I only got something small for my first tattoo, but she worked very neatly and efficiently! I definitely plan on coming back for future tattoos! Keep up the awesomeness!

I went here to get my first tattoos done today. Jimi was super chill and easy to work with and did a phenomenal job on my sunflower! The atmosphere was very clean and relaxing. Definitely would recommend the shop to anyone looking to get tattoos done in the concord area. I live in Franklin so it was a bit of a drive but definitely worth it! I have gotten a few tattoos there, I wanted to do some touch up work, when I had called they said the girl was leaving and Anna was taking over her clients and was told to schedule it online. I scheduled it and left my description of what I want done and it was set for a week out. However the day I was going they had texted me and off the bat said she couldn’t do it today and I explained I couldn’t do it for the day she said cuz I had already that day off of work for it. She was completely rude and unprofessional. All this because of poor communication within their shop and I wasted my a day off when she could’ve let me know when I scheduled it a week ago. I’ll no longer go back there.

Love coming here! Atmosphere is great.Sad Shilo is leaving but Ill have to get to know another artist.

This was my first experience at Capitol City Tattoo and I have found my forever parlor! I have been wanting my third tattoo for awhile and once I knew what I wanted I reached out to Nicolle! Her response time was unlike any other and her communication all the way to the appointment was amazing. She listens, gives killer advice and her artwork is brilliant! I got a tattoo done December of 2019. It looked really good as soon as it was done, but the artist had pushed down fairly hard and it led to my tattoo gradually bleeding over time. The lines are very thick and now it looks incredibly muddy just a year later. They were super kind, sanitary, and timely, but unfortunately I am very dissatisfied with the tattoo I received.

This was my very first tattoo! Was nervous, scared. I picked out a large piece for my first one with lots of details! I ended up getting Nicole, as they said shed be the best for this piece. Showed up appointment day, Nicole was very professional, friendly answered all the questions I had, made me feel totally comfortable. She allotted 6 hours for my tattoo, she finished in 4!! She was incredibly genuine, and incredibly talented, her detail work is amazing. Look at her page, you just may see mine... I am going back I want another one, and no one else but Nicole will do it. Highly recommend this business, everyone else I dealt with there was genuine, sincere, and friendly.

Had a beautiful memorial feather tattoo done on my forearm by Nicole. She was wonderful to work with, listened to my ideas and concerns, punctual with the appointment, clean office, great website appointment platform to use which is so good for those of us that work late shifts. Healed nicely by taking Nicoles advice using tegaderm. Id go to Capitol City tattoo again and I recommend everyone.

Scott is a pretty cool dude. First tattoo with him and he was reasurring even when I wasn’t worried that much. Stepped out of his usual type of work to do my piece. He executed perfectly and I love it. We sat and talked about a hobby we shared. Shop was nice and clean. If I decide to get more work done, I’ll definitely try to stay at Capital City.

I wasnt much into Tattoos, but I decided in a pulse move that I would get one and so I did. I got roses on my side and it came out beautifully, then a month later I got a bird on my shoulder not that long ago and it came out better then expected. I am defiantly looking forward to getting my third tattoo soon. I never review on google so this is a first, but I defiantly would recommend this place. I defiantly dont regret the tattoos that Ive gotten and am in love with them.

I recently visited Capital City Tattoo in Concord, NH with the idea of getting STAY GOLD tattooed on my fingers / knuckles. I was greeted by a very pleasant lady named Shiloh.Shiloh was incredibly knowledgeable and was very helpful in every way.Over the next hour and a half to two hours (i lost track of time) Shiloh completed my tattoo. Her work was great and I look forward to visiting her again for my next tattoo.CCT is reasonably priced, very clean, and the staff are great. As well as extremely talented. I give CCT 5 stars. I will definitely be visiting Shiloh again for my next piece of work.

Don’t listen to negative reviews about this place, not sure about the piercing stuff but tattoo artists are great, very clean and professional. Also they did a ton of work for free to go to a good cause and support recycled percussions chaos and kindness. They are amazing kind hearted folk and I recommend Scott Flanders personally!

I can only speak for the piercing side of this place. They did a fantastic job. I even came in a couple weeks after I got my piercing because I had accidentally removed a barbell from the rod I got in my rook, and they replaced it for me, free of charge.

Got my nose pierced there yesterday. Very clean, fast, and affordable. The woman doing the piercings knew her stuff and was very nice. Highly would recommend.

I am really not the type of person to write a negative review about anything, but I had such a terrible experience here with my piercing. My friend and I came in on Friday the 13th get piercings (which I know, I probably shouldn’t expect much from a cheaper piercing)- but both my friend and I have had terrible reactions. I have a ton of work done and plenty of piercings on my face, so I really didn’t think twice about getting my daith done. My friend got the same as me. We went into a really well reviewed tattoo shop after to get hers changed to some different jewelry, and the piercer insisted on taking hers out. He had me take a look, and the reason was because the piercing was done so close to the outside of the ear, you could see the bar through her skin. He let her know she couldn’t keep it in or change it because if it got stuck on something (clothing, hair, etc), it would literally rip out of her ear. I decided to leave mine in because it didn’t seem too bad and I’ve it for a while now and have developed THE worst infection I’ve ever had from a piercing. I went into my local shop that took my friends piercing out, and he immediately took it out, letting me know it was done pretty sloppily, super slanted, and done with the worst quality jewelry possible. I’m really disappointed by this place. Like I said, I’m not the type of person to write bad reviews, but I decided to come here because of all the positive ones and just want to let people know that not everyone had a fabulous experience. I would suggest maybe looking elsewhere for piercings.

Not only did my artist perfect and correct the new tattoo but she impeccably added another I was looking for. I appreciate that my artist was so focused and didnt settle for anything but perfection. I look at the tattoos from her everyday and they are absolutely flawless.

Walked in without an appointment and got lucky; an hour to draw up the cover-up while I walked the strip, easy peasy. Going back in a few for a second session because I hit my pain threshold at 3.5 hours. Shading dude. Fml. 10/10 will be going back. They worked with me covering a scar, were tech savvy, on the ball and the one guys son is hella adorbs. I watched him play video games in the next room while wincing and reevaluating my life choices. 0 regrets.
