Horrible service! All the employees here are very rude. You can’t even ask a question because the employees always look annoyed and upset. I feel like I had to post a review being that this is the third time I have visited this location and I’ve been helped by different employees each time, and not one person smiled, or acted like they were Interested in helping. Store is very messy, never stocked and there’s only two employees at a time and neither willing to help. If customer service isn’t for you why work here?

I give them a five. I have been buying their products for 4 years now and I am really satisfied with what they have to offer. Employees are so sweet and helpful always making sure that everyone is getting what they need. I personally know one of the employees Madison and she always puts my needs on her list. I recommend!

Dont even waste your time going into this Sephora! Never have anything and stock and not a lot to pick from! Also every time I come into this one, theres always like two people working and not even willing to help you! Would rather drive out to Walnut Creek Sephora where they are wayy nicer and always in stock!!

Employees here were very helpful. They kept helping me everytime i asked for something. Not once they denied or show any kind of disinterest.

They don’t answer phone calls, I’ve tried them twice now and let it ring for 5 minutes straight each time to no avail. If you need assistance, just go inside and force them to talk to you I guess. Sadly, I don’t have this luxury because I live 20 minutes away and didn’t want to waste my gas for them to not have the shade I’m searching for.update: I’ve been trying now for an hour. Around 10 phone calls have been made and still no answer. What’s the point of even having a phone number to call then?

I didn’t want to even give them 1 star but I had too, my experience when I called was terrible the employee answered the phone and before I could get a single word out she said her rebuttal and placed me on hold and never came back to the phone, I actually believe that she just put the phone down because I could hear all of the background noise after about 7mins I hung up
