The best pharmacy ever

Love the fast check out.Plus the best ice cream. 50s brand ice cream is my favorite so even though the ice cream counter is closed right now you can still buy it from the freezer section in the back.Great deals on really cute cards for birthdays and seasonal. I come in all the time for birthday cards and love surprising friends with just because cards out of the blue as well.1/2/15 - 3 starWhen the Rite-Aid on Contra Costa Blvd. was remodeling its refrigerated section they emptied out their freezers and all of the delicious Thrifty ice cream inside of them. That was my only motivation to check out this location (even though its actually slightly closer to my home.)We picked up my two favorites back in September 2014: Thrifty Cookies n Cream and Thrifty Mint & Chip ($4.99 each). The cashier was friendly but Im still a loyal customer of the Pleasant Hill store - just my preference.I dont know how their Wellness+ points work, but Im up to 47 points - not bad for someone who only shops at Rite-Aid for ice cream.

1/26/2020.had RX sent straight from Urgent Care. at least 30minutes later when i got to this Rite Aid. I get an : Oh, am still working on it...30 minutes. I stayed close to the Pharmacy, she helped all the people who came to the window. when all was done, she fills up my prescription. didnt even take her 10 minutes. Really? smdh. why send it straight if they wait until I get there to have it filled. Taking my RX somewhere. Name on Window: Poonam Seth/Neely Andar.

I wish there was a negative rating. Yahaira the manager is the rudest person ever. She makes you not want to shop at this location! Maybe a little attitude adjustment, more actually working and minding her own business would help. Good way to loose clients!

I love this RITE AIDTHIS WAS MY Pharmacy since 04 to 09.. i love it .... But i move away to arizona and now im back at the same pharmacy i use to have and the workers are all awesomeGod bless you all and thank you for all your help we appreciate you helping us

Came in for ice cream. Waited 20 min then some one came to help. This lady was very rude. Gave us the ice cream and just walked away saying nothing. She then yelled at us to come to the register. We said something about it and she started talking back asking us not to yell at her. She said she was a manager. Short blonde lady. The other cashier tall lady with dark hair said she was a manager also and she did nothing. When we left got in the car and was driving away she was talking bad about us to another customer glaring at us. She was very rude. What was surprising to me was she had no name tag on . I am in the customer service and she has no customer service. My mom worked for your company for over 10 years. This is ridicules how you allow your employees to treat customers. Very very bad service.

Since they have been remolding Rite Aid they have a better selection from makeup and hair products to toys for your children to decorations for your house and cleaning supplies. They have a great selection on speakers, chargers, bluetooth and so much more.

The rudest educated pharmacy employees. I don’t call them pharmacist, they are junks.

At first it was smooth sailing at rite aid. Some 3 years later Im having all types of problems. The meds are always on back order. I dont care to much for Walgreens either but at least they have the meds when bring your script on!

Sales associates are super helpful.

It says they are open until midnight but dont believe it. They close at 9:00pm weekdays and 6:00pm on weekends

They dont know if they sell ice cream. call 10 times just to get the phone answered
