Very professional and family friendly auto service group. Can handle the basics to restorations. They will not disappoint!

You want the best? Go to Weeds! They will call you if they find anything out of place and usually fix or replace very minor things at no charge that you didnt know was missing like a tire cap, grommet, bolt or other price of simple hardware. They do a courtesy check as well insuring proper fluid levels and tighten anything to spec that they find loose. These guys charge fairly and you get the best bang for the buck from them, not like other major brand shops that are treating your car just as a car, Weeds treats your car as part of your family. Any questions ask Dan the owner, hes honest and trustworthy. Ive been going there for at least twenty years and when I do try another garage on occasion I always wind up going back to Weeds regardless how far away I rarely am from Concord.

Fantastic family-owned business! Great people who always go the extra mile. Be it an axle replacement, state inspection, or even an oil change they have always been amazing to work with and they get the work done fast.

Love these guys! I went to get my truck inspected last year, and let me tell you, these guys are the real deal! I was nervous to go to them as I have been severely ripped off by auto shops in the past (being a small girl and not very outspoken) but these guys were honest, respectful and professional. The lovely man at the counter answered all the questions I had and I never once felt uncomfortable or spoken down to while I was there. I would recommend Weed Auto to all my fellow women out there who are sick of being ripped off and charged for repairs that didnt happen/need to happen. I will be coming back soon!

Grappone told me I needed thousands and thousands of dollars on my perfectly fine truck to get an inspection. These guys were like Wow nice truck bro heres your sticker thatll be a stick of bubble gum and a handshake . 10/10 a peoples garage.

I have been a very long time customer of this business. I have come to expect top shelf service. It is the standard at this business. At other locations, I am usually surprised by anything even close to quality service. These folks at Weed have set the standard way too high for others to compete. Highly recommend! ( I sort of wanted to keep them a secret, in order to always have availability at a moment’s notice. They are already busy, I selfishly don’t want them to get too busy!)

Great place, Ive used them a lot with my Audi, then I bought a Buick needed some work done Banks was going to charge me $295. I bought the part online for $40 had Weed install and do an oil change for $161.98, Great Job Weed Family Automotive!!!!

I recently had Weed Automotive put a new set of tires on my car. I didn’t buy the tires there and they were high performance tires. Asked them to be careful with my new car. Dan (the owner) was working with another tech to change them over. Maybe that’s common but I felt good that the owner and another guy were making sure that the process was done right and my new performance car was being well cared for! The price was pretty much the same as it would have been for a 20 year old clunker! Good job!!!

At this point Im just looking for anyone that has heard of the place... will update when I do.Had to wait almost a week to get the car seen only to have them claim they wouldnt work on it because it was too dirty. I think its because they realized we are homeless and presumed we couldnt pay.Looking at recent reviews it looks as if this place MIGHT have been somewhat decent at one time. Such a shame.Also going by other reviews they may have zero clue what is wrong or how to fix it. Hint. Timing belt casing is cracked.

I first came to Weed Family Automotive about a year ago when the dealership wanted a huge amount of money to get our 2004 Prius to where it would pass inspection. Weed got it inspected for MUCH less. Now were also bring our 2017 Prius to them for service, too. Theyre great at communicating exactly what the issues are and its easy to schedule service online.

Called with a question about my vehicle that wasnt even there but at another garage and i was treated well with professionalism and courtesy

Brought a car in for an oil change, and they handled it in a friendly, professional way. They have a good system for operating under social distancing procedures - call them, leave your key in the box near the door and pay online. It will be nice to do business face to face again, but in the meantime their system works well.

I always bring my truck to Weed Family Automotive to get an oil change. These guys are awesome!

I have been taking my vehicles to Weed Family automotive for years. Things are always explained to me so that I understand. They are a wonderful bunch of people to deal with. Prices are compatible with other garages in the area but you dont need to worry about being taken advantage of. Talk to Dan or Charlie they will take good care of you!!!

There was a noise in the engine compartment that is related to the operation of the engine. I took it to a shop to find out what it is. The vehicle has to sit a certain of time before you hear the noise, they did not have the knowledge, experience or, equipment to figure out what was wrong with the engine and did not let the vehicle sit long enough. So, I still have an engine problem that I do not know what it is. Good for general repairs, but iffy on major detailed repairs and cant pin point problems. They do not tend to listen to the customer. So, if you are looking for peace of mind that your vehicle is OK, this is not the place for you. They are good at inspections.

My wife brought her 04 Mountaineer in for a rear wheel bearing replacement. The average cost of this service is around $500. This company wanted to charge my wife $1,000. This is price gouging. Would not recommend to anyone and will tell everyone exactly how this company operates.Then when we declined the repair, they needed to get $49.95 out of us for looking at the vehicle. I have never had a garage treat me or my family the way this one has. Wish there was a zero star option.Reply to owners response:This is not what was relayed to my wife. She was told just the wheel bearing. This is the second time I’ve been to you. The first was for transfer case replacement which I had to talk you down on that repair as well. Now this.My original mechanic was on vacation and figured I would give you another shot. If you actually looked at the car for the $49.95 you should have been able to determine if all those added items needed to be replaced before performing the repair so the need to lower the price after the fact is null and void. And absolutely I understand being compensated but the fee was never mentioned until we declined the service. Seems it was a chance to get something out of us.I own my own business and believe in fair pricing and explaining in detail the terms. This was not done in this instance.

Today I visited Weed Family Automotive and they took great care of me! My fender was loose and dragging, and I needed help quick. Even though they are not an auto-body shop, they got me in very quickly and fixed it no problem. Nice, honest, and friendly people. I will be back.

I know everyone is posting how happy they are and I have to be the guy to write the bad review. I took my car there for inspection. I had been away so it was a little late.It was finished and there was a list of things they said had to be done. Some of which I knew, some I didnt know. When I saw the repair price I had to investigate. They wanted more than the worth of the car in repairs.The first thing I noticed was that they said one of my windows didnt roll down and they wanted $400 to replace the assembly. Thats a fair price. The problem was, I use my windows everyday (at that time) when I pick up my wife from work, I roll the window down.When I got there I asked about it and they said Just fix it or we can fix it and show us when you come back. I demanded they come out to show me it doesnt work to which I was given a hard time. But eventually one of the guys came out and saw that it worked. I then had to argue with him to write it on the paper and initial it.Some people might say An honest mistake. But no one makes that much trouble over something like that. And if they are making things up on something simple like a $400 what else are they making up?So I have been researching. So far out of the 4 things that I didnt know about, two other stations did not find the same things.So much for honesty. So much for the functioning and fair inspection system in this state. I wouldnt go to Weeds if you want honesty.

I had an issue with my vehicle and I brought it to these guys.I have had bad luck in the past with my other vehicle with the engine light coming on and nobody could fix it even the dealerships.My car was good for 2 days and the engine light came back on and I called up Dan and explained to him that their is still something going on and he said bring it in and Ill see what else is going on and his mechanic found the other issue and did not charge me for anything parts or labor.He wanted to fix it because he cares about people and their safety.Go to these guys if you ever need anything for your vehicle you will not be disappointed.Good solid family business and good hearted people.Thanks again weeds automotive!!!!!

We have been customers of Weed Family Auto for several years and when we recently purchased a new vehicle there was no question that we would continue to bring our vehicle to them, instead of the dealership. Brought in my car for a State Inspection. Had to repair some rust holes and get new rear brakes. The car was done when promised. When we took the car home, there was a rumble in the front when braking. They told me to bring it right back, and they quickly replaced the rear brake pads that were defective.

Straightforward information on problems with my vehicle and straightforward information on the cost of the work before they began it. Dan and his staff answered all my questions and did so patiently. In addition, the work was finished when I was told it would be. There was never a hint that they were trying to get me to let them perform additional work when it was not necessary.

All i have to say is buyer beware. The price they gave me to fix my car, i could of bought another one. I checked around with other mechanics and they all told me what the problem was. Had it fixed at a fraction of what they quoted me. Unbelievable.
