THANK YOU!- very accommodating! They picked up my car, fixed it and drove it back. What is else can you ask for ?- hands off approach! You toss the key and they will take care of everything.-honest business practice: they had several possibilities to charge me extra or exchange unnecessarily parts but they never did it. They even refused to receive a tip!- good communication: Price is discussed before the service is provided. So no surprise how much you will end up paying. You will get a call when the car is ready- fast and good quality service for a good price- the entire team is very friendly and professional-they know their customers- they document well provided service in their system. It is reflected in CarFax as well.

Have a 2000 corolla, persistent check engine light. Shop was able to diagnose it and resolve the issue fairly quickly. A different shop, that I like but wont mention here, couldnt figure it out (even after replacing a few parts). Clayton Auto figured it out and the car passed smog!

My son had to change a battery at this shop and they replaced the old one with a new battery charging $217.45. Same battery is sold to Home Depot at $. 119.00. They said that their battery has a life warranty so this is the reason of the higher price, but they never ask if we want the life warranty so they assumed we want it. Very unprofessional behavior and 0 - customer care.

I stopped into the shop because they took care of my sisters Toyota once and seemed very fair. I knew exactly what was wrong with my carbut do not have the means to fix it myself. They confirmed my diagnosis, got it up in the air and put new hardware in the exhaust swear I had done a poor job myself. It was $70 out the door and I could not be happier with their honesty and and reasonable pricing. May be my new go-to shop.

Lower than average on price. Usually no wait here but its an unpleasant one. The garage is open to the office so its cold in the winter and hot in the summer. There is never a smile or thank you from the receptionist and you arent greeted when you enter. Every time I come here I get right in but still wait as the mechanic usually talks on the phone and takes his time.Come for the price and nothing else.

I was sold when I overheard Irfan say to another customer, Ill just fix it because its not safe for you to drive around like this. You can just pay me when you have the money. Your safety is more important than my money. Other than that they do quality work for a great price and they get it right the first time. You cant ask for more in a mechanic.

I am surprised to see some good reviews, may be given by the known or the person who doesnt know anything about the car. I waited for nearly 2 hours here and found two upset customers, regretting why they chose this car station.The owner was bluffing about the oil leak problem in my car also. He just sent me home with a very minor repair (charged more for that too ) in my car and didnt explain me the exact problem. I will never choose this shop to waste hard earned money.Feedback 2 after your reply -When did you give me ride home? And you are saying you gave me a ride yourself, sir my friend picked me from your shop. God knows who is telling the truth. Your shop is the first place where I have heard a customer talking about engaging an attorney, isnt it shocking ? The problem on my car was not resolved but I didnt come back even after spending some money and your reply proved why I didnt look back.

Called to ask about their services. Whoever answered the phone seemed annoyed. She was condescending and rude; obviously hates her job. Says a lot about their shop to me. Wish I could rate less than one star. Will take my car somewhere a bit further away with much higher ratings, with friendly, helpful people. Lifes too damn short to deal with horrible customer service.

I asked for price on a pair of HID bulbs for Acura and installation. They said they couldnt verify what price was on parts or labor and that I should come in. I then asked if I come in can you give me price on parts. They said yes. Then I asked why cant I get price over phone - They hung up on me!!!!!

Came in on New Years Eve 6:30pm with a massive oil leak and they took care of it, even though they were clearly closing. Found the problem, fixed it.Didnt even charge me for labor.Friendly. Knowledgeable. Responsive. Recommended!

Its been 2 weeks since starting the process. I was given the run around about getting a casting #. My mechanic confirmed with them that the engine would work but when I went to pay, they claimed they had to check the casting # to be sure it would fit. Suddenly I get a call after I called them numerous times & they claim it wont fit and I have to look somewhere else!!! Total BS, they got my card # & I got nothing. Screw Nathan & his boss.
