I called then ask about a 59 torque converter bushing, he said we have it 15$, even it was double price, he said wait i check if in stock, i drove from sanjose to here, another guy said apologize! We dont have! Easy lost 2hrs+ my gas

The only reason got a star at all is the product was good. Checked the box to be notified of shipping charge b-4 ship and wasnt. If I had known what it was I would have cancelled. Get a quote on phone before ordering

I am going to move TB HQ do the bottom of my source list based on my last experience. Last week I ordered two parts. The first, a battery clamp, was in stock and was shipped with a $15 shipping charge. While this was on the high side of acceptable freight charges, I accepted it. When I called to see when the second part, a speaker which was backordered, would be shipped, I was astounded to hear that I would be charged a second time for shipping. How is your lack of inventory become my shipping costs to bear?I did find a simple solution, that is to take my business to the Bird’s Nest. They had the speaker in stock and it arrived today, the same day as the battery clamp you shipped. Ironically, it was a heavier piece and they only charged me $12. Yes, I had to pay a second charge, but that was my mistake for choosing the wrong TB supplier, Thunderbird Headquarters..
