He got right on it and within 30 minutes I had my price quote and an appointment to have the work done. Patrick always gives me excellent service and I appreciate that. The Honda location in Concord is amazing!! My mother and I often visit this location to get my car serviced. Mr. Patrick Crow always greats and welcomes us with open arms. I finally had my first positive experience at Honda of concord. While car shopping in the past, I have been there for 5-6 hours, dealing with VERY pushy car salesmen. I was PLEASANTLY surprised when I arrived at 4pm and was out the door, WITH a car, by 6:30!! Everyone was super friendly, very patient with my needs, and were able to work with me to great ends. I’m obsessed with my new car, and will go back to this location in the future. Great job!!

He went way above and beyond the call of duty, he even came to our house the next day to go over everything about the vehicle again. Who does that? Good environment to service your car. I like the outdoor seating area.. They provided ice cream at no cost.. which is nice. The Service specialist Stephen was very nice and helped me with all the information needed to make the right decision. He called to update me with the status of my back order parts. Had a great experience at Honda of Concord! My advisor Daniel was very informative and explained everything in detail about my battery in which I thought was defective but when they checked it shows the battery test good... Hopefully it will last me a bit longer.. I feel that they are honest at this dealership and dont force you into unnecessary work... I dont necessarily like a diagnostic charge which I did NOT have but would have to have if they had to really go into further testing of just a battery... I dont understand how that would work on just a simple battery and feel a charge like that should not apply to a battery, so I declined further diagnosis since Daniel said the test was good... I thought it was great when they walk to every customer in waiting room to ask if they would like a bottle of water or a snack!! Great dealership, will go back again when needed...

I worked with Tanisha to buy a new Honda Civic. From the beginning she was very helpful and friendly with the test drive and answering questions I had in the weeks while I was thinking through my options. Just wanted to give a shout out to Isaac Powell in the Service department. He has taken care of my Hondas for many years, at least the last 11 years, and I wouldn’t take my Honda anywhere else for service! Honda of Concord is lucky to have him on their team!
Worst customer experience. I recently went for a car servicing and they offered free car wash. I drove to the car wash center and kept my vehicle in the neutral, so that the Car wash get started. When the car wash was done, I was shocked to see my right side mirror got broken. I have been going to this dealer for almost 2 years and have been using the free car wash service with out any issues. When I reported to the management, they said it will be handled by 3rd party and they are not responsible for the damage. I tried to explain and requested for covering me the full repair charges but they did not listened and promised me they will give it with low cost and told me that, avoid going to insurance claim as they are giving with less cost and suggested that if I go to insurance the amount will be doubled. Definitely 2 lessons learnt from this incident.1) If some thing happens, they will try to manage the situation by passing some time so that we lose time to take this incident to police/insurance. Here in this situation, they pretended like they are supporting me for less repair charges (they did not mentioned the amount though). This is my first mistake, where I did not called the cops or insurance to report about the incident2) Second mistake is I would not have agreed to their suggestion that I need to pay less amount for repair charges(at that time, they did not revealed the amount).I agree that these are my failures and lessons learnt from this incident, dont ever trust anyone when these situations happen and take what ever proofs that are available with mail communication on everything.The next day or so, one person called me and offered for 400$ to replace the mirror and I negotiated to $346 and said that i am fine to pay the quoted price. Since then I have been 3 times, when i went first time they said the part is not ordered yet, second time they ordered only mirror but no the back pastic cover and when i went 3rd time, they asked me about the price i was told earlier. I told them $346 but the billed for $396 when i asked why there is price difference, One gentleman named Cureal Arrington, said that he dont know what I am discussed with earlier representatives and started claiming the damage was caused by my mistake. I told him clearly that I was close to the left side cleaning brush, then how come the right mirror broken. He has given a great answer where even the most notable scientists also not aware of this. He said since I was close on the left side, it is common that right side mirror broken. I dont think even Einstein can prove this logic.I asked him where did he got this knowledge, because I want to research on this (definitely for sure I was not taught this concept in my school/college/Graduation period).One more thing I did not understand is, once i am at the Car wash center, we need to place the car exactly on the belt and we will not move the car (I generally keep in neutral) while the cleaning is in progress. The belt under the tires will take control and move the car forward/backward while cleaning. As per my previous experience, the car wash wont start unless we position our vehicle on the belt as per the guidelines. As I placed my car exactly as per the guidelines and the belt is moving the car, how can Mr. Cureal Arrington says the mirror got damaged by my mistake. I am sure he is having some super natural powers that the others cant imagine or think of.As I am questioning them, they were saying that I am screaming. Who in the world will take the blame and bear the charges which he supposed not to be and did not question the injustice. Complete waste of time and be aware of car wash scam !!!. It is looking like they are offering free car wash, but they are using to their advantage.They wont even deserve 1 rating and I wont be considering as my car dealer any more.

I think two stars is being generous. I am pretty sure some of these reviews have to be fake. I purchased my Honda due to my Hyuandi blowing a gasket while being inspected here for its trade in value. The process was pretty long. I told my sales adviser what price range I wanted to stay at. In the end-READ YOUR CONTRACT before signing anything. Its all digital, so they try to fast talk you through initialing and signing. Pay attention. I realized in the beginning of signing this contract that they were sneaking in extra fees that would put my vehicle payment way over what I told them I would be willing to pay. When I stopped signing and told them I was not going to purchase my sales agents face went from friendly to upset in less than a minute. Walk away if you have to but if you decide to buy----Read carefully through everything before you initial and sign. Also--- have an expert or someone familiar with cars during the test drive. Dont open the windows/sunroof/or play music until the test drive is over to hear any strange noises coming from the vehicle...and to pay more attention to what may be going on with the vehicle. Negotiate and be willing to say no. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from Hendrick again...

Came in today for a simple walk around on a car I wanted, which was a Honda, soon as we pulled in the parking lot Andi was already outside our truck before the truck was even off and was asking us questions about specific cars and what we were looking for, the whole process took about 15 minutes and we were already hooked on the accord we wanted well I wanted, sadly things didn’t go as planned took a test drive fell in love with the car but it was way out of my price range, Andi found a other option which was a Corolla, took it for a spin felt way better then the accord and a few signatures later I’m walking away with a brand new 2020 Toyota Corolla, I want to thank Andi, joy, will and the whole Honda of concord staff for being super friendly and helpful with the whole process of purchasing my first vehicle
Since purchasing my Honda a few years ago, I use Honda of Concord as the sole place to service my vehicle. The service associates are knowledgeable and the wait time is okay. I like the addition of the vehicle inspection delivered via text and the way we can communicate with the service associates using that feature. Keep up the great work Issac! Would recommend again!

They did it again :)! My husband and I went to check out the same vehicle that I had prior to finding out about our twins (kid 3+4). I had to trade my favorite car (Blue Honda Accord in for a third row SUV). 1.5 later we have a bigger SUV and no longer needed the highlander and high payments. I returned to speak to Robin Owens who is awesome! During the search we actually found a vehicle that I fell in love with more than the blue accord. We rushed back to the dealership and Glenn helped us this time. With people like Glenn and Robin its no wonder why we continue to come back to the same dealership. We literally didnt buy cars elsewhere because the salesman/saleswoman didnt seem as personable as these two. Neither one rushed us and wanted us to make the right decision and most importantly OUR decision. They didnt force things on us or just push us to get us back out of the door. We plan on keeping our Honda for a very long time and possibly hand it down to our oldest once he’s ready so buying what we were happy to keep long term was huge. We walked away with a 2.0 sport instead of the 1.5 thanks to their fairness and willingness to not have us second guessing later. It is very much appreciated and we absolutely love the car!!! My past experience was great. The service rep was very helpful and attentive. He provided me with very good excellent customer service. However, which this is minor, the sticker that is placed in the windshield as a reminder for the next oil change and mileage, was not properly applied. It came off the very day.

Had a scheduled appointment for a simple oil change on my 2019 vehicle. Took 3 hours for the service to be done!!! Then to top it off I was charged almost $100 instead of the advertised $64.99 because I have a Nissan Rogue and not a Honda. Which was NOT explained to my wife at checkout. Completely unacceptable. Needless to say we won’t be going back even tho it’s 4 miles from our new home. Rather drive more and get better service. Do not recommend. And this wasn’t my first time, last time it took 2 hours so I thought I’d give another shot… never again!!! MODERN NISSAN OF CONCORD HERE I COME.

Jeremiah Vasquez made my car buying experience one of the best Ive ever had. I was apprehensive about getting a new car, even though I needed one, because it had been 10 years since I bought a car. Prices have definitely gone up since then and I definitely had sticker shock. Jeremiah made the process simple and easy for me. He found the exact car I needed for my recently extended family. This store in particular is special, all 3 deals are 5 years apart and all 3 deals were with Chris along with same used car managers and finance rep. Recently visited Honda of Concord to have my vehicle serviced. As always they did an excellent job. Daniel Laimbach was my serviced advisor. He is my go to guy whenever I need my vehicle serviced. He did an great job also and always does. He always courteous and very helpful. Also very informative. Would not hesitate for a second to come back whenever my vehicle needs service.
I purchased an Infiniti from this dealership. On multiple test drives, car handled really well and seemed to check out. I requested to have the car for half a day to give it a thorough test drive but was told no. As I prepared to drive it off the lot, the car wouldnt start. After a second push start, it stayed on. The next day the car wouldnt start multiple times and we were stranded about 20 miles from home. After repeated attempts the car finally started. Will, the sales manager, has made a lot of promises to take care of it and to make sure were happy but has not actually done anything yet. No resolution has been provided by dealershipSalesperson A.G. is really great to work with. Very helpful and responsive.Update: Ive raised my rating due to the help I received from David the service director. He took ownership of my situation and was very upfront and honest. David is very professional and worked to get situation resolved.
I visited Honda of Concord after an oil change service at a Jiffy Lube went horribly wrong. I had my car towed in on Sunday night and was contacted promptly on Monday morning by Daniel Leimbach, a dealership service advisor. Daniel was phenomenal! He was very polite, professional, and kept me regularly updated throughout the entirety of my service and repair. He did a fantastic job at thoroughly explaining my vehicle’s issues, walking me through the findings and next steps and answering all of my questions. Thanks to Daniel and the Honda of Concord service team, my vehicle is functional and is operating and running very well. My wife and 9yr old daughter have always been treated professionally at Honda of Concord. They dropped our 2017 pilot off for routine servicing today and Jason Dalrymple greeted them with a smile. They took the shuttle to Concord Mills for some back to school shopping. When the Pilot was completed, they were picked up and on their way home. The system used for service concerns is really great and I was able to click from my phone as to what I wanted to complete today and what I wanted to do at a later time. Honda of Concord really respects peoples time and has a low pressure service experience. They are the best. Thank for keeping my wife and daughters safe and in the road.

I just moved to Concord and my first experience was calling because I need the code for my car radio, after having to reset the car battery. I can’t remember who I’d talk to, but they were very helpful over the phone. However, I would love to especially point out Stephen! He was very pleasant and helpful when I went to get an oil change. Also on point with giving me the details I needed in order to get my car fixed. I would highly recommend Honda of Concord on Bruton Smithe. Dropped car off for an oil change and ended up get several other items serviced. An expensive visit - but staff was courteous and helpful, and car has been “tuned up” 😁

I had the absolute pleasure to buy a brand new CR-V EX from Robin and Brian. Robin was beyond phenomenal and took the time to explain and walk me through all of the features of my new car.
