OkaIts okay, the shuttle driver was not very pleasant and she gave us wrong info. Thank God the other staff was there so when we asked the second time we got better info. Alan was our service rep and he was really professional and had a good experience with him

Bridgett provided me with excellent customer service! She was knowledgable about scanned codes & vehicle services. She informed me of a recall and made an appt to fix it the following day.

No one came out to explain anything that was maybe going on with my car my engine light was still on no one came out to explain why

Zero stars. The worst service ever. Words cannot even describe the horrible experience we had. Never buy a BMW. If you made such a mistake. Never take it here. Customer service is lost on these people. The employees walking around almost give off the worst pretentious vibe that they are BMW and anything wrong with their product is your fault.
