I have an auto which seem to attract accidents. Seriously, not 6 months goes by where someone doesnt hit it, and when that happens there is only one place I take my car, Federal Auto Body. Its a good distance from where I live but its worth it. The owner of the facility, Mark, is extremely professional and accommodating. No matter what the situation he will work with you and you can always tell his main concern is your safety as well as making sure you get on the road as inexpensively and quickly as possibly with excellent, quality repairs to your vehicle. To be honest there is not enough praise that can be given to this shop, they have saved me many many times. Take your car to these guys, you will be very happy.

Mark is a great guy and always works around with what you need. He does all of our show cars for us. High quality paint and work. We really recommend.

I took a chance with Federal Auto Body with all the good internet reviews I was sold so this rating is based off my experience with this shop and the quality of there work. Avoid this shop at all costs! Mark the owner may seem like a good guy but dont be fooled. They ruined my car, I gave them plenty of chances to correct there work but they just ruined it even more. All the work they performed on my car had to be stripped down and redone at a reputable shop. These guys are not recommended by any insurance company or dealership and there is a good reason for it. My car had fish eyes, major orange peal, and the work they did was just unacceptable and poorly done. They didnt even put my car back together correctly. Anyone can come on here and write a good or bad review so take it or leave it. This was a nightmare dealing with this shop. If you care about your car do some research, see what the (BAR) Bureau of Automotive Repair has on this shop.

Extremely Poor workmanship, wrong paint color, and they keep your car without doing any work whatsoever to it and lie about progress. Unorganized shop, inadequate paint areas without ventilation, poor worker health and safety considerations, and poor management. Your car will get covered in toxic paint dust inside which you will have to breath for the next year not to mention the dust rocks havoc with your car electronics.I would not recommend this body shop to anyone and especially do not have them paint your Bumper from Umnitza. Poor fit and finish, poor headlights that fog when washed and poor support. Prices aren’t nearly good enough to make up for all the minuses.

Excellent quality and service. My Montero SUV was severely damaged from a rear end collision and when I first talked to Mark about the repairs he quickly gained my confidence based on his description of how he would proceed. I was concerned that, after the repairs, the paint wouldnt look as good as the original factory finish, or that it might not exactly match the existing paint. Marks response to this was simply you wont be able to tell the difference when were done. I am glad to say that the body work was excellent, and as promised the paint job was as good as new. Mark even got the original factory stickers like XLS 4x4, which were lost in the collision.Better still, Mark dealt with my insurance directly as he happened to be approved by them, and he arranged for the rental car to come to his shop to pick me up...all pre-coordinated with my insurer by Mark!This was over a year ago, but I really felt the need to write this long overdue report for this very professional group of people at Federal.
