From everything that I have researched and read, Senville Aura series is an excellent product. Prior to purchasing the 18000 Aura, I was recommended to find a certified HVAC tech to vacuum the lines to not void my warranty. I purchased the unit directly from Senville and the unit works at its full potential. However the installation was a bit tricky since the instruction manual is not very clear. Keep in mind that they do not supply electrical wires which is not listed on the website or the instruction manual. You kind of just need to assume it. As a consumer of this product for future buyers I would advise you gather the most information possible before making the purchase to not get any surprises once you receive the unit. On the up side the unit is affordable and due the the inverter technology the units are fairly quiet.

After one full week of installation, I have to say that this unit and the process has been amazing. SENVILLE HEAT PUMP?AIR CONDITIONER 24000 BTU7 Month old unit showed E1 message....Company sent out new parts from distribution Company in Quebec,Wrong parts! (I paid the shipping fees!) Waited for another part, it didnt fix the machine. After our service guy came out the second time to put the part on (AT OUR EXPENSE) he found a BURNT Black transistor (and I mean Burnt as in melted black plastic....Company agreed to replace the outside unit......well its a month and 3 days since this ordeal began and now they just avoid my phone calls and emails, Yesterday I blocked my name and number when I called and they told me a unit would be sent out this morning....tonight I called their trucking Company....NO Unit on the way for this address!! Better Business Bureau is now dealing with it....Take your money elsewhere people>>>Customer Service DOES NOT EXIST here!

I give 5 stars but they actually deserved 4 1/2 since they had forgot to send out my bracket. I did not want to bring their star ranking down by putting 4 because it is a very good unit and the bracket was a warehousing mistake.
