I placed an order last night for pick up and it was available within an hour. The store is very well kept, the aisles are clean and the staff is very friendly in each department. I bought a pressure cooker for 100 bucks and Im using it now, the box was in great condition. There are a lot of computer parts on sale right now in their clearance section, some RAM, motherboard, some tower covers ect. Good place. Even during the pandemic, my dryer broke so I bought a new one from here during the pandemic. It was ready within an hour and I got it. Sadly I bought the wrong one(totally my fault) and I had to call a couple of numbers to return it and eventually I was able to replace it with the correct one.
Bought tv online as open box satisfactory as shown. Picked up said tv and went home about 4 miles away only to realize the power cord wasnt included. Returned the next day to obtain said power cord that should be included with all TVs otherwise stated and 2 employees refused to give me one even though, according to website and comments under this specific open box condition, no accessories or non essential items were missing from box. Suffice to say this best buy is dead to me. Probably should have been partly my fault considering I didnt check box before they loaded it into my car and I did not directly talk to the manager but that that point they took up already too much of my time. Instead I bought one on Amazon for a 3rd of the cost they were selling one of their branded power cords. The best the employee could do was give me 25% off the $10 cord.
The area has changed a lot since I grew around here, and this Best Buy really felt like a great customer experience. They were very friendly and helpful. Everything I had questions for, they answered. It’s because of places like these that really help the local community rise up and keep getting stronger.
Just an okay place. Staff needs to be trained to recommend clients the best electronics or items for their need and not just give you any item just to make the sale. Also need better customer service.

Store is small, needs more employees to help customers. I saw only 2 employees helping, not sure because I went on a Monday evening. Besides all that, the store its clean and have a big variety of tvs.
I went here to buy a new phone for my husband for his birthday and ended up switching from Sprint to Verizon with brand new phones for myself and my mom as well. Thought that would be an easy peasy switch but it turned into an absolute nightmare with Verizon. Verizon wouldnt activate one of the phones until a week after I already bought the phone. The rep Roxana was on hold with Verizon for literally hours. I was trapped in the store for hours (with infant twins mind you), but the Best Buy staff did everything they possibly could to help me. Turned in an issue with Verizon. Ended up cancelling the entire transaction and returning the phones. Best Buy was understanding and didnt try to charge a restocking fee or anything. They did everything to try to make us feel better. It was a really nice store. Wonderful staff and managers. I will only go here from now on.
Always a great experience. With the conveniences of going online whether to look or find something. And see which store either has it on display & or in stock. Luv it!
Worst bestbuy. Hard to find parking. Smaller than other locations. Staff not very helpful or friendly. I asked a staff to see if they have google phone on display and they said we dont carry it. Turned around and it was right next to thr register on display. I turned around and told him what is this, and he is like oh we have one, cool. Is this the level of customer service you supposed to get. I will rather buy it online

Twice Ive walked out empty handed latest time they didnt have the USB flash drive 2.0 it said they did online showed up couldnt find it. I couldve waited for an employee to be free and ask them but from my past experience that would go two ways either not my department or cant get stuff for you from back even though if i ordered it online i probably would get it from the back. also all the computers here are low performance for the price they are asking and low ram none have 16gb better off going to micro center or something.
Small best buy and not much to look at. Its nice to have in the area but like the bigger stores better.
Has most items in stock. It has a good inventory due to its proximity to the port of LA. Nice people work there and are very helpful. Parking is more than ample.
I got a tv. The customer service lady was amazing she help 4 people in 15 min. Me and a guy walked up knowing what tv we wanted. As she was checking him out another guy could find something ..helped him & told him to come back if he had any questions about the product. First guy pulled his car up as she put the TV on wheels and the best buy guy helped him out. She was coming to me another guy need a price check.. he had the wrong item. She asked what I wanted and told me it said they had 1 more🙏. She found it😁 she charged me then helped the man that came back. The other customers service was helping people figure out what they wanted. But I noticed that 4 looked at me and saw i need help, but of course they didnt leave the people they was help. But I do love the customer service there. No over pressure will help you asap. Really nice..best part i got a great deal and good warranty.

I was in search for a TV the help from Francisco. He was so knowledgeable and his customer service was very impressive to helping me make a decision.
The associates are only friendly and nice if your purchasing under his or her register. The customer service rep. is not willing to help and give off an unwanted vibe. In the end, she did have a bratty attitude. All the customers that were in line behind me were all told to go to the department where they bought the merchandise, instead of helping them. The Supervisors are total Cons, they are clearly below the uneducated group and only have the street smarts to problem-solving issues. The two Supervisors I had to deal with could have easily solved the issue if they add another 2% of effort, instead told me they are not able to assist me and have to call Best Buy CUSTOMER SERVICE Hotline. Whats the point of having a customer service center if they tell me to call a hotline. In the store, I called the Best Buy customer service hotline. The customer service rep that I called told me the reps at the store are lazy and this could be easily solved. I had to visit this location four times to get my issues resolved. Btw the general manager or district manager should know all the associates including the Supervisors do not wear name tags no wonder one is able to file a complaint. In addition, DO NOT have this location for STORE PICKUP THIS LOCATION, ESPECIALLY IF YOURE PURCHASING VALUABLE HIGH-END MERCHANDISE. Check the photos of this gaming PC that I picked up at this location. This rig cost a little over three thousand dollars and had to wait three weeks to get.

The wait for assistance was about 6 minutes but well worth it. The service person saw the power cord in my had and immediately one the type of computer I had and handed me the code replacement in less than 1 minute. Awesome service.

Plenty of sale personnel for assistance. Although some are not as knowledgeable about some of the technical items. Very efficient in loading large items on your vehicle.
Would give zero stars if I could. Made online order early in the afternoon. Online said order would be ready for pick up in an hour. 4 hours later after no word, I try to call. Left on hold for 30 min no answer. Keep in mind, I only ordered here because I was close. So I go to the store. Agents at the store pick up line (especially the red haired girl who kept hiding her name tag). I get told that there is no eta and no one can find one. I ask for a manager, the red hair girl comes out. She suggests that I cancel my order and wait on the line to come in to store and just pick up the order that way or just wait. I explain that I dont live close. I ask if Ill get my order today. No answer. Cannot tell me when Id get the order. I ask for another manager and this rude girl tells me that hes just going to give me the same answer. I get Dan. Now hes actually assisting and trying to get me an eta on the order. Something the red hair girl said was impossible. Dan excellent, everyone else... Lets see what happens

Lack of customer service skills in the electronic department. I was trying to find a new sublimation printer for my business but the associate was in a rush so I politely left.
I needed to buy a new dashcam. I found that this Best Buy had one so I headed over to pick it up. I knew what I wanted to buy so I didnt need a sales assistant to explain anything to me. Id be in and out, or so I thought.I waited through the line to get into the store and then got to where what I want is on display.On display behind a locked case. I waited for the Best Buy sales associate helping these other customers to note me standing there. I tell him I just need the case opened so I could get the dashcam.Oh no sir, youll have to put your name on the list for assistance up at the store entrance. was his response.Seriously.The guy had the keys to pop the case open right there. The couple he was assisting were debating between themselves over their product choice so he wouldnt be pushing them aside to open the case for me.Seriously?Screw this. Screw Best Buy. I can get better customer service online via Amazon.And once back in my car I fired up the browser on my phone and made the dashcam purchase online right there and then.Screw Best Buy, period.

Not much to look at. Everything is out of stock and items don’t have prices on them. It’s annoying that most of the products don’t have a price. I was looking at the coffee cups and they didn’t have prices. I’m not purchasing without knowing the price. Also, I was looking for a hard drive and most of them didn’t have a price. I saw a 1TB hard drive locked up and couldn’t figure where they put the price. Most of their stuff is locked up, so if you want to look at and find info you have to look for someone, and wait for them not to be busy.
Needed help, had questions and no one approached me to help. I wandered for a time and saw no one to help me.

I ordered online an iPad pro and a bunch of other stuff with it. I was told that everythin should be ready on the same day in 50 minutes. After spending 3 hours on stand by I have been told that there is no iPad available in the store. I received all complementary goods but not the main purchase.What a waist of my time. I even was not offered the expedite shipping at the end, so need to cancel the order..... Very said .... Guys you need to do it better. Otherwise, it doesnt make sense to buy anything from you.

Best place to shop electronics and games.
They are practicing social distancing and cleaning. They are open everyday from 10am to 8pm. They are offering curbside pick up as well as instore shopping. Make sure you have you mask on. Upon entering they ask if you will be needing help with anything in the store if you do they ask you for your name and phone number and put you in a queue. You get to walk around the store and look at things once its your turn they will call you and meet with you so they can help you with picking something out and answer your questions. They have a discounted section to the right on the corner once you enter the business.

Busy waited 10 min to be helped to look at tvs for the ps5 but when I was helped the guy was great even showed me a better TV than what I had in mind coming in the store and at better value too
I met quite a long queue and it took a while for me to eventually get in and start shopping. There was another queue for just pick-ups.Overall, the personnel were really courteous and very welcoming. Rest assured that there is more than enough space for several to park.The main entrance is wheelchair accessible.

Waited close to two hours for a curbside pickup item that was ready. The estimated time for pickup was around 10 minutes. I originally bought it a week ago online, they said it was in stock. After I paid for it I got a message saying it was out of stock. Drove up a week later when I saw they charged me again once it was in stock.The store is clearly anticipating large volumes of pickup orders, and management did not staff the store for it.Curbside pickup employees were exasperated and overworked.This was the least convenient purchase I have ever made. The opportunity cost of the time wasted picking it up has more value than the item itself had. It would have been worth it to pay twice as much to have it shipped to me directly.

Worst best buy Ive been to in Los Angeles. I was in there for over a hour and no once did I receive help or even someone asking did I need help.Ive been to all the best buys in LA country and this one falls below standards. I rather drive 15 miles to el segundo plaza store where I always feel welcomes and its always overwhelming people wanting to help.

Overall shopping at best buy has always been great but this last time I went the staff wasnt up to date on price match policy. Causes a mix up and extra trip just to get it match. Nothing wrong with the store I would say, great covid protocol.

Went for an exchange, air fryer was given to me as a gift. Air fryer didnt work, they helped me out and ordered me a new one since they didnt have it in stock. Also the rep advised me thats it best to come to the store anything after 6:35 because the pick up lines are huge!

Being the holiday season, I was expecting the store to be open later than 7pm. The dude who helped me was rushing me and thinking I was stealing cell phone cases. Its understandable being that i resemble a dirty, schizophrenic, homeless man and theyre 2/3rds right. Still if were stealing i would appreciate the 8 minutes they let me rifle through the cases before attempting to shoo me away like a stray cat. 4 out of 5 stars

Avoid Cerritos Best Buy the larger size guy in computers is an aggressive sales agent. The one in Compton is better for customer service but dont fall for the trap to wait in the que I mean go ahead and put your name on that list but when you go inside try to ask for any available agents you see and more than likely youll be helped out so youll be waiting for a long time for them to call you is what Im trying to say

There was only 1 customer and 2 employees inn the computer department and I still couldnt get help. I finally interrupted and asked it they carried Razor laptops and the guy pointed over to a section. No there were no Razors there. Thanks for wasting my time.
Worse location. Definitely Best Buy is not what it used to be when it comes to customer service. I guess it too big now that they dont even care about purchases under $100. Oh well theres always other places to shop.
