Friendly staff, had what I needed. No selection on Tru frame hard case the day we went in which was a little disappointing but they had the sizes of luggage we needed.

Well when the wheel snapped right off my Samsonite suitcase, I thought it was done for. I went begging for help to the shoe repair man, he said he couldn’t fix it but to talk to corporate. They fixed my wheel and shipped it back to me at no charge! Gooo Samsonite! Also, the staff are very helpful and friendly!

We were traveling from another state with a new Samsonite bag for a gift. It wasnt large enough exchanged it for the right size. The associate was very helpful, professional, and pleasant.

An associate met me directly inside the store. No other customers there. He explained and showed me the alternatives. I didn’t find the price good enough. Same price as in Norway. Didn’t expect that in a samsonite outlet in US.

Good shop but small

Today I bought two Samsonite products and am so disgusted and frustrated I dont even want them to replace the goods, Id like to melt them! I picked up a portable garment rack, made of durable stainless steel. Well, it the metal from which the poles were made is stainless steel, donkeys AND pigs fly! The ends of the poles were bent and I couldnt get them into the fittings and had to reshape them. The metal was so soft it was like copper wire and I was unable to get all the pieces to fit together properly. When I finally got everything aligned, the rack was still basically extremely unstable. I got it to the point where it Might work and decided that if my daughter, for whom it was intended, liked it, Id take Gorilla Tape to it and make sure the fittings stayed together. THEN, after my hours wrestling match with this very poor representative of Samsonites former great reputation, I was removing the over the door towel rack Id bought and it came apart in my hands! What JUNK!!!!
