Never going back to this store! Managers are super rude, no wonder why employees are not trained well. An employee took a bag off my little girl hands just to show another customer! My little was going to show me. Of course I told the “employee “ why she took the bag from her? She denied it after I saw her. She said my girl was putting it back. Not true! Another thing I tried to return a bag that it didn’t work for me and they didn’t took it back for a minor stain inside the bag. It probably got stained when I tried the bag at home from putting my stuff inside to see how everything fit. The manager was super rude when she approached me telling me “NO we cannot take it back as we have to re sale it” they forget we buy stuff that are on display when they don’t have anymore in the back. They’re not in perfect conditions.After this 2 incidents I am never going back. And I will sure put a complain to customer service and give those “employees name”. They need to be re trained!!

Needed to get a new bag here and I was so pleased with how good the service was. Everyone went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for, which made my life so much easier. Store was very, very clean and the prices made it affordable for me!

Left completely disappointed ! I always come in to purchase purses during my visits here and after today’s experience I will not be coming back. It was my first time getting a purse embroidered and I was excited! I than came back to pick up my purse after the 40 min wait time they quoted me. After waiting an extra 10 mins for them to finish up my purse they handed me my purse with my embroidery messed up I asked them if this was how it was suppose to come out and they responded with the machine was having technical difficulties and that she would run it by the manager. The manager however never came out to talk to me and there solution was to trim around the edges of where it looked bad, at this point I was already aggravated with their customer services and the way they were handling the situation. I def do not recommend to come into this store for any custom orders!

The employees here are very nice and helpful. Also I loved how their bags are super lightweight and high quality, with a durable zipper that’ll last a few years at least! Each bag comes with a signature monkey of your very own!

The manager in this specific store called Jasmin is really rude and doesn’t keep her words of a return policy.We needed to return some items and she did not even make a effort to return at least one idea.She is really rude to her customers and doesn’t have the capacity to be a manger, knowing this is a tourist place she had to understand. Specially her name is Jasmine “manger”.
