This place has always been consistent. The selection is excellent. I’m always finding the best deals. My husband got 2 leather jackets. I got one that I fell in love with. The sales associate made us feel so welcomed. Very personable.

I love Wilsons Leather products. I bought a classic biker leather jacket when I was in my early 20s, about 20 years ago. I recently went to the Wilsons at the Citadel and the quality of the leather jackets today is the same as it was back 20 years ago. Staff is friendly and helpful, as always. The selection of jackets in this store is larger than the other locations.The sale discounts are always huge at Wilsons. You can walk in with an idea on your head and walk out with it. The wallet selection is big too. Personally, Wilsons had become my definitive solution for being leather products. From jackets to wallets, I will always check here first.I highly suggest Wilsons if you have an idea in your head for a slick looking leather product. Give them a go first and go from there. Audio, they sell leather maintenance products for those of you that own real leather products.

The layout of the store is very simple to walk through. I was able to find what I wanted but not the size. The associate was helpful and tried to locate the size I needed. When we couldnt find the right size he offered an alternative.... very helpful!

Cydne and Kevin were very friendly, helpful and incredibly patient. I took photos and waited for my fashion designer friend to suggest what I should try on. They didnt rush me and were very helpful in every way possible. There were a lot of laughs during my two visits. This is a solid store with a solid team.

This definitely was not what I expected. Wilsons Leather definitely does not carry a variety of leather jackets and other fashion Goods. I remember years ago shopping and visiting Wilsons house of leather and suede. This is definitely not a leather store.

People were very friendly. Tried selling me the pricier stuff I wasnt really interested in, but thats their job. Only leather jackets I could find in my size here. As a 55 270 lb dude. Prices were alright. Definitely cheaper than most places, if the leather is truly authentic

This place needs trained employees, and someone to organize their stock. I was buying 2 identical jackets 1 xxl and 1 xxxl one guy says theres a price difference of $10-$20 I goto check out and the price difference was $100 wouldnt help us look for another xxl
