Found what we needed and not crazy crowded like HD. Reasonable prices

Good little hardware store. Well priced items.

Walked in to the Pasadena Harbor freight and picked up some Bolt/chain cutters. I got a Great deal, on a pair of 28 in bolt cutters. They busted a hardened Master pad lock. I mean they barely fit around the bend of the pad lock. I just pulled the upper handle and pressed the other handle against my chest and went for it with little to no pressure and snapped!!

Large selection of all kinds of useful tool. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The plenty of parking and no wait to get in 👍

It was a great visit and great deals on things.We went for one specific item and came out with other things.This flat cart was only $39.99 compare to even things lowest price on Amazon $49.99

The tools they sell have improved in quality over the years. The Price is Right and they got a big inventory.

I like Harbor Freight Tools a lot, but I fear this time they sold me damaged merch. Unfortunately, I opened the box for the very first time after the receipt had expired, and thus was too late to even try to exchange it.

I bought a set of Us General tool box & went back next day to pick up two times & they could not help me to put it my truck short of staff & not delivery that also very disappointing from manger told me to return the item.i never aver go back to that store even nobody else has on stock.

I asked the so called manager Jessica, if it was possible to hold an item that I really needed today, for me to pick up at closing time. Her being the one with the authority & the opportunity to accommodate a customer, choose to be rude, unwilling to listen to a customer & not try to even seem to care that I really needed this particular tool today! Harbor Freight, get better management & show them some CUSTOMER SERVICE, if that is the business you are in! Ill be cancelling my account with your company & Ill be recommending all my clients, friends & family to take their money to HOME DEPOT! Used to have to travel all the way to Pasadena/Altadena to visit this new location is great. A unique type of store not a hardware store but, has tools for specific trades. Husband enjoys his trip here always finds great bargains.

Dont listen to that John Doe review below, he probably works at Home Depot or simply a hater. Everyone is very helpful there. my go to spot. A lot of their tools are lifetime warranty. You cant beat it. Very clean store!

Customer service is very good. They didnt sell the one thing I went for. It was a 3/4 13/16std or a 3/4 21mm hexagonal socket. Sucks cause its what I really need.
