Great prices. Saved $129.00 by purchasing our ready framed door here instead of blank warehouse. Although..we might have if they werent already wiped out by contractors. We didnt want to wait 3 days for our door. Home Depot had the doors...and we saved.

Great location right off the 5, i mean right off it. Perfect if youre needing sonething on the way up to LA/Hollywood area. You can jump off and right back on in no time. Nice, big and clean home depot with helpful employees. Opens at 05:30.

Fairly new store. Employees are good, just seem to be very busy with other customers. Ive noticed that in other Depot stores, this one is no exception. They need more employees. I usually find what I need, sometimes its better to shop online first to see if your item is in stock at the store or if its better to order it online for delivery

Found helpful employees there. I saw an home depot employee in the parking lot. Helping customers put things in their vehicles, assisting a disabled person with his request. Returning shopping carts to the store. It was really hot outside! You have to give a thumbs up.

Bad electric service department, they dont want to valid your visa purchase, receipt only, they said that home Depot is different from the other ones, so heads up, go to another store or go to Lowes. So Watch Out! Manager was helpful.

Bad customer service all around, they don’t know how to greet customers or say thank you or your welcome. Paint department associates are rude and don’t have people skills. I called in on a complaint of paint colors they made an error on the rep answered the I said I have a problem his reply was yea what’s up. Another rep made a sigh noise and rolled her eyes when I placed an order for 1gal of paint but a minute later I told her it’s for two.

Quick easy in and out. The best way to shop here is to look up online what youre looking for and it tells you precise location so you dont have to try and find a floor associate which are very scarce.

The Commerce store has a good selection of doors compared to the Alhambra and Monterey Park stores.

Home depot was our spot to pick up free fresh pine tree branches. I needed these branches to finish my self made Christmas tree. I just sprayed them in silver, to create the skirt of my tree.

Awsome home depot very helpful employees friendly service, no long lines i was in an out with a quickness i was clueless where to find my dryer items and cleaning products an a young man helped walk with me an my fiance to get all the items we needed. I liked how the prices were affordable plus u go in just for your items and leave with a hobby or great things . the flowers and plants very beautiful and not dead looking did i mention it was well organized. The few workers i ran into knew exactly where things were so it made my shopping experiance quick affordable an easy. I highly recomend this home depot to all.

How much is the COVID-19 toilet paper you may ask? $9.97 or $9.97? Well at the register youll find out that its neither; the current retail price for an 18-pack of the HDX toilet paper is $17.97. Some may find it a bargain, but while there is no signage for the actual retail price, it certainly seems like a bad sales practice to me. One thing for sure is that youll be encouraged to buy it at checkout because you know its going to be sold out by the end of the day as I was told by the Home Depot rep. Everybodys got to make a buck I guess.I usually enjoy Home Depot but I find this ridiculous. So I docked them three stars.

Friendly staff, clean aisles and shelves were fully stocked if everything I needed. Parking is a little chaotic but I just parked further out, a little walking doesnt hurt sometimes.

I asked for a cart(I know I should have grabbed one) and the young lady went to get one for me.. I looked to see where she gets it from and she walked to the other side of the parking for one ( not even if they paid me would I do that) ... And the rest of the staff were just as nice👍🏿

It was okay I never seen a worker to ask a few questions. I did manage to found what I needed. Needs more staff on the floor. I was in and out! Packed with lots of people.

Terrible customer service! It is understandable that there are certain products that have to be brought to the cashier by the sales associate because of theft. Is what they did when I wanted to purchase a digital leveler. Since there was a line at the register I asked if they could give it to someone at the self check out so I didnt have to wait in line. Simple common sense.Eventhough I was there at the self check out ready to scan what I was going to buy, the sales associate was standing right next to me, she would not let me scan the items myself. Instead she decided to help someone else and make wait for no logical reason. Isnt the whole point of me self check out to do it myself??Its policy is all she said! The supervisor was also rude. Treating your customers like we are thieves is NOT the way to do business. There are much better ways to handle something so simple as what I was trying to do. Pure incompetence! Ill never set foot at that place again!

Terrible manager & assistant manager. They get a lot of shoplifters here & because of that they treat other customers poorly.Theres a few really good workers but a lot of ignorant workers who dont know how deals work or have no idea how to provide common sense, let alone customer serviceWanted to grab a Milwaukee impact driver packout kit that was going for $159 online as part of the special buy of the week. I know they honored that price for customers earlier in the day because they more than 20 of those things in one end cap the day before & when I stopped by the store the next day they only had two of them left in that same spot.I told an associate who really didnt know that much about how the online/in store price match works & when he went to confirm with the manager, the manager told him the price can only be brought down $10, which is outright a disservice.I hate going to this location & I dont plan on spending any of my money here anytime soon.

Very convenient. Plenty of parking spaces as well for handicap spaces. Employees are generally flexible, good customer services and mostly knowledgeable about most products.

Great service by Richard at product pick up, check out cashier in garden department making custumers waiting in line while she having a conversation with security guard. Not only her careless of what her job is but also management not performing some of their job responsibilities and oversee these type of performance, behavior, neglection of work duties, and accountability to employees.

I was helped out by David in the plumbing isle on Oct. 25 at around 3:45pm. His customer service is top tier. I know nothing about plumbing and he was able to figure out what I needed for my project just from showing him pictures on my phone. I Will definitely be returning to this location.

Very friendly staff from the parking lot curbside pick up guys, the friendly security and the helpers inside. I loved the fast service. Didnt have to look for a specialist everyone was willing to help me. I got what I needed quickly and easily. The check out line was also great the lines with no one in them come and get you to ring you up. My only problem with all homedepots is they dont take contact less pay/ mobile pay. But overall this specific homedepot is now my favorite.

Im not very happy with self checked out employee that worked on 1/08/21 @ 630 AM in self check out Employee Name NORBERTA The employee in charge of the process assumed I was not paying for my items . I had scanned my first items, total items were 7 items 3 single metal cutting blades, 2 coast Ps700 portable work lights and 2 pack set of 6pc bimetal blades. She had the nerve to stop and remove all items from bagging area without giving a explanation... I asked if their was a issue but she replied by saying just verifying proper items.... I would of just walked away and not tolerated it but I really needed my cutting blades for my project.. to make it short I ended up purchasing total of 15 items total spent was $185.000.. she checked total of 9 items in my bagging area as if I was not paying or not scanning...... Not nice Lady!!!!!?

Slow lines... hard to find help to locate items.. but the the store was clean and well stocked.

It sucked! I placed a small order for curbside early afternoon and I recieved a text at 7:09 PM telling me it was ready for curbside pickup. I drove down to curbside within 20 mins of the text. Once I arrived I looked for curbside employees to help me. I followed the text directions only to find out curbside was closed ! Why are you sending text messages for customers to pick up their orders at curbside if they are closed? I had to go in the building and get my order from customer service. If I get sick because of this I will file a lawsuit.
