I was there at Luxury beauty Citadel outlet, CA today Sep 7th.The store associate was terribly rude to me.I was going to buy couple of perfumes and then a rollerball perfume cover just fell off my hand. One of the sales associates (wearing glasses, blue highlighted hair) misbehaved with me just for that $7 rollerball!!! She said it was damaged, although I did not break anything.I was very disappointed with that kind service, I never expected that from luxury beauty.I did shopping many times from other Luxury beauty stores.

My daughter is turning 16 and is all about her cosmetics and skin care products so I went here and told the girl working “load me up”. She was so nice! We went around the store for about 15 minutes while she made recommendations and I tossed stuff into the basket. My daughter is going to be so excited!

Great pricing and selections. I wish you offer shipping! How difficult to order over the phone and ship them. Please consider letting us buy your products when we don’t live near buy.

These ladies are the beeesstt! My lashes, eyebrows, and makeup looks perfect now, thanks to Lynn, Kathy and Rachel. For the cost they go so far above and beyond the basic’s you’ll be amazed you haven’t tried it sooner!!
