Wow! Eves NYC shampoo! My gray hair was dry, course no shine! And I asked young lady dark hair, she recommended this shampoo.. I used shampoo and my hair feels sooo soft and Shines! .after one use! I will definitely continue using shampoo...thank u 😊

I dont know if its part of their job but the workers here dont have any knowledge in hair products / beauty. I went in to buy some brown hair dye to get rid of the pink I was sporting. The worker whose name I dont know, because she wasnt wearing a name tag offered to help me and she sold me a hair removal kit plus some brown hair dye. I went home used the color remover but it didnt get rid of the pink at all. I went back to the store to try and get a refund because on the back of the receipt it literally states If your purchase doesnt give you the beautiful results youd hoped for, bring it back well happily help you find a better solution- or refund your money. That wasnt the case with this store. They said that the product has to be full of more than 50% has to still be there. I dont know where they get that policy from because I checked online and it doesnt say that anywhere. The worker then called her manager and the manager gave her the green light to refund me the money and said that for next they wouldnt refund money for a product that is more than 50% used. Trust me there wont be a next time. I rarely shop at sallys and everytime I do the products are all mediocre.

Yesterday there was a person who works for sallys just standing next to the cashier spot using her phone. I asked her a question that I needed help looking for something instead of walking where I was at to show her what exactly the product I was asking for she just stood in the cashier expecting me to walk over there. Then she got an attiude I guess because I interrupted her while she was using her phone. Its not only me I have friends going there tell me its always the one lady with blondish hair and always has her nails done. Sucks that the recipes dont have the employees names I wouldve put it down here.

Their curbside service is sucks I’m been calling the number that they have to place the order and they don’t answer ... 😡

Most of the employees dont have enough experience to answer your questions properly. I bought a shaper from them. Theres no replacement blades available for it. Ive bought the wrong blades from them three times, each time them saying,this is the only one thatll fit. I spent over $50 buying blades that dont fit and they refuse to refund my money.Also, before I got my own shop, I went to three job interviews to work for them and was finally told they couldnt hire me because I lived too far. But I made it to all my interviews early. I only live 5 miles away.Now I buy products in volume and only go to Sally in an emergency. If youre a professional, you can check out Nancys in Maywood, or Elegante on Grand and 30th in LA. Theres also Salon Centric and Cosmoprof. Better prices, better service.Sorry Richard, you should have hired me!
