It is hard to do everything in this environment .Everyone is trying . Each has a different perspective . Be patient and lets get through this together . CVS pharmacists need help and have to do the vaccinations as well as the drug dispensing .. it would really help them do what they need to do if management would step in and hire extra pharmacists to help them with this pandemic, and also hire nurses to give shots. As I understand it, it is also just hard to find help to work . Keep trying to do a good service !

Drive-through personnel are rude and behave as though were bothering them when we had an appointment for covid testing. Its clear that there needs to be some form of guidance or counseling from management as this isnt the 1st review to complain about this very thing.

I had just come from the hospital with my mother they took my prescription and insurance card and told me to wait in my car. 15 min later they closed the store and never finished helping us. This was the Pharmacy on a Friday night . Saturday morning now and I have to go back up there so my mother can have much needed heart medicine. Will never use CVS again

Filled a specifically name brand prescription as generic without being asked, then didn’t have any of the name-brand in stock after 45 minutes of waiting and several iterations. Also did not have other 2 prescriptions ready, despite them having been called in more than 24 hours previously.

They fill meds like old people... You get it.

This has to be the absolute slowest pharmacy in the state of Texas. They have people constantly lined up there. The staff isnt that friendly as well. I dont get how it takes so long to do what they do...if your sitting in line for 20 mintues there then feel blessed.

Just went by to get my son tested for covid. The lady that was doing drive thru was rude and acted like we were bothering her.. I had questions bc we have never had to deal with this and she gave me attitude and then acted like she didnt care. Will never go back here.. Wal mart is better...

The pharmacy never has my prescription and can never answer the phone. I was on waiting for them to answer the phone for 30 minutes. The staff is rude and they aren’t productive.

I enjoy our local CVS. They always have everything I need and are very friendly.

Lets start off with the pharmacy. Theres waaaayyyy too much going on back there, and way too many ppl back there; for their output of prescriptions to be as slow as it is. Theyre all not on the same accord. One will ID you, and the rest wont even ask for it. Theyre rude, and sometimes wont even greet you; just open the drive thru window.....or come to the counter and say: drop off or pick up? The front end workers, are too worried about being on their phones; rather than stocking. They have expired medicine, and other merchandise on the shelves. When I brought it to their attention, the cashier said: just go, and get another one. The pharmacy input the wrong information for my daughter, and then proceeded to argue with me; about my own kids birthday......like dont know when my own kid was born. They fixed the problem(which was on their end), and they still gave me the wrong medicine for my daughter. I hate that they took over Total Care Pharmacy, they were the best in town. If I could give them a zero I would.

They dont put much effort on taking a decent passport pictures. And its over priced!

Wow, this pharmacy is the best! I came to them with a major snafu that was not there fault. Each and every person I dealt with went out of there way to handle the issue with the utmost professionalism and discretion. They never once lost patience with me even though I know I came across panicked and demanding. So, KUDOS to the entire team!Id love to give them 10 stars but I couldnt find that option. Killer C.S. skills, yall have my highest recommendation!

They need get there stuff together. I went to doc . They sent my med in to them . I kept getting called it was ready but every time I called they had nothing. They to me are worthless.

A needed addition to such a small town. Nice clean store and friendly staff.

I am not sure if CVS pharmacy is a bad place to get your medication or the staff who are working there are bad. As a conclusion, it is the worst place you can get your medications.
