This email so with respect to 2 pairs of true religion jeans that were purchased in December of 2019The first black pair worn by my friend Alex lasted a month and the pair ripped at the seam/fork in an odd manner.The second blue pair is mine and the same rip also occured many months later.I am inquiring on what is going on here.I have been purchasing True religion since 2014. I still have my pairs from back in the day. These last 2 pairs barely completed 2 years and the black one didnt even go 6 months.The rip at the fork is extremely odd.How do you explain this?Are you making jeans in China.now?This quality is very below par and not the true religion I remember.

Crystal (manager) provided excellent customer service. I appreciated her professionalism and patience. The store was clean and had a good selection. I would definitely come back to this location.

This was my first experience at the True Religion outlet and I have to say I was extremely pleased! The jeans fit me so well & the girl helping me introduced me to some new styles I hadn’t tried on before. Finding jeans can be so difficult but this brand and the staff here made it a breeze!

They are understaffed here I think because the few times Ive went Ive had to get the attention of someone inside to let me in since they half barriers up due to COVID capacity restrictions. However they dont have someone at the door like the other shops that is actually counting and letting people in and the few times I was there it took a while just because no one was paying attention to the door.

I felt like I was being racially profiled, I walked in an immediately I was being asked if I need help more than 10 times at least that’s good customer service but I couldn’t look around because I was being stared at as if I was doing something wrong also I felt so uncomfortable being asked constantly without being able to look for clothes and other people were walking like nothing, do not go here, you will not be comfortable. this happened just now, never coming again

Good place for a small sizes Im usually XL but here I can fit in that size 😒

Priced like an outlet and a mall retailer, there are some bargains. However, the items offered are limited, as expected for a outlet store.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They had a good sale which who doesnt love!It was clean and neat. The fitting rooms are big and roomy with a large mirror inside.Basically its you typical True Religion.

I wanted to buy the jacket but dont want to spend on a full price of almost $100. They have sale on other items but the one I wanted is priced without discount. Will come back again to see if they still have the item I wanted at the price I can afford.
