This is an excellent sport clothing store, I got five polo style shirts for my nephew, prices are great!There are plus sizes which is very good, also, if you appreciate quality this is a place to visit.

It’s been so chilly around LA lately that I wanted to get a new coat to keep me warm while I’m out and about running errands and what not. The selection here is absolutely fantastic and I think just about everyone who comes into this location will be able to find something they like. The staff is also very helpful too. There are a lot of subtle differences between different lines of jackets that I knew nothing about until Michael (the store employee) informed me.I ended up getting this great water resistant zip up that looks good and is so comfortable! Definitely recommend this store.

Just got done shopping at my favorite affordable outdoors shop, Columbia Outlet Store. As always, they have killer prices and the quality is good, including non clothing items too like water bottles/thermoses. The staff sometimes feel like they need lessons in civility but overall I love it here and will always be back. Their jackets are lightweight and comfortable too, while still keeping you warm.

The Columbia Memorial day ads said almost everything 25% off I bought 4 things only 1 had an added discount. Kind of misleading because there was no additional signage that I saw indicating which items were actually 25% off. Good quality stuff, just be aware with added discounts

Store opens at 10am, I arrived at 10:15. Wanted to try on some clothes, but fitting room was closed I was told they would open in 15 minutes. Waited asked again now told another 15 mins. Left came back at 11:00 they had to finally let me try on the clothes. I shouldnt have to wait 45 minutes to try things on if the store opens at 10am

I came here with my brother to buy him winter clothing. The good thing there was sale going on, so they had the jackets at a good price. The only thing that was disappointing in the store is that they dont have many sizes. My brother is a small, but they had very limited quantities available. There werent many jackets in small, so it was hard to find something for him. It was on the weekend and since there was a sale the place was packed. The store was a little messy at the time. The good thing I got from there were socks. The socks seem very durable and feel soft. Overall, its nice when their items are on sale and you can get discounts with the Citadel Savings card.

Prices were increased significantly, selection was average, good customer service.

It’s not quite as nice as North Face and some of the other brands are, but for the price and the amount of money you save it’s really hard to argue. Quality is still decent and will keep you warm/ dry for a fraction of the price of the other guys!

I like Columbia, but lately, they have been disappointing me with the quality of the products. They also dont have a great selection at this particular location.

If you come here, please walk directly to clearance section, you will find good stuff with a small money. If you shop by new year or holiday, you will get a discount coupon $25 discount for $100 you spend.

UPDATE-Im a big fan of Columbia products. I own 5 of the Columbia PFG UPF 50 long sleeve polyester shirts, a pair of PFG convertible pants, and enjoy wearing my Grove Heights OutDry waterproof shoes during wet weather. The customer service has been good, for the most part. Unfortunately, there has been an oversight at the Columbia Outlet store at the Citadel Outlets.I was double-charged for a purchase I made on 1/13/21, using my Citadel Outlets gift card. I became aware of it when I checked the balance the following day. I called the store, and was transferred to the manager. I explained the situation, gave the date/time/UPC on the receipt, and was told it would be looked into, but from what she saw, there was not a double-charge. She informed me she would call me when an update became available, and I could also call the following Mon/Tues. Calling back Monday after checking the gift card balance, the manager said no new info on any update, and she insisted shed call me if/when a refund was given. I checked the balance the next day, and the refund had been posted. However, now being 2 1/2 weeks later, the manager never called as stated to let me know the refund was added back to my balance.Im satisfied the error of the double-charge was corrected, but keeping your word is important, at least to me. Perusing the Columbia website, I made a list of things I wanted, hoping everything would be available at the Citadel Outlets store.The Columbia outlet store is smaller than I imagined it would be, as I made my way towards the shoe section by the registers. I asked for an employee for assistance, hoping they had the SH/FT shoes I found on the website. Unfortunately, the answer was negative. Putting my best foot forward (pun intended), I navigated the selection of shoes, on hand. I found a couple low & mid waterproof shoes I fancied, and used my phone to find reviews. Couldnt find anything. Seems like the Columbia Outlet store sells discontinued models of shoes, hence the lower prices. After trying them on, and not finding the correct size on the mid shoe, I was quite happy taking home a pair of Columbia Grove Heights low waterproof shoes.Service was good. The line seemed to take awhile, even with 2 registers operating. The young man who rang us up was friendly, and when my shoes came out $10 higher than the advertised price on display, I brought it to his attention, showed him where it was, and he remedied the error right away.The Columbia Outlet store is located towards the northern section of the Citadel Outlets, adjacent to Adidas.Im very satisfied with the Grove Heights waterproof shoes I purchased. They handled the end of December downpour just fine. Columbia sells high quality, durable merchandise. Its too bad the selection is limited to whatever they have in stock, as my pre-shopping preparation didnt pay off. But, the hospitable staff & the items they did have, certainly paid off making Columbia the first store we visited at the Citadel.Highly recommend!

Attentive staff and good selection of wear. I went to buy a sweater or jacket and ended up buying a jacket with a great discount on it. $110 regular price and discount after discount payed $70 bucks at the end. Located in a awesome open mall and for sure Ill come back.

Being from So. Cal, we dont have heavy jackets. With our upcoming Chicago and Paris travels we were looking for boots, long johns, jackets and socks. We stopped by and my husband scored! He purchased the Omni-tech multi changeable Columbia jacket. Due to the inner fleece jacket opting to be removed as well as the hood, it makes for 3 great options of comfort wherever we go. He purchased waterproof boots and thermal socks. Everything being on sale here at the outlet store made it that much better! Great selection for both men and women.

Overall:Lots of great sale here. A lot of the sales are located close to the registers. There are no labels, so you will just need to be aware of it.Service:There is a lot of employees here. One of the girls that was working here was so helpful to my girlfriend. She helped her find the jackets that she was looking for. Best service ever.Ambience:Right when you walk in, the main center is a womens clothing. The mens clothing is located on the right and the youth are in the back right. Shoes are all located on the left back side. The register is located on the left, which doesnt make sense at all. The dressing room is located in the back center.

The store itself is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the store often has good sales, and selection is quite good. Unfortunately, the Citadel Outlet its located in is always over packed and parking very difficult to find. During big sale events, youll have to line up just to get inside, but the deals are quite good during those events. The positive of being in a uber-busy outlet is there are a bunch of other good stores nearby.

Excellent service. Especially liked that they take Covid precautions seriously. Clerks, wearing masks, diligently cleaned countertops and their hands after every interaction with customers.

I rarely take the time to write reviews on retail stores because Ive never felt the need to comment on a shopping experience, but this visit to Columbia has left me feeling a little disappointed.But lets start with the good!First, I love Columbia. I absolutely love that they even have an outlet available here at Citadel! With that being said, I come into this store with the expectation that itll be full of huge savings and discounts and they are rightfully so. The store organization is great. Theres no guessing involved as to which side is for men, women, children, or accessories. I wish that they labeled their apparel more though. It would be nice to know the SLIGHT differences between jackets and at least their name so if I decide I want to come back and purchase it, Im not just going to say it was the pink windbreaker jacket with zipped hand pockets.Now the bad news...The employees here are very sweet, Ill give them that. But they are VERY unprofessional. I was browsing the womens section and came across this woman who kept cursing and talking about how she so badly needed her aspirin but forgot it in the car. Then she continued to complain about other things that annoyed her with her friend. Now normally I would have shrugged this off if it was another guest. But the problem is that it was an employee... I only found this out because a third employee came up to the two and they started gossiping and talking shit about a coworker who called out sick.If youre going to gossip on the job, at least do so from a distance where you wont disturb your customers OR leave a negative impression on them.At another point during my time here, I went to the dressing room and came across a young girl (maybe 6-7 years old) who was obviously related to the employee that worked there. It took me a few minutes before I was even issued into an empty dressing room because the employee was so preoccupied with her visitor.Columbia, please pay more attention to the professionalism of your staff!

The staff was busy chatting it up about a Disneyland trip that the cashier Alondra who was rude as it is didn’t take the sensor off my jacket. I live hours away and don’t have the time or gas to go back there just to have the sensor removed. The employees are unprofessional. Definitely not going back there.

Columbia products have become poorly sewn with falling apart seams and broken zippers and their customer service doesnt stand behind their products. They demand you pay repair costs for something that is only a month and a half old. I have argued with their warranty department and dealt with their customer service and its all a dead end. The best resolution I could get was document the feedback after hours on the phone. Columbia also owns Mountain Hardwear, Sorel, and prAna. I would assume corporate policy is the same for all of these companies and that is to not care about the customer. Please avoid supporting this company whos billionaire owners cant warranty their products with their half a billion dollars a year in profit.

I bought a jacket online and it was a size too big. I came to the store to return it and get a size smaller and they said they don’t carry any online products in the store and they couldn’t return the jacket for me. I had to do it myself by calling a number. Worst customer service. Also, it’s dirty and not organized at all inside. Would not recommend doing any business in this store.
