I’ve been to this location many times and it’s always a great experience. The staff is super friendly and my print projects have all exceeded my expectations. I never thought I’d love a fedex so much!

I placed a decent sized print order for an event, a couple of the posters were damaged and needed to be reprinted/recut, Michael was very helpful, followed up with me, and put up with my couple of nervous follow up calls – Ive worked with a number of FedEx locations for printing but this by far, reprinting aside, has been one of the most pleasant and professional interactions Ive had!

No reason to not give 5 stars. I was greeted upon entry, the place was spectacularly cleanly and smelled nice. Above all, I was able to get my item shipped within 5 minutes and the process couldnt have been more smooth. Would highly recommend this location. It was not busy when I went, although just like any post office-esqe establishment, I would arrive as early in the day as possible to ensure quick service. Would visit again and recommend to family.

Someone named Dylan that answered the phone wasnt helpful as to where my package was at all! Just wanted to get off the phone and do as little work as possible!

Good service :) Prints came out fine, but I would want to send in my print job through email well ahead of time and call in to double check it was recieved. Id hate to be in a hurry and have to get something printed when they have a line...But thats general experience with FedEx Kinkos stores...the staff is really helpful once youre there and patient over the phone, thier software and email has some issues losing print jobs sometimes, so i would call ahead..

This FedEx left me stranded in Miami because they couldnt come thru with overnight express. I nearly had a nervous breakdown and they could care less. Please dont ship with FedEx. Save your sanity.

Better to just go to the public library. You can make sure its correct by doing it yourself, and the staff is much more pleasant. I wouldnt recommend this place at all for anything.

I visited this store today to scan some documents, one of which was particularly large at 48in x 36in. Michael was extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. The outstanding customer service he provided is the reason that I will continue to return to this location, as well as recommend it to work colleagues.

Do not use this location. I went in to drop off my tax documents and thankfully I went back to check on it due to not seeing the employee filling the envelope. She had not placed the label on the outside. She had put it in the envelope itself and had nothing on the outside. She didnt care to apologize when I confronted. Extremely unprofessional experience.

Mike was an incredible employee at this Fed Ex! He helped us expodite and extremely large mailing. He was friendly, professional and just as sweet as can be! Our 75 different friends well-received the (75) packages the next day. Mike remained calm and cool the entirety of this cycle!

I had a last minute call to help my friends business on today and your store had 30 minutes left before closing. The customer service/cashier jumped in and helped . The work was completed in 15 minutes that would have taken me 2 hours. Thank you so much for your help was awesome and a client pleased.

This place is pretty good, just like any other FedEx. The reason Im posting this though is that Google driving directions will not get you to the parking lot correctly. There is no parking on High Street.You have to approach the FedEx from east to west on Spring Street. Then you can hang a left into the parking lot just before you get to the FedEx Office.

Customer service is so poor. A female customer service representative I met there today is so rude and very impatient. I would not recommend this fedex location to my enemy

Kenny went above and beyond to help me get the documents printed that I needed for work. I came in near closing time and he was extremely patient- he even made sure I got to my car in the parking lot safely. What a great guy!

20 minutes before close, rush hour traffic🚎🚲🛵🚣‍♀️🚖🚘🛥, I was 23 minutes away🤯😩. He waited for me 💃🍪 😁 happy client happy life

Just had a great experience there shipping a package back to the parts store that we ordered wrong. Would definitely recommend using FedEx. Keep up the good work

FedEx Office is like being confusingly trapped in the past. I feel like everything they do I should be able to do with my home office printer, but sometimes that is not an option... like when I was stuck in Columbus for work and needed to print several pages, so many that my hotels business center couldnt manage it.Finding this location down the street seemed like divine intervention, but ended up being more like a curse.A job that I thought would cost $75 ended up costing $520. At no point did the employee tell me what basic color printing would cost for the project I had. It wasnt that he was just uninformative, but he was also not friendly and not helpful. The printing that they did was at the end of a cartridge, so all of the pages had breaks in it. Just a shocking lack of attention and focus in this location. Try your own printer or hotel business center before this location.

Absolutely horrible. They dont care about their customers at all. I had to wait at total of 5 minutes when I was the only one in line so that the attendant could finish typing whatever she was doing. 5 minutes is a long time when youre on a schedule and the only person in line. I should have been in and out in 1 minute. If you have a customer, stop what youre doing and take care of them first, then finish your task.

This is where I go to get help shipping my ebay sales. Convenient location. Prices seem very reasonable. Theyre open late too.

Dewey was very helpful and provided our organization with great service. He spent 5 minutes with us helping prepare our project. Color printing is expensive though

The people were really friendly and the service was as quick as it could possibly be as busy as they were. I really like the dedicated parking lot for FedEx customers.

Rude staff that drag their feet around, specifically Dylan, the bald guy with the beard. If you hate your job that much then don’t work there.

Best place for shipping and print that Ive found. Staff here bends over backwards to get it right.

Extremely friendly staff and a good walkable location for downtown employees.

Ive had my ups and downs with this place, but the staff knows me well and does the best they can to help. Cant beat the convenient parking and location. Often busy, dont be in a rush.

Severely unprofessional. I asked for a package to be delivered before a certain day no matter the cost and wound up getting the complete opposite AND an attitude from the clerk. I probably wont change my business to business shipping to FedEx. UPS might be more expensive but at least Brown delivers.

I use FedEx at least monthly for shipping and making prints of my artwork from my camera.They are always helpful, courteous, and the best value I have found in Columbus. I really dont understand the bad reviews: I must be lucky.
