Super helpful print center. Brian the assistant manager is the best!
This Staples is always very helpful, and there for us when we are in need of office supplies at the shop. Morgan and Alise are always happy to help and quickly find exactly what I am looking for. Keep up the great service and thanks again!-JerryTom and Jerrys Auto Service
I just want to get my office supplies without being bombarded with political beliefs. The employees are all wearing strong political shirts. Not appropriate in the workplace or for customers to have to see. Will not return.
I was in the store recently and was helped by the store manager, Ken. He was extremely helpful as I ordered a new printer. The printer arrived earlier than expected and I am very happy with it. Ken and Staples made everything super easy!
The manager is probably the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered. My roommate and I waited to be picked up after buying overpriced office chairs. One of the employees decided she would wait for us to get picked up so she could carry the chairs to the car. We never asked her to wait but out of the kindness of her heart she did. The manager comes out and starts cursing about how we made the employee wait and how our ride was taking so long (we had been waiting for 10 minutes). I will never come here again. I feel bad for people who have to deal with this manager. If you need office supplies, I suggest the nearest office depot or amazon.
You would have a better experience at the public library. At least youd be able to do the work yourself without having to pay anything other than a paper fee. I wouldnt recommend this staples to anyone.
Good store with helpful staff. Pretty big and should meet all your office and stationery needs.
Person who declared himself as the manager came up and asked for my private information. He told me to give me my phone number and where I live. I told him that I do not want to share and he told me I have to share it and that it was mandatory in their process. After going back and forth, I gave him my information, but I noticed that he did not ask the next customer for their information at all. All I did was to ask to print for 1 copy of a paper. I’m pretty sure this is considered racial profiling. It was not a pleasant experience dealing with him, and I am definitely not recommending this place. Not going to visit here anymore.
Ran some color copies that came out with black marks on them. When I brought it to their attention, without hesitation they ran new ones within a few minutes I was on my way. Thanks!
Amazing! After going to a few other shops to print my wedding invites with only frustrations, Ryan who was at the print station helped me tremendously! Stayed after a little to make sure everything was ready, and did great at explaining prices and everything! He even juggled multiple customers to take care of everyone. I will definitely be back! Thank you Ryan!
Walking in for a 3 ring binder. Corporate associates, as i walk around jabbering at me: Can i help you? Are you finding everything ok? Is there anything else you need today? At the register as I put my credit card chip in and immediately state Not a member, just wanted this and to leave, no bag. The Corporate jockey still asked Did you find everything you needed? Are you a Rewards Member? Will you be using a charge card today? Then I glanced at the print area, it all makes sense....Corporate Clowns having a conference. Of all the days to visit.
The TSA service is very convenient. Briana who helped us did a tremendous job and was very nice. She did a great job working with my autistic daughter and made the process very comfortable and easy. Great set up! Keep this service!!!
I had a great experience at Staples. Due to memory lapse, I bought the wrong ink cartridge for my printer, twice. I was able to return and finally purchase the correct one with no hassle, no questions, and the associates were friendly and didn’t make fun of me to my face!! One did tell me to sign up for their rewards program because they could look up what type of cartridge I previously purchased. Fortunately the only one on there is the right one! lol
This store helped me so much with my wedding invitations. I was printing my envelope liners with them and realized I had printed on the wrong paper. Paul immediately made things right and did it quickly!!
Sam carried my office chair and put it in my car. Very nice customer service! Also another store did not have any in stock Zachary was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right chair. Staples is my go to office supply store because of their employees.
A good Staples. Convenient location. All the office stuff you need. People were friendly, store was clean. Plenty of parking. Still, staples seemed pretty outdated as a concept. Do you really need 20 different offerings in the dry erasers? Need to add some spark to update the whole way of doing business.
The staff is always very helpful. I order many supplies from this location at work and never have a problem.
Ryan was very helpful as were others but I did not catch their names, sorry. Always friendly people who know how to help.
Went in and found that the store layout had changed since last time.Sales associate by the name of Nonnie was able to help me find absolutely everything I needed. He even found me a coupon that saved me 30% off a $230 bill!Very happy with this location and its employees. Theyve always provided top-notch service whenever Im in town on business.
I had a large order through the copy and print center and they were absolutely fantastic! I added copies to the order and they produced more no problem. They were so helpful and got me great looking products for a fraction of the cost of anywhere else and I had additional coupons! Will be using every time I need a copy order, they rock
I really like that theyve changed their rebate policy and pretty much dont issue rebates anymore. I only saw 2 or 3 items with rebates on them last time I went in whereas it used to be every other item. I asked the cashier and he said theyre a test market for new every day low prices. Their new prices are so competitive!
I only go there when I absolutely need to. Its not what it used to be. I would never buy a printer there as their tech knowledge is from the stone age. If there was ever an award for putting the most effort into turning customers away, this place would get the Noble Prize. I went in to ship some boxes today and even offered to purchase all new shipping boxes and the employee behind the counter [other than the other two just standing near the windows jive talking] actually insisted that I ship my boxes from somewhere else, even though I was in no hurry to get them to where they needed to be. Ive only used this location because its within walking distance of my house-thus its just a glorified convenience store. Im not dumping on this location on purpose, but when a motivated person with money to spend to get what they need is nearly turned away and most of the employees just barely have more than a three-word vocabulary, and the one sane person isnt allowed to use the register, there is a problem.
That are the best! Always go the extra mile at the Grandview store. Great Manager....
I recently had a stamp made there that works perfectly and I use it for anything I need business wise. Its lasted a very long time with no issues. I always receive very good customer support every time I visit.
Saddened by the service, or lack thereof, that I have received here. This location is way too busy and very understaffed. The clerk told me that there were 25 orders being processed and couldnt help me print 2 pages. There were no other staff members helping in the printing department- this Staples may benefit from better management and customer service.
Friendly service, especially for only one person working in the copy center! Hire someone and get the guy some help or pay him for doing the work of 3 people!
I find what I need & sales associates are helpful if I cant. I appreciate their sales too.
Funny when people single out a store for prices when corp sets the prices!! duh!!!!!!! also online items can be different than what is in store that goes for any store!!!!! target, Walmart, best buy so on doesnt carry everything they sell online so why would staples . some people are extremely basic!
Copy Center is the BEST! Our print projects are always professionally done. This is our firms favorite Staples in Ohio (and we work with A LOT of Staples stores in the Buckeye State).
Staples was excellent I went to get some pictures pulled off my phone and the clerk there was excellent I had no trouble but I came in with a lot of troubles and they solved it thank you
Poor customer service and machine maintenance! Alex in the Printing Dept was incredibly unhelpful, which led to wasted time and lost business. I aimed to print three 4x6 photos and purchase a frame for one but learned this is not the place to consider photo printing. I told Alex what I needed. She repeatedly directed me to the open machine on the left that was in use (aka not open) which also did not appear to be appropriate for printing photos. To my confused look she responded there IS more than one machine (rather than apologizing for her mistake and clarifying this in a manner that was not inappropriately condescending). Both machines were broken and further wasted my time. I returned to explain this and inquired about my options for printing three standard photos. After even more time, she could not estimate when this job could be completed beyond stating within the hour for an extra fee. She asked when I needed them. I told her within ten minutes. She repeated within the hour for an extra fee. I noted there is a difference between within an hour and within ten minutes and asked if my needs could be accomodated. She repeated she could not provide an estimate beyond within an hour and seemed to be surprised when I asked for my flash drive back. Guess who went next door (to Target), printed this very simple job with the help of noone and purchased a frame in under ten minutes? Thanks for wasting my time and for your poor approach to customer service, Staples.
Great place to go if you dont have a printer of your own!
Quick service. Helpful staff
Absolutely terrible customer service. The sales rep was pushing the most expensive products and plans and I felt like I was being scammed the entire time. Finally got to checkout just to cancel the whole order because I was so tired of being pushed around. Terribly overpriced and everything has a rebate to make it look pretty. Very disappointed.
Prices have gone up a lot since I have last been to Staples. To get 5 small boxes for storage it used to cost about $8. Now its $15. Thats a huge increase from before. My experience with Staples has generally involved going for one or two things I needed and paying more than I would at a supermart. Next time I will likely search elsewhere as their prices have more than exceeded inflation over time.
Great place to ship packages via UPS.
If I could I would give zero stars. I paid $90.00 to have Sophos antivirus protection installed and they never did. This is causing an inconvenience for my school and military service.
Since when did Staples get political?
Morgan in printing was top notch!
Decent selection and convenient location.
Found wireless keyboard on sale. Yay!
The copy and print department does an awesome job on all of the materials I need. Im there weekly and have never had an experience less than great.
Staff are all extremely helpful and make it an enjoyable experience
Massively overpriced. This place seems to exist only to gouge college students by charging them three to five times the actual retail value of products. The salesmen are pushy and the stock is badly out of date - backstock thats been sitting around for over a decade yet is still vastly overpriced. Something is seriously wrong with this stores management. Do yourself a favor and go to anybody but these guys.
I lost four-hundred-and-fifty dollars because of this store.I walk in one day, looking for a laptop on the cheap. Of course a sales guy swings right up, and wants to guide me through the whole process. Now, Ive worked at Best Buy, and I was shocked at how alike this salesmens script was to ours, down to the fake inane chitter-chatter. He did very little, but you always need a sales rep to get your laptop for you at these stores. As a previous reviewer mentioned, he also pulled the Rebate-And-Switch tactic. If this is new to you, a great amount of items on the shelves are listed at a price youll never see, unless you follow their obtuse website-and-snail-mail rebate system. The rep knew this, but remembered at the check-out lane. The stickers themselves are vague, small print, and lacking detail on the steps. So I felt screwed, of course, went home ... and my wonderful cat was kind enough to get water all over the thing. Its not entirely their fault. I, being a cat owner and previous laptop owner, left a glass of water next to my hardware. Hey, dumb, I know, and props to Spooky Man, my cat, for getting me good. But thats why I bought the accidental coverage, ysee. Since my days of working at Best Buy, Ive always purchased the additional insurance - being a cat and laptop owner. So I call their repair center, or the insurance company they outsource it to, and twenty-minutes after a registration process, hes kind enough to inform me that my warranty is not the accidental I thought I bought. The cashier gave me the hardware protection plan. But how - how - does this happen? How can one mistake the regular hardware plan for the accidental on their terminal? Because thats what my Staples cashier did, and I did not find out until I called the insurance company. Who buys hardware plans? Hardware is old a month after its release!Heck, I even lost the receipt, went back to the store, asked them to re-print it, and was told again I have the Accidental plan.A call to the store solved nothing. Its a lot of apathetic college kids who give you the generic, Were so sorry!I now have a water-logged 350 dollar laptop and a worthless 100 dollar hardware plan I never wanted. Do not shop here. Do what I should have done and buy online. Forget this worthless store.
Fantastic service, staff was great took a nap in the break room ate their candy
The worst customer service ever. As we were trying to find someone to help us we saw a worker coming toward us, he made eye contact with us and we waved, he then turned and walked away to avoid us. Never going back to a Staples again.
It good, also good customer service
Got what I needed. Copy center staff were helpful.
Had what I needed. Plus I recycle my used printer cartridges there.
If I could give them zero stars I would! Horrible customer service!
Great Customer Service and Quick. Paul is always a huge help!
Service was absolute trash. 5 people were waiting to be helped in the printing line. One lady slowly did it all while 3 other workers in the store just stood around doing nothing. Just another reason Staples is a dying company.
-5 stars beware of the TSA lady shes very rude !
Didnt have my ink but had it shipped for free.
Friendly helpful staff
I found exactly what I was looking for, but the first associate who tried to help me was not especially helpful and couldnt do anything.
They had what I was looking for
I found what I was looking for.
Good desk selection.
Rep on phone does not even know what a 35mm camera is....on a long hold
Rude staff, I came 15 minutes before they closed & was rushed out. I did not even finish what I came for. Shame!!
Overall good experience
A standard Staples
Customer service, Whats that? On days they dont want to work it really shows.
So much stuff
Lots of options
Typical Staples.
