I rented a storage for 3 months. Im satisfied their service. First of all, Staffs introduced their rules and regulations very kindly and responded fast and exactly every time I contacted to them. And, I loved their security system. Security lock were installed at the main car enterances. Thanks for helping me keep my stuffs safe.

Could not do the exit survey - but we used this unit for 5 months with transitioning from our apartment to our house and it was great and convenient! Auto-Pay never worked for us, but honestly was not a hassle to call in and have them charge my card - overall great IMO if transitioning between places - cannot speak for longer terms such as yearly rates as I have not experienced that - so again as a transition unit - VERY helpful and nice!

Set up my rental online and apparently they dont get notified so when we tried to move in on Sunday when theyre closed our unit was locked. Since they do not get notified they did not know to remove the new rental lock ! Very unprofessional was told 3 different times i would recieve a phone call from somebody instead had to leave my uhaul in their parking lot and leave! Had to come back the next day in the RAIN/SNOW and finish moving the rest of my things. Im very unhappy with the way things were handled

The manager Charles is fantastic. Professional, patient and personable He went above and beyond to assist in our move into storage. He helped with our u-haul turn- in and handled every issue like a pro. He even had cold water and banana bread. The facility is very nice, clean and fairly priced. Obviously very well managed. Would rate 10 stars, if possible. Highly recommend!!!

Customer service at facility was great, upon move in. Rachel took time to break down each cost (taxes, unit cost, admin fee charged 1st mon. only and insurance). Will leave a comment upon moving out, end of May 2021, after actual business deal expires.

This is my first self storage experience and want to give a shout out to Tristin for assisting me. I called several locations and Tristin showed me the value of Tri-Village off Trabue. He was helpful, quick to respond, and made me feel at ease about the process. Looking forward to doing business with them!

Great place if you have unlimited money. The cost of my moms unit has gone up 26% this year. There have been 2 price increases this year. So obviously once your stuff is there, you are at their mercy because its so difficult to move your stuff elsewhere, so just be ready to spend, spend, spend with no end in sight.

A very secure facility with a gate and a code to enter. They have outdoor, indoor, and climate controlled units. The units range in size to fit your needs. You can also rent Uhaul here and get moving supplies. They have pretty good rates so its a good choice for long term storage.

Great place for your storage needs

This facility is by far and away the cleanest, most professional storage facility Ive ever been in . We rented a unit somewhere else last summer and the whole facility felt grimy, and the staff, when I could find them, was less than helpful. This Trabue facility is in a great location, and the assistance from the staff is excellent. Nice to have a facility like this in Columbus.

Friendly Staff but have witnessed lots of break-ins and damage to RVs and personal vehicles recently. Poor lighting and no surveillance cameras in the back of the lot where vehicles are parked. Am actively looking for another place to store my vehicle.

We are extremely pleased with the Tri-Village Self Storage. The people are great to work with, the facility is clean and secure and easily accessible.
