I have nothing but good things to say about this company. The service that was provided to me today was outstanding! The service representatives were very friendly and informative, and more than willing to assist me with any questions that I had. Susan was the associate who helped me at the location here in my city and she is one of the best associates I have ever dealt with before. She walked me through everything step by step. She even went as far as to leaving her on-site facility and meeting me just so that I could follow her there because the GPS was giving me the wrong route to take. She was beyond patient and polite, she was understanding and caring. I HIGHLY recommend their business to any and everyone looking for a storage place, one that actually cares about and values their customers. Thanks again! :-)

Returned to location as a previous customer. My first time I switched from smaller unit to a larger unit in the same building with no problems, hiccups or delays. I returned for storage again and as it turned out is in the same building from my original service commitment. I returned for both location and customer service by Manager Susan and her staff even though I live closer to another location. I would recommend.

Update: The staff at the office was extremely helpful with the moveout process. While I still think the price is too expensive, I know that is not the choice of the employees who work at this specific location.Original Review: Price doubled after the 3rd month of renting a unit here. Started at 80usd for a 10x10 unit and they increased it to 160usd for the same unit. They would not negotiate the price, but they did provide 30 days notice of the rate change.

Nothing bad to report. No bugs so far which is a plus. A problems which I like. Staff know u by name and pleasant to deal with.

I first rented a climate control unit from Extra Space Storage when I went to South Korea for a year. Upon my return, my items were just as I left them; no dust, no moth damage, etc.I then stored my ‘81 Camaro. Susan would call me personally to alert me that my car cover had been blown off by high wind.Extra Space Storage has always exceeded my expectations. To Susan and Courtney, you are the best! I mean they keep your stuff sitting there like its supposed to be but thats about it lol. Customer service used to be way better. They will also raise rates more or less randomly. If you have any better options use them if not this place will work.

I have had a storage unit at this Hamilton Rd location at least 10 years. The property is always clean and the staff is quick to respond to any concern I have. They give courtesy calls as reminder payment is due, which I appreciate. Making payments are easy. I was out of town and was able to make payment by phone, however I prefer to take a check over to see the faces of the lovely ladies, Susan and Kess. They are always pleasant. Susan has been the manager for sometime and she runs an outstanding facility. I have recommended this facility to others and they have been satisfied.

After a long stressful week. I have time to reflect, and to truly give a big thank you to the ladies at Extra Space. Having the units available and ready, when we needed them. The willingness to stay after to complete a customers request, and to be accommodating to any needs of my family. I am sure this is normal service for this facility, although they made us feel like we were the only concern. Kudos to traditional customer service, something of an lost art.

This was by far the best storage experience Ive had. The staff, especially Susan the manager, goes above and beyond on every level. The rental experience itself was a breeze while incredibly informative, the property reflects massive attention to upkeep and cleanliness, and the level of customer service even while the staff is incredibly busy is outstanding!!

Thought this was a great deal probably not. If you are a month-to-month renter you do not get the free first month and they change your rate based on market conditions which is their way of saying they are going to to change it as often as they like. I have been with them 3 months and they are already raising their rates. Go somewhere else - variable rates based on market conditions is just a way to charge whatever they want. Public Storage reviews their rates annually.

Youll get played by buying their cylinder locks I dont know why you cant bring your own lock or get a locker storage bin where you can put your own lock on it I guess its just another way for them to make money whatever like I choose my own security would personally be my own personal business then you got to buy insurance another Hustle to get your money no I wont go back there Ill find somewhere where I can do what I can do best to save money. Plus I had to carry a large every items I didnt see a cart insight

I just rented at 10x30 at the S.Hamilton Rd location and Kess was the manager who assisted me. She was great!! Kess went over the insurance, policies, showed me my unit before I signed, and made sure my code worked. I’ve rented from different companies before and I have to say this was a far better experience than I’ve ever had! The attention to detail and her personalable personality is what topped the experience off! I will definitely be recommending this location to everyone!

The facility is not in a great area, but it is gated and the units are clean and well maintained. The climate controlled units are kept plenty cool and dry. Very helpful staff.
