Best little hidden gem found in Delevan. Most authentic Mexican food in area. Reminds me of grandmas cooking and family parties.

Sent my daughter there to grab some doritos and gave her a $100.00 bill she comes back not even 5 mins later crying they stole her change my bf had to go in and tell at the owner he tried to say he thought it was a $20.00 bill have 30mins they finally gave us back the right amount and encourage us not to send a child in with that amount of money when one she is 16 years old and tried to say something and all u did was act like u dont speak English and ignored my kid but then you had no excuse once my bf came in who speak Spanish and English fluently. Never again will I go here

The food was inexpensive, extremely authentic, flavorful and fresh... Now the BAD PART... Because it’s part of a grocery store, the adjoining room processes meats, and on the day we ate-in it smelled like a slaughterhouse floor that had been bathed in bleach. Rank!

Been shopping there for years, but this is the first time Ive eaten there. Was not disappointed. Had the 3 taco dinner and a side chile rellenos, food came out quick, loved the rice and beans... plenty of flavor, and a good price for 2 people

I grew up in the Delavan area, and loved La Guanajuato grocery and taqueria. Moved away over a decade ago, and visit sporadically. I dropped by today hoping to pick up a package of take-home tamales, and ran into the owner - and he still recognized me! What a great little store, and what amazing people. 👏 10/10.

Extremely delicious, I polished off a three taco special and seriously considered getting another. The place is also a grocery store, Id definitely recommend this place.

I ordered from here a couple days ago and their food is delicious! Definitely will recommend this place. I did however order a sope and I asked the lady over the phone “no tomatoes and no cheese please.” She had said it only comes with frijoles, lettuce, and cream. I said “oh okay perfect.” Once we get to the place my boyfriend went to go get the food then once he got in the car I checked the food is to make sure it was what I ordered. Turns out I open the small container with my sope and I see avocado 🥑 I was just like “what is this?” So I go back inside and explain and the lady “sorry” so I got what I asked for. Other than that my two taco dinners were delicious!!

Ist time there and got the 3 taco dinner 7.99 w/ a can of coke. It was fantastic. Thanks Mike and Skyler for a great recommendation. I will be back for them weekend tamales hopefully you make jalapeno ones.

The staff is always extremely helpful and so friendly. I love the quality of their meat, and their items are reasonably priced. I will continue to be a regular customer.

This little Mexican bar was an absolute amazing time. Very friendly and fun crowd. Dont be put off by the abandoned building across the street lol. Its definitely an ethnic bar but its still a very friend place. Dress nicely. It just looks like a dive.

Little hole in the wall in the back of a grocery store, but hella good. Went with my three brothers for a Saturday evening dinner and all enjoyed the meal.Authentic, good service, salsa was solid.

Your typical Mexican grocery store, but they are very welcoming. The resturant in the back is worth the stop to order all the staples which are great, and my grandson (5) spoons the salsa in his mouth as soon as the chips are gone. I just want to also shout out Carnitas.
