Customer service at this store is amazing! Never have I seen a team of employees go above and beyond like the team at this store. Even after our purchase didnt work out, they were 150% on board to solve the issue. Will definitely go back!

I drove my Wife over to this Big Lots store so she could pick up a brand of oil she prefers for salad dressing(sunflower/olive/canola blend). She was able to find the oil she wanted with the help of an associate that had to retrieve a bottle from their storage area.

Omg this was the cleanest Big Lots Ive been to in such a long time. Keep up.the good work I will continue coming to your clean location . My hat off to you management.

Customer service was excellent today. The young lady who assisted me took the time to check the stockroom and find my items. She also loaded them into my cart as well. The cashier voluntarily called someone to help load my merchandise into my car. You just dont get that kind of service very often these days. Kudos, Big Lots!

Great store very clean, and all steps are in place to keep you safe from passing any germs. One of my favorite stores, Im there at least once a week.

Havent been to a Big Lots for a few years. Now I remember why. Might as well go to Walmart and save money. I couldnt believe their pricing. They might as well call themselves a home goods store since thats mostly what they carry now. It was definitely clean and a friendly place though.

The store was nice, clean and organized nicely. I was having a very bad day. The employee who checked me out, could tell I was really upset. She asked me if I was OK. I told her, No ..not really. She gave me her number and said if I ever wanted to talk, I could call her... anytime!!! In a time and place where this world is in such disarray, it restored my faith in good people. This woman was a Godsend!!!! This world could definitely use more people like her!!!!

First time going to this location! There were banners that said grand opening so Im not sure if it just had an over haul or it is actually new.My wife and I went here in search of a lap shade and it wasnt until the end of our trip that we remembered why we actually went to the store and asked if they had a section for lamp shades. Sadly, the associate we asked said they no longer carried shades. Total bummer but thats okay because the beginning part of our visit was enjoyable.We found a great and inexpensive ironing board that weve been needing, a decent selection of LED light bulbs that werent been meaning to pick up, new phone charging cables that are 10ft in length, and a nice side table to help us completely our living room. None of these items were on our list of things to get but they were items that were reasonably priced so we couldnt turn them up.Their selection of simple electronics, like headphones and speakers, really caught my attention. Vivitar and Poloroid brands all over, and most were under $25. A great deal for Bluetooth speakers!All in all, I was very pleased with the aray of products, the presentation of the store, and the prices. Sadly, we had to go elsewhere for our lamp shades though.

Very unorganized store. However, the line was extremely long but was staffed well enough to move quickly. The cashier was weird and commented on every item purchased.

Big Lots visit came with big perks,, went in for a specific cake mix and walked out with a whole living room set plus matching electric fire place. The only inconveniece was the online process because inventory was not up to date. Hopefully today, well finalize the purchase.

Big lots has definitely expanded over the years. Now they sell name brand items, i.e. Broyhill, Ashley, Sealy just to name a few. I love the new store selections they offer.

Ya know what?!?! Big Lots is nice, yall!! I havent been in one for a long while and I was pleasantly surprised. The store was bright[ and clean and items were laid out in a way that made sense. I found exactly what I was looking for. The cashier was friendly and there were plenty of employees around who appeared willing to help. 10/10 Will shop again.

Nice, neat and clean...I dont normally go to this Big Lots but stopped by since I was in the area. It had everything I needed but some banana peppers. It had a big jar for $10. Thats just too much. I just needed a small jar. But $10? Big Lots who you think you are Costco? Lol! 😂

The store is nice and bright and clean. The furniture is in the front now and the pantry is in the back. Not congested now. Nice selection of Christmas ornaments. There is this really nice lady named Lisa there who is always anxious to help the customers. The last 3 times I was in there she greeted me and offered her assistance, etc. She was clearly cheerful and probably a people person. People like her bring customers back. Always a good shopping experience. Great merchandise, variety and prices.

This store has been updated quite a bit since the last time I shopped here. The entryway has changed and the store sign is much brighter and noticeable from the roadway on Winchester Pike. Inside, the entire layout of the merchandise has been changed, and it seems more spacious. The aisles are wider, and the merchandise is displayed neatly. There is a good selection of bedding, furniture, and household items. Food and electronic items are also available. The employees we came into contact with were friendly and helpful.

Big Lots is a clean and organized and I love to look around they have a lot of nice stuff. I just think some of their stuff is a little bit overpriced. Its not like the odd Lots used to be where you could really find a good bargain but when they have a sale you can find some good deals if you look

I feel like Big Lots has lessened the variety of products they sale. I was ready to spend, but found myself hopelessly grazing for something I wanted to buy or gift. Still like the store and have been going since the Odd Lots days, its just a little lackluster lately.

I dont really like the new Big Lots. I know that furniture has a huge markup and they are trying to sell more furniture, but I am there for the deals... Where are the deals? Pricing seems to be about the same or higher than competitors.It is a shame that this company has forgotten what started them out to begin with... Big Lots and Odd Lots of closeout merchandise! Bring back the deals! I dont expect you to have everything that i need... i expect you to have great deals on some things i need...

The experience was good. I was surprised how clean the 2 locations I shopped at were. The one on W. Broad and the other just off Refugee Rd. out East, both were very clean, well stocked and uncluttered. I have only 2 complaints, to few associates on the sales floor and to many items without price tags. You had to take many items to the registers to have them priced before you made your final decision to purchase them. All in all a good shopping experience with aplenty of inventory and good prices.

They were customer service oriented, there was a sale and they had all items that was to be purchased.

There furniture sales are really good. Just be sure to check the quality of the product your buying. Sometimes you get what you pay for.

Newly redone sales floor. Great furniture bargains as well as the usual Big Lots product offerings. We also love to shop for Holiday deco @ BL. All around nice shopping experience.
