So many cute little knick knacks and some high end clothes for affordable prices. A lot of cool neat stuff here! The employee working was so helpful and gave us a lot of tips for things to do in the city. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience!

I used to work in Columbus and would frequent this shop for gifts. For the past 5 years I’ve been a web customer. They source and curate so many high quality, well designed, affordable items that I inevitably fall in love and end up keeping items I’d intended to gift. They make shopping for gifts for any occasion a breeze with enough variety that I can find something for everyone in my family. Service is fast and reliable. My order of Christmas gifts this year arrived within just 3 days of placing my order.

Tigertree was a real gem in the neighborhood and one of the most fun local businesses to shop. It will be missed–their presence encapsulated what the neighborhood used to be about and was a driving force in the continued development. I often wonder, though, how much better they would have fared if the owner hadnt used his online presence to cater to the hysterical left while unintentionally alienating a huge percentage of shoppers with money. Sharing political opinions as a business owner is a risky move no matter what, but constant harping across multiple platforms turns would-be customers off. I know it might come as a shock that conservatives also have taste, but he seemed to ignore that its usually conservatives who have more disposable income to spend on the products that Tigertree carried.

Such a unique place that added to the shopping on short north. Sad to see the storefront close, but highly recommend still buying from the website and supporting this local business.Just as businesses can discriminate against the LGBTQ community, a business owner can share political opinions. The left has disposable income too.

TigerTree has been my go to gift giving spot for years - while their brick and mortar closure absolutely breaks my heart I am confident that they’ll continue to discover and share new products and brands with their customer base in the e-commerce world. Until we can drop a quarter in the chicken machine again, that will have to do! See you on the other side, TigerTree!

Such an interesting store, we strolled in after seeing some interesting items through the store front. Once in the staff was very friendly and helpful, we were visiting Columbus and they offered to give us recommendations about the city in general. There are a lot of interesting items for sale, with prices ranging from $-$$$, overall really happy to walk in.

One of my favorite places in Columbus. If I need a gift for the hardest person in the world to buy for, this is my first stop. Tigertree attracts and employs enthusiastic and genuinely kind people—retail is tough and draining work so I’m always impressed by the owners and their staff. As long as Tigertree is around, I’ll be a loyal customer.

This is a go to place of mine for gifts or shopping for clothes for myself. They have really nice Filson flannels for guys. They have a good selection of Levi’s. They carry ban.do accessories. It’s on high street in the short north right next to homage.

Wonderful staff, very friendly. I have been shopping from Tigertree for more than 5 years. The owners do an excellent job of sourcing their products. Be sure to sign up for their frequent flyer program! Being able to find gifts for most of my family and friends in one place, is extremely helpful.

Excellent shop with great unique gifts that seem to always impress whoever Im giving them to. The staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions. I had an issue with a pair of sunglasses I purchased.. and they immediately took care of swapping out the pair with a size that fit me better... even though it had been some time since I bought them. Cant ask for much else.

Tigertree has THE best cards. Its a great shop to check out if youre looking for an interesting and fun gift, or a unique card. The clothes are a bit pricier, but are very cute and bold.

Tigertree makes you realize the beauty of brick and mortar stores. They have so much to offer that you just wouldnt think to look for on Amazon. Definitely a sweet place to browse and see all of the cool things they have: gift ideas, cards, stationary, kitchen supplies, toys, collector items, clothes, grooming products, decorations...they have just about everything! You owe it to yourself to visit and see what Im talking about!

Tiger tree has a great selection of home goods, clothing, and accessories with a sprinkling of randomness. Its great for finding that unique gift for your loved ones as well as finding a unique statement piece for your wardrobe. The only downfall is the price on most things makes your trips a little less often than you may like, but its definitely worth the trip if you have a little cash to blow and want something a little different.

I love Tigertree! Its my one stop shop for buying gifts for anyone from my husband to my grandma. They are one of few places downtown that carry baby stuff, so its usually my first stop for baby shower gifts. The staff is always really friendly, I enjoy stopping in anytime I am in the Short North. Their window displays always entertain my son too.

Nice selection, have always loved curation. My issue is the employees shouldnt talk about not coming into work on their last day because its not worth it to me kinda not appropriate. If you are gonna have that conversation maybe wait til no customers are not around.

Cute store with nice things. BUT BUYER BEWARE! The return policy is terrible. I bought an item for my daughter, who lives out of town. It was too big. I too, live outside of the city.Upon trying to make my return, 11 days after my purchase, I am informed that it needed to be done in 7 day for a full credit or 14 day for an in store credit. Its on the receipt I am told...which Im sure everyone reads! At no time during my purchase did an employee mention the return policy nor is it visible near the register. Needless to say, very disapointing

What a cool, well curated shop. Great place to find some neat & unique gifts without having to sort through 10K pieces of crap like on Amazon. I ordered some stuff here for Christmas this year and everything shipped super quickly, was packaged very well, and the items were nicer than I expected them to be. Will definitely be back for future gifts.

Very cool and eclectic shop with a great selection. The staff however is not the store’s selling point. I felt like a bother for shopping and like the staff was extremely snooty.

As someone that really loves the in store shopping experience, I am always satisfied at Tigertree. The store offers a unique collection of curated items ranging from clothes to decor, and all manner of things in between. Their staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to greet you with a hi as you walk through the door. Limited quantities of merchandise ensure that you wont see someone wear your sweater and that youre sure to receive a compliment along with the question whered you get that?.Thats not to say their on-line presence isnt outstanding as well.

Poor customer service. Others have warned about their return policy, but I want to illustrate how that can play out.My wife bought me three items of clothing for my birthday. None of them fit. We came back to the store as soon as our grad school/working schedules allowed. They wouldnt let us exchange the clothes because it was day 15 -- one day past the 14-day exchange policy deadline. After some time, we convinced the manager, Adriane, to at least let us exchange the clothes for identical items in the correct size, but that only proved possible for one of them. Adriane was legalistic and rude to us, just repeating over and over that thats our policy; its says on the receipt. One would expect a small amount of flexibility from a small business. Its in their interest.From our perspective, we wasted an afternoon traveling to make an exchange that was rudely disallowed on a technicality. We left the store with $200 in unusable clothes. In the process Tigertree lost us as longtime customers. My wife was quite visibly 8 1/2 months pregnant -- so because of their inflexibility, they also have lost all of our future Cubshrub business.Cute clothes, though.

A staple of the Short North community their storefront will be missed but I will be shopping on their online store.

Very nice, interesting, trendy items, but priced for a boutique store. This is a splurge store; very few items for anyone on a budget.
