I had a great experience at this location. Their associate Janice is extremely helpful. She really guided me while purchasing a juicer. She explained the difference between juicer models and even gave me a discount. I will definitely return to this store and thank you Janice for all your help!

Not a great selection. Seems like you could get all that stuff at Macys or bed bath beyond for cheaper.

I found this store to have a bit of strange layout possibly due the the space but found it hard to navigate. No idea about the staff as my group was never acknowledged.

Meh? Asked to sample something after hunting someone down. didn’t have it in store. Which is understandable, but didn’t remotely offer to help. Just said nope. Not here. Other associate recommenced the store 10 miles away and even called to check...

I love kitchen stores and William Sonoma had quality items. There professional grade cake loaf pans are the best. I dont thing Ive ever been disappointed in anything Ive purchased from one of their stores. The staff was friendly and greeted you when you arrived and offered assistance as I shopped

Employee sandra treated me incredibly rudely to the point that even other staff noticed. as i was checking out, my cashier (NOT Sandra), told me that there was a better product to try and led me away from the cash register. there was no one in line behind me and we were gone less than 5 seconds. as i walked back up a young man also trying to check out walked up at the same time. he told sandra, who was hovering by the cash register (note the entire time i was in the store she never so much as smiled at me). the young man said “i think she is first” (gesturing at me) and sandra said “no, it doesn’t matter” and started checking him out at my register. my cashier came up and said “hey, i was working here!” and sandra just completely ignored her. the other customer and i exchanged looks, it was a wildly unprofessional, unwelcoming, uncomfortable situation.i cant say for sure that this was because i am black and the young man was not, or if it was because i appear young or what, but i will say i felt incredibly unwelcome and sandra, at the very least, definitely cared more about serving other people over me. i will not be back. i have shopped at williams-sonoma for years and never experienced such blatant rudeness. i’m not sure if sandra is indicative of the rest of the staff here but given the price point of this store, i would expect to at the very least be treated with some minimal level of respect.very disappointing. i will never visit this store again.

Online order review. People in this store are very friendly and helpful. Croissants ordered online years prior were better quality. Now they are good but not great. As with everything the co. offers, they are overpriced. Go to any bakery, if possible, and you will be just as pleased, or more-so if you go to a local bakery instead of a chain. You can get some great items here but you WILL PAY TOP DOLLAR and they might not be the best out there. Use the internet and research prices and quality. It is worth it for a $300 food processor.

Disappointed. Went in to exchange colors for a Kitchen Aid mixer. Given the new color, only to open up at home and find the mixing bowl scratched, scuffed and used. Drove to Polaris store (closer to home) and told that the mixer we were given was flagged in the system as an open item and last sale item. They were surprised that the Easton store had not informed us this was an open box item. In summary, Polaris store was great and very helpful. Easton store wasted my time and, again, was very disappointing.

There are two things I need to say about this Williams Sanoma location.1 - Trish2 - ShannonLet me explain. I had called the store to ask about a product, and some ordering options for this product. And in this crazy time of year, Christmas, this little ray of sunshine named Trish answered the phone. She was more than willing to answer any question I had. I really appreciated her time in helping me with this. I originally was going to place the order online and have it delivered. I had been in the hospital just days before and was supposed to be Taking it easy . But at the same time, I felt I needed to get out and actually give the store credit for doing all the work. She even offered to bring it to my vehicle if I felt like I couldnt make the walk...... REALLY? I have never had anyone offer that to me. So I knew I had to go there. Which brings me to the rest of the story. Its been 11 years since I have been to Easton. Recently moved back to Ohio from Texas. When I got there, I couldnt believe how big that area had become. And I was stuck in an area I was not familiar with, and no idea where this location was in this massive complex. So I gave the store a call again. This time a gentleman by the name of Shannon answered the phone. I had told him, I was lost, and had no idea where I was, or how to get there. I gave him visual clues as to where I was, and he realized that I was in the wrong part of this complex. He also offered to stay on the phone with me and guide me in. He was like a beacon of light in the darkness. Even told me of a parking lot that was closest to the store. Only one spot left and I was able to get it. But then came the walk.... that part was concerning. But I went that far I had to greet these two employees that had been so wonderful on the phone. When I arrived, Trish pretty much figured out who I was. Probably by the.. just getting out of hospital look, and the painful cane gimping. She was just as pleasant in person as she was on the phone. And it wasnt like they had nothing else to do. The store was busy. So Cudos to Trish and Shannon for taking the time to help me in my time of need. It goes far, especially when all around are attitudes of people not wanting to help others. Thank you Trish, and Shannon. And have a Merry Christmas.
