Unlike many salesman today, Gary actually knows what hes talking about. No question went unanswered, he was willing to work with me on the logistics and was upfront about the price. Which was very reasonable. Even if it had been a bit more; which it wasnt, I would have most like bought from Chattahoochee Garage Door anyway just because of Gary. He came personally, shook my hand and did something which is very much a lost art today, face to face contact.The assembly team was very professional. They needed very little support from me and clearly had the install piece down to a science. It was just as Gary said it would be. Guaranteed and on time within the price range specified with no hassles.My only minor adjustment to this review; and this by no means lessens my five star rating of the company, is Quality Control. Now, let me say upfront, Chattahoochee Garage may already do this. Its been less than twenty four hours so this may already be in the plan. And I only suggest this because of the line of work I was once involved in. Perhaps a supervisor or a quality control expert to visit a day or even a week later to check on not only the customer, but the doors. After my assembly team left I found a few minor things that could have been adjusted. But its really not that big a deal. The team was busy, as they should be installing a quality product with several jobs today.I really appreciate the time and the contact with this company and I highly recommend them after I contacted several others over the same installation.

I had Chattahoochee Garage Door previously when our 20 year old opener wore out and was very pleased then so I didn’t hesitate to call again. Someone arrived within an hour! The initial problem was solved with added lubricant and cleaning- but in the process it was determined that the large coil springs were in danger of breaking. They, too, were over 20 years old. A second technician was dispatched and arrived the same day- within a few hours and was done in less than 45 minutes- for a very reasonable fee! Hard to beat these guys!!!

Could not have received quicker or better service than we did with Chattahoochee Garage Door. We knew the spring in our garage door had broken and called first thing Monday morning. Someone was there within 30 minutes to measure and a second associate there within two hours to replace the spring with a stronger spring than we had before. The cost was about $200 less than the two other times I have had the spring replaced by the “other” company. Chattahoochee Garage Door will definitely be who we call going forward.

Chattahoochee Garage was amazing from the first time I called. I embarrassingly hit my garage a few months ago. Another company quoted 900 to fix the door and told us that we would need a brand new door. We put it off several months due to that shock of cost. When I called Chattahoochee on Monday they sent someone out to do a quote within an hour. They said I did not need a new door and it would only cost $325! We were so excited and relieved. They were able to come out within 2 days to fix the door. They use text updates letting you know when someone is on the way, when they arrive, and when they are done. You are always in the loop. Whenever I look for a service provider, I expect great customer service, great workmanship and fair pricing. I found all of that at CGD. Gary was nice on the phone and in person.
