JD was clear and communicative about rectifying our door. He presented us with a transparent solution and timely process. 11/10 would have him solve all future door related things.

JD did a great job. Hired him to just replace one motor but it worked so smooth and quiet I had him do the other. And replace the seals on the bottom of both doors.Very professional job would recommend him highly. Gene Smith

JD did a great job fixing our garage door. He figured out the problem quickly, ordered the parts, came back out and fixed the door all in a timely manner. He was very friendly, honest and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend for any garage door repair.

I had them come out to fix my garage door and I was extremely pleased with the work they did. They were quick and even made adjustments. My garage door works even better before it was messed up. I will be calling JD’s if I ever need anything done with my garage door and I highly recommend their business. Their honestly and quality of work is unmatched.

Josh did a tremendous job from start to finish. He was very thorough in the beginning in getting us ideas for our home. He then explained that it would take longer than usual because of Covid-19 and the effects of production/shipping/ordering, etc. He kept us updated along the way. He removed our existing doors and installed 2 brand new doors and motors, with all the bells and whistles. He kept the job site extremely clean on the day of installation. He walked us through the process of setting up control of both doors from our phones as well as our wireless keypad. Overall, I am very pleased with his work and will recommend him to anyone who asks. For all your garage door needs, give Josh a call!

The worst experience. I hired M&M on July 7th to replace my garage door. I was told the door would be installed on July 10th. He showed up on July 13th to install door. He left the job unfinished without explanation. Finally got word on July 20th that he was missing the seals for the door and suspects they blew out of his truck and that damaged panels on new door would get fixed the following week. After no contact I called him on Aug 7th wanting to know why I havent had the door fixed or why hes not keeping me informed as to what was going on. I explained it was unprofessional to not keep me informed. After again not hearing from him for another 10 days I called him Aug 17th threatening to take action. On Aug 19th the door was finally completed. I have been trying to get a invoice for the door since this time with nothing but empty promises. It is now Sept 10th and have yet to receive it as promised. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else!

I am late in writing this review. I cant say enough about the professionalism of this company. They refused to leave until the job was complete. If you have a garage door need, I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed!!
