Went to update my Sprint sim card to the Tmobile coverage. Alfredo was knowledgeable and efficient and Yanni was great people too! Easy and professional service. 10/10 recommend.
Was refused service by a store manager after I asked get straight to work with less talk due to having a limited time. Going to the phone store is always time consuming, and I was in a hurry that day, which I explained in the beginning. I was told by the manager to go to another store and dont tell her what to do. Absolutely an AMAZING attitude. Hopefully the corporate management will take appropriate actions to this behavior.
The sales associate at this location has no idea what they are doing. I have never been so frustrated. The time it will take you to drive to any other location will be very worth it!
Chris was amazing! She was so incredibly kind, quick, and fun to chat with. Honestly, going to a phone store is on the list of errands I dread but she made it such an enjoyable experience. Shes incredibly knowledgeable and has beyond excellent customer service - I wont go to any other T-Mobile now!

By far the worst experience I have ever had. Upon entering the store. I was not greeted, red flag one, to turn right around and exit the store. I contacted TM customer service department, to verify if a balance was due or not? I did this, before going into the store, it explained there was no balance was due, I have a zero balance. Well Chris the store manager who I may add, isn’t friendly at all, she had a very dry and stale attitude. She called TM CS and she told we owe a balance, that’s not true at all, how can I be told something totally different before going into the store. It was then explained to me about my account, her attitude got even worse, she didn’t seem interested in helping or at this point trying help resolve the two discrepancies. I lost interest or even felt the need to stick around, to deal with typical behavior from a typical women.
The manager is Chris who is very nice, switched from AT&T and the biggest mistake I could have possibly made. If you think AT&T service is bad then wait till you have to deal with anyone at T-mobile. 3 days after the “switch” and only 2 of 4 phones working. I just called and smart mouthed girl named Arion said “That’s not my problem”. Avoid this location and stay with Verizon or AT&T. Seriously avoid this place all together. If questions arise message me I will gladly tell you about T-Mobile

I have no words to describe the most AWFUL experience I just had at this store. I implore anyone that reads this from Tmobile to take action and any customers to steer clear. Arreona ignored my elderly mom and I then when asked for attention went off on us. She even called the cops. I was very calm and patient. I have no idea why she acted in this fashion but it was completely unacceptable. Working in a service industry during Covid is a thankless job but this was NOT ok. W have been with T mobile for over 20 years and I really think I will take my business elsewhere based on the pure rudeness I was met with.
Was able to get in and get out with a brand new tablet added to my account. Awesome staff. Very friendly and professional! Thanks for making my great experiences with T-Mobile even better!
Traded my S9 for a galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G. Transition was very easy tanks to Chris at Graceland Shopping Center in Columbus, OH. She runs that store and is very knowledgeable.
Since purchasing my Motorola phone in November 2019 I have been to the T Mobile Graceland store twice. I have not had the positive experience others have indicated. I live so close to this store but will definitely be in search of a T Mobile store that offers more customer service. Both times I have felt I was bothering staff and interrupting their social time. The store was not busy either time. I am a senior & have had several questions regarding some pretty basic new-to-me information. The first person was rushing thru an explanation and I asked twice that he slow down and actually show me what he was doing. The second time it was just a passive aloofness. That time, in January 2020, I was offered a good deal on an upgrade for a phone I bought 2 months earlier.
Chris was very helpful and professional. Knowledgeable. It was a pleasant experience.

Horrible customer service. Got an email from T-Mobile/Sprint to make an appointment at ANY store for a SIM card switch out. T-Mobile store refused to help or do a SIM card switch out for me despite the emails telling me I could go to any store. Service like this makes you want to switch cell companies although all of them are horrible. The staff was extremely rude.
I went to this location and the people was very friendly Chris was very helpful and kind. I’m gonna continue going to this location. Thank you for good customer service :)

I went to this t-mobile store and I was helped the store manager Chris she did very great with setting up my lines and I enjoy my new phone, her mobile expert Emeka help me transfer my data from my old iPhone to my new iPhone. it was overall a very great experience for me

The store set up my phone wrong. Went back. They did whatever refresh and told me to wait 1-3 days. Still didnt work. Multiple calls with customer support. Still didnt work. Took it to a store in Stow, OH and they got it working. I then tried to get my old Verizon phone paid off and it was ineligible because of the way it was set up at the High St. store. Went to return it after being frustrated with T-Mobile in general. Was told it was past 14 days and (only worked about 6 of the 14) and there was absolutely nothing they could do. Spoke with the Store Manager at High St., same response. So I switched to T-Mobile, owed Verizon, wasnt eligible for the phone payoff promo, and to top it off wasnt allowed to get my phone returned after 15 days since the policy was 14 days completely disregarding the fact that my phone didnt work for 8 of the days.
