Kurt and his wonderful team replaced all of the windows in our home. The windows are of extremely high quality, as was the work they performed! I was worried about the mess and his team did a great job of keeping it to a minimum.... The job started and finished well ahead of schedule as well.I would highly recommend KD Yoder for window replacement!

I had 3 estimates for trim replacement. K.D. Yoder was the only contractor who brought out a ladder and inspected my entire house to see what boards needed replaced. I received a picture of the house with each board highlighted that needed replaced. I was a bit concerned about the stucco of the main house being trashed while removing the old trim around my windows because trim boards were recessed under aluminum trim around the windows. However this was done without any damage. A very professional job done within 2 days. Would recommend this company without any reservation.

Came to repair a gutter and downspout. Did a good job and completed service quickly. A little pricey but they were the only ones in town that were able to come in a reasonable time frame

Professionalism. It took months to get shutters replaced but no fault of contractor. Due to COVID19 the shutters took a long time tobe delivered to contractor. As soon as they were delivered they installed same day. Also fixed a leaky gutter to satisfaction. I would use them again and recommend them to friends.

Being newly located in Columbus for work, I was very excited to buy a new house and get some work done. My Realtor found this company and we called for a quote based on the reviews. The Gentleman that came out was awesome. He quickly accessed the work that was needed, a fairly big job, and was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided a quote and I decided I wanted to go with the company. However, I had questions, as the quote detail of work to be done was a bit vague. I tried to call this gentleman, but instead got a guy named Warren. From the first communication he was very rude and disrespectful when I asked for clarity about what exactly they were going to use as wood, and asked him to elaborate on the repair. I simply wanted to ensure that everything was going to be taken care of, as the job was to fix something that was done wrong prior to me buying the home. After two communications with him, and him clearly not caring about customer service or our business, I told him I would find someone else. I am quite shocked that this organization would allow someone to treat a new customer the way he treated us. They lost a job over what should have been appreciated to make sure the customer and contractor were on the same page. If i allowed my staff to speak to customers the way this man did, I would go out of business very quickly and be very embarrassed as the owner.We found another contractor who has been amazing and actually came in $1300 under this quote. He has done the work, done it well, and communicated with us prior to starting as to exactly what to expect. Now my Realtor is referring him and will not refer KD Yoder, nor will we or our neighbors and friends.

Recently had 4 new doors and siding put up in January of 2020. I couldnt be happier with the services that I received. They were an amazing company to work with. It is like I have a whole new house! The staff who worked at my house were so nice to work with and pleasant to be around. I highly recommend them!

We called for an estimate for removing a window, framing opening and matching outside with siding. Responded quickly with quote and completed job before estimated time. Extremely satisfied with end results. We have used them before and will use again. Also recommended to friends and family.

We recently had the siding replaced on the back wall of our garage. A power line came down in a storm and damaged the back of our garage.We initially contacted the company that built our garage and they gave us an estimate that seemed troubling high. The other company also pressured us to have more work done because AEP would pay for it.At the suggestion of a friend, we then contacted K.D.Yoder for an estimate. Everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and no pressure. We scheduled an estimate which was much more reasonable than the other companys estimate, and we accepted the quote immediately. Once we accepted the quote, Warren called to explain the schedule for for and ordering the materials. Then, before the date they had promised, they called to say that the materials were in and could they come out that day to do the work. Again, the staff who came out were friendly, capable, and professional. They did the work quickly and cleaned up everything. The wall looks great! We highly recommend K.D. Yoder for any needs you have. We would use them again in a flash. They would be the first place we would call.

Wind blew siding off second story of my newer home. Decided to also replace siding where former owner grilled too clause to home. They responded within a day with a quote and installed siding within the following week. Fast, professional and reasonable. Highly recommend.

We have a rental property near the Polaris area, K.D. Yoder came out to look a piece of flashing that cam off in one of the sever storms a couple weeks ago. The price was fair and the work was done quickly and cleanly. The best part for myself as the owner was that they were very flexible about coordinating the work via phone conversations to save both parties any hassle meeting up at the property. I would do business with them again in a heart beat.
