I had filled out an online service request for an appointment request for Tuesday. I received a call saying they could work me in today. The service person, Lee, called ahead as requested, arrived on time, and made the necessary adjustments to our door. Excellent service, especially calling ahead and being on time. Another company had come out previously and wanted to up-sell us with total replacement of springs, etc. Thank you.

We replaced the front door, transom and side light on our Victorian house. They went out of their way to make sure every detail was correct. The installation crew were professional and efficient. But most importantly it looks really great. Worth every penny. We couldn’t be any happier with the results. Sales rep Mark was knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful.

Ah where to begin!! The technicians who came to my house were so polite and eager to service my garage door. They were knowledgeable, respectful and all around wonderful people. I would recommend this company to anyone!

If you Like surprises and you want to over pay, I highly suggest this company! I am a senior citizen and called for repairs to my two year old chamberlain 1/2h garage door opener. The door was opening on its on and appeared it needed to be reprogrammed at the brain of the motor. I was advised that was very common for this garage door and the charge would be $105 to program, clean and adjust the door (which included the inspection and service call). Upon arrival at the site, they adjusted and reprogrammed the brain on the motor and adjusted it. I was not at the house when the work was performed so the technician (I use that word very loosely) called me to get my payment for the $105 repairs. At that time, the tech said, Oh, the garage door is going up again on its own. He went to check on it. So after an hour or so, he called back and advised he replaced the circuit board and was ready for my credit card again. again, while on the call, the garage door goes up again on its own. More time goes by and he calls and says you need a new extension cord. There was no plug in the ceiling so a short extension cord was used to reach the outlet. That has been in place for the two years with no issues. He leaves, we get a new extension cord to replace the cord that he said that is the only thing it could be making it open on its own. You guessed it, the door still went up on its own so a few days later he comes back to check again. Now he replaces the circuit board brain again, the wiring from the motor to the wall, the wall button. Yes, after replacing nearly every part associated with the motor, it corrected the issue. But then again if you replace everything with new, it should repair the issue. My suggestion if you want to contact these folks, you might want to go buy your own parts, replace everything and you will get the same results, with a lot less money out of your wallet. Parts replacers will fix your issues, and not find the root cause or actually problem. Columbus OH, you deserve better than this, so if you decide to contact this company, then I wish you well. and BEWARE.

I purchased a garage door 2 years ago, great quality and they done a great job installing it. I just had some issues with door springs, because I had the gold bar warranty, they came out and done a great job installing new upgraded springs at no parts cost, plus they did some work to the opener itself that was not with the purchase originally, a thing that they did not have to do. That what makes a difference between companies that stand for their warranty and even go an extra mile vs the ones that are out there to do a one time sale. Thank you.

Greg was amazing. Educated me on how to keep my garage door maintained and was great with my inquisitive daughter. Called and had my door up and running in 2 hrs. Greg even found an installation error that had been overlooked for years. No question I’ll be calling them in the future for any of my garage door needs.

Went for an interview for this place. The interview went well they told me the head to check my license to make sure everything was good. So a week when by they called me and said Hey come in and have a conversation with us. They wanted me to be there at 10. I already had another interview set up for 10 oclock that day. So I was honest and open with this gentlemen and explained to him that I had another interview and I need to keep my word that I would be there. He said Ok I have good news for you go to your other interview and come here when youre done. So I went to my other interview. Then when I got out of that interview I called to let them know I was on my way. Then he told me there is no need for me to come someone got here before you and got your job. I dont think that was very professional at all and I hope thats not how this company conducts all of their business!

I used Columbus Door Sales to install a new garage door. They looked up the requirements of the HOA and everything. The person who installed it acted professionally, and we were happy with the service/product. I am not usually one to leave reviews, but Im surprised there are so few reviews online.

To the horses rear end in the pearly-white Columbus Door Sales *business* car doing 70 in a 55 who cut me off and ran me off the highway today around 1:30 between Granville and Newark: I just got a new house. New to me, but build in the 1940s. It needs a ton of renovations, including doors and windows and a specialty garage door to fit a restoration. Guess who I will *NEVER* be calling on to do business with??? If you cant behave on the way to a job, I certainly wouldnt trust you in my home. And if I hadnt have been on my way to the hospital, I would have followed you to wherever you went and called the cops. Thanks so much for respecting my life on the road, Jack Wagon.
