I must say that I am very impressed with our Columbus Window world . We had our windows installed 6 years ago and have been very happy with them. During this past winter, we noticed one of our windows appeared to have a fog in them (we figured somehow gas escaped from within the panes of glass.) I called them to get a replacement (expecting them to question me and try to get out of replacement ) but to my surprise, they just asked me to give them the serial number off of the window and they immediately order a replacement for me and I recently had it installed. That is great customer service . Most companies say they have a replacement policy but do anything they can to not take care of the problem . The installation person was also very friendly and punctual. . I would highly recommend them.

Great price and job on large 2-story house we are remodeling. Replaced two exterior doors and about 25 custom size windows. The windows slide like butter, tilt in for cleaning, lock and unlock easily. Order early due to lead time (about two months for us with Covid). Not one single complaint from me. Will definitely use again!

I love the windows that were just installed 9/26/2019! The look of the house is much improved. The installers were professional and went right to work as soon as they arrived. I am looking forward to seeing how much warmer the house will be this Winter and the affect it will have on my fuel expense.

Closing in on 2 years and $20k+ and still only 3 working (but unfinished) doors. The last contact I had was almost 4 months ago when they left. The wrong doors from a year ago and the uninstalled wrong doors from this year are piled in the main entryway. No updates, no clue what’s going on. Sidelights on main doors are wrong but at this point, anything remotely close is actually an accomplishment for them. Do your best to find someone else to do your doors. If there were a national competition for “Who can get the most things wrong?”, they would win gold in every event.

I had a great experience with the install of my windows ! Installers were very professional and answered all my questions . Came in and remove the old windows put in the new windows in a timely manner . Cleaned up their mess before they left . Love my new windows !!! Thank you !!
