We had an exceptional design and installation experience, with much attention to detail. There was never a sacrifice of quality for timeline. Very reasonable costs for a personalized design.

First I would like to thank Alina (Designer/project manager) for her work on this project. From the moment she came over to hear my design ideas, she was very understanding and receptive to my onslaught of requirements and must-haves. The design came back extremely fast and had everything I wanted and more. She was able to make a small kitchen seem bigger while getting more countertop and cabinet space. When it came to adjusting the services to get cost down, they are very open to doing certain things yourself. In my case we did the demolition, painting ourselves, and hired my own electrician. Sembro put allotted time in the schedule to allow for this work to be done while also sticking to the schedule. The Sembro builders were punctual and professional and they didn’t mind me constantly pestering them (I was interested in the process as someone who contemplated doing the whole remodel myself). But to really drive the point home Alina was relentlessly hounded with questions by myself with things such as “So is this schluter good for the tile? Is this tile going to cost more? Do you like this granite or this quartz? This light switch is too high, how can we accommodate it in the design? What kind of grout do I need?” and she handled it with grace. The app they use to manage the project is very useful in reminding you when you need to have things provided for builders such as the sink, faucet, countertops on order, backsplash tiles, etc. as well as for messaging and knowing when you will have builders in your home. Overall the project came out just above budget, but to be fair that was due to my own choices in material, and unexpected work due to having a very very old house. Overall I am very pleased with the experience and I would recommend Sembro. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so here are a few to see the end result.

Me and my wife were looking to buy a kitchen with a budget of $100,000. We decided to give SemBro a try.. a choice that we will never regret. I ended up not choosing SemBro due to an awful free estimate/consult. The man that met with me was clearly not interested in working with me, didnt listen to my needs/wants, and kept saying that a big company like theirs wasnt for me. Very disappointed by this experience and I wont be recommending them to anyone.

After years of wanting to remodel our kitchen, we chose SemBro based on their reviews and the kitchen remodel they did for a family member. Yuriy, the Sales Manager, and his team far exceeded our expectations. Everyone that worked on our remodel displayed a work ethic beyond words. They arrived on time, stayed late when necessary and their knowledge and craftsmanship were impeccable. I received an estimate over the phone for $22k-$30k, labor only, to remodel my 5ft. X 15ft. bathroom. No changes to layout, no plumbing or electrical needed. I was also told they only do full gut outs. I really felt like they didn’t want to work with me at all and it was very discouraging. The reason I give the second star is because I appreciate that they didn’t waste my time. So, I guess thanks for helping me dodge a bullet.

Sebro was amazing! Best price and great quality. Started and finished on time! I love dealing with family owed and operated business.When my wife and i decided to remodel our kitchen we made it a point to call and schedule as many contractors as we could in order to see what set some apart from the others. When calling to set up appointments i found out that some remodel companies do not actually come down to check out your space until to head over to their showroom and some require a small deposit to do a 3D image with that deposit amount coming off your finale total if you decide to pursue with them. I did not consider any of those companies. I felt that the company should be working to get my business not the other way around. once i eliminated those companies i narrowed my selection to 3 contractors all of whom had very high google reviews. i had them all come down and quote me a price. All 3 estimators were very professional and had great ideas and design elements. After getting back the price quotes i eliminated the highest since he was almost 35% higher than the other 2. Having 2 contractors left i wanted to touch base with them and make a small design change and let them know i will have a decision soon. i called the first company and got the secretary and when i explained the reason of my call she said gave me and email address to send over my design change over and someone will get back to me. When i asked for the contact info for the person that came to my house for the estimate she patched me over to his desk line. I got a return call about 1 week later. I know these days are busy days for contractors but still. When i wanted to make those design changes with sembro i called Leo (contractor who came to do my estimate) directly on his cell which he provided for me. He said no problem ill have the new design sketched out for you and sent to you by tomorrow and the changes will not effect the price quoted. Sold. I went with Sembro and could not be happier. The whole process from the start to finish was pain free and very low pressure. They started the job and the day they said they would despite 6 inches of snow. The project ran into a couple small issue that in my past experiences with remodeling usually turned into large expense and delay. issue 1: unexpected water pipes behind a wall that was to be removedisuue 2: uneven sub-floorisuue 3: uneven wall due to house settlingAll issue were handed quickly and at a very low costI could go on and on about how happy the wife and i are with the work that Sembro did but im going to sum up this review with a few pictures our new kitchen.

Sembro did a complete kitchen remodel for me, which included removing walls, doing drywall, tile backsplash, new cabinets, installing a microwave, kitchen sink and dishwasher. We had a wall of cabinets added to our kitchen in a house we recently purchased. This was the second time we did a kitchen with SemBro doing all of our cabinets. We will definitely use SemBro again. SemBro turned our home into a “Showroom” with honesty, quality, and white glove treatment.  SemBro rescued us after we had an unfortunate water issue with our 2nd floor laundry room that caused damage to 9 rooms of our house, from the top floor all the way to the basement. SemBro provided all the information necessary to get a maximum payment from our insurance company AND gave us design options for a kitchen and 1st floor remodel that we’ve been wanting to do for years.  We worked with SemBro’s designers, engineers, and project management team to create a truly unbelievable home.  Our project included a total 1st floor renovation, complete with kitchen and dining room remodel and new configuration, removal of walls, plumbing/electrical rerouting, new appliances, exterior reconstruction and siding, and so much more.  We also remodeled our first floor ½ bath and second floor bathroom and laundry room.  They worked closely with us on accents around the house, things like new patio doors, stairway railing and spindles, and lighting fixtures.  SemBro worked with us every step of the way and allowed us to pivot and make decisions (additions & changes) throughout the entire process. Sembro exceeded our expectations, and we’re looking forward to working with them again on our Master Bath.

We remodeled 3 of our bathrooms with Don. We are very pleased with his work as he spent a lot of time to make sure that everything was done to look exactly as we had wanted. His tile work which was extensive turned out amazing. Don is a real craftsman.

We used Sembro to redo our kitchen, they designed a new layout with much more counter space and cabinetry. We are so impressed with their professionalism, quality of work, and promptness will requests. Sophia was our designer and did such a great job with the new layout. We also got flooring done since the kitchen has a new design, as well as new baseboards. The backsplash is done phenomenally. We got all this work done for a better price than three other competitors I looked at. I will go to Sembro for needs in the future and highly recommend

I met with Yuriy who helped us pick out the materials for our bathrooms and offered valuable advice and helped us greatly in planning our remodel. Our bathrooms turned out terrific and I am considering hiring SemBro Designs again to remodel our kitchen! Yuriy was a pleasure to work with. SemBro was lower priced than the other estimate I received for bathroom renovation. Replaced flooring, vanity, sink and faucets, sink and tub plumbing, repaired cabinet hinges, and painted walls, ceiling and trim. High quality flooring materials. The team of 3-4 men were hard-working, prompt, and very skilled, paying fine attention to detail in painting, flooring, moldings, and installations. Communications with the manager, Yuriy, went very well; he listened, offered suggestions, and was very interested in what I wanted done and staying within a budget. I recommend them highly and would hire again.

Completely remodeling your ENTIRE first floor during a COVID lockdown would not have been my suggestion for anyone, however SemBro made it as painless as possible. We worked with Daniel virtually during the lockdown for the design and measurements and construction started August 24- the first day of school for my kids and both my wife and I working from home. We were able to move back into our kitchen within 35 days! SemBro had someone at our house almost every day in clockwork precision. We used the Buildertrend app to stay in touch with Daniel for what they were working on and what was our responsibility. All of the workers- Dima, Pavlo, Ihgor, Michael, Ricardo, Yorii, Mischa, Bogdan and Volodya were incredibly polite, well-versed in their trade and respectful of our COVID mask restrictions. They left a clean space every night before they left (very important for us having two kids and two dogs) and took pride in their work. We love our new home and will be calling on SemBro again for our remodeling needs.

Such a great experience from the very beginning to the very end. Andrew met with my wife and I to get our thoughts and ideas. Later gave us the in depth estimate with 3D drawings. Very responsive to questions and helped us with every aspect. Paul the foreman and George were just as good on the construction. They really took their time and communicated each step of the way. With our small bathroom and the booming economy I figured we would be put off for the bigger projects. Sembros focus made us feel like our project was the only one they had. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them for our kitchen remodel down the road.

Our Project Manager/Designer really listened to our needs and excelled at keeping everything on schedule. Our cabinets look great and SemBro included crown moulding for them and it was all done very well. I would definitely use them again and I recommend them to everyone.

I had my kitchen remodeled last November. I was looking for the best kitchen quality in town, I found Sembro designs and I got not only my kitchen cabinets but an excellent costumer service. Form the reception to the delivery, I got a friendly environment Nadia took her time to show us how everything was going to be and it was hard to believe that everything came as it was planned.I highly recommend them if you are thinking to do any high level projects, and receive the best costumer service ever.

Just another typical contractor. You get all excited to have them come out and design you a kitchen, ready to spend money. Guy never even shows up. Calls you 20 minutes before appointment time and says he didn’t realize I wasn’t around the corner. First thing I told him (in the showroom when we first met ) was plan on 50 minutes to get to my house.... didn’t do his research. Well, maybe he did....but calling me 20 minutes before he was supposed to be there, shows he wasn’t even planning on making the trip. Scheduled 3 weeks out and his excuse was he stacked another appointment too close. Customer who is on the calendar first, takes priority and you do your research and annotate on the calender your commute times. General rule of thumb when scheduling anything when you are the representative that makes the house visit. Taking my business elsewhere....

We just finished a kitchen with Sembro. Daniel coordinated the project and we were very pleased with the outcome.The final product looks great! They followed through on their promises and finished the job in a timely manner. The quote was fair and took into account the areas where costs could change. This was nice in that we didn’t incur any surprise expenses. The quote was also complimentary which I very much appreciated. Some remodeling companies had asked me for a non refundable 2-3 thousand just to give me an estimate. I wasn’t comfortable with that for a straight forward kitchen remodel. Sembro takes advantage of software programs to plan and produce a fantastic 3D rendering of the project. They also use a helpful app called Buildertrend that streamlined communication and relayed up to date information about the project. For those of you that like a showroom, they have nice one at their warehouse. Overall everything was handled quite well by Sembro and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again. I’m more than happy to be reference.

Nadia and her team are very welcoming and helpful. They do not charge for their 3 D software technology so that homeowners are able to customize their own kitchens and visualize the different color schemes/ wood tones. They have a beautiful showroom. A hidden gem.

I hired SemBro to replace our old laminated kitchen countertop with granite. Alex and his team were very professional, helped us a lot with finding right granite slabs that blended nicely with kitchen floor and cabinets. New granite countertop was design with two seams and installers did a great job in hiding seams that are almost invisible. Thank you for good work!

The price we were given for new cabinets, new granite counter top, backsplash, etc. was more economical than cabinet refacing! I consider myself to be a skeptical person and I was concerned that there may be hidden costs. However, the total price of the project stayed in line with the contact price. We were extremely happy. I couldnt be happier with Nadia, Alex and their entire team at Sembro. They were involved in every single aspect of the project exactly as youd expect. Her team including Paul and Sacha showed up every single day on time, worked the entire day and left our home clean at the end. We were disappointed with the level of untimely finishing the work in our kitchen. This company charging us work we cancelled out and continue billing us for the cancellation. The crew are nice people and they know their job well and very respectful folks. We are not happy with the management they gave too many excuses and they expect us to pay for a service we canceled out. Disappointed!!
