I love this beauty supply store. They’re always helpful and they have great customer service. I prefer them over Golden. They also give military discounts. Their wigs are better quality than other beauty supply stores I’ve been to. Their prices are lower as well. This is my beauty supply store in Columbus!!

I dont shop in beauty supply stores however I stopped by to pick up an item and noticed they have completely renovated the inside. It really looks good (so much better than before) in here. I would go back if needed.

Love the changes they have made to their store. It is a lot more welcoming and I find what I need a lot faster.

Went in on February 8, early. Was trying to get the cashier to help me find a item. She wouldnt look up from her cell phone but a minute to help me. She sent me to a aisle to look but she wasnt much help.👎👎👎

Nice store. I love their cosmetic products and oils, but why pay nearly 10 dollars for their gel nail polish when you can get the EXACT SAME polish from your nearest dollar store for 2 bucks?? Rip Off!

This location is open on the weekends, just not Sundays (which is posted on the door). Its also open until 8pm, so not sure how late the other reviewer wants a locally owned store to stay open.The workers are helpful with identifying accessories to match outfits as well as good products to try on hair. I have difficulty with frizziness, and she was able to recommend a serum to control that problem.

I went to purchase some crochet hair. The last time I bought it, it was $4.99 a pack. Three weeks later I returned to buy more. They had the color 2 which was priced at $4.99 a pack as usual. They only had 4 packs and I needed 7 packs. So instead I got an additional 3 packs in the 1B which were $5.99. When I got to the register, she rang all the hair at the higher price, refused to at least let me pay the separate prices, and then started tearing off the price tags of the cheaper hair. They just lost a customer!!!!! By the way Hi Beauty had the same hair $1.00 cheaper.

Ok store. Some things are overpriced. They have a variety of products from wigs to shoes. Cannot be seen from traffic. Can be somewhat dusty inside of building. Theyre expanding their store currently. Stay tuned!!

Polite and patient...clean and had everything I was looking for!

They got wigs, weave, make up, lashes, shoes, jewelry, bonnets...YOU NAME IT!! This is my go to spot when im ready to glam up. On busy days its can get a little cramped in the store but the prices are resonable and I love the little samples that they pass out....sometimes.

I visited this store for the very first time and as soon as I walked in, there was no greetings or customer service. The girls didn’t speak at all nor did they ask did I need help with anything, they just stood behind the counters looking. I was so turned off by the poor service that I walked out without even considering buying anything! Plus the wigs weren’t brushed...neither did they look neat. If I had to guess the wigs hadn’t been brushed in months. Straight turn off when going wig shopping. Poor customer service in hair stores is just bad for business period! Caused you to lose money, I would have spent anywhere to $150-$300 On a wig if I had the assistance I needed.
