The gentleman who seemed to be the general manager was extremely kind and accommodating. He stopped what he was doing to ask if I found everything ok and walked me to whatever I needed. He was attentive and has great customer service. The cashier however who was working the front on 10/18 around 12:00 PM was not so kind. I walked up to the counter and she asked me to use the self checkout rather than her check me out. She was not assisting any other customers so I was a little put off by her request. When I responded with “I hadn’t intended to but can if you are needing me to.”, she sighed and didn’t say anything further so I was confused if she was going to help me or not. Overall staff seems great except for her, which is unfortunate because the cashier is the face of the store and what most people base their impression of the location off of.

This place is a lifesaver! A few weeks ago I called to check on a prescription refill I was expecting. The pharmacist, Chelsea, told me my insurance wouldn’t approve the refill until the next week but this would mean I’d be off my medication for a whole week. She offered to call the insurance company on my behalf and got it sorted out. Then she called me back and I had my prescription the same day!Chelsea is the best ever but she also works with a team of great people. Everyone at this location is polite and KIND. I’ve seen them go out of their way to help people on multiple occasions. The store is well stocked, clean and taken care of. Only change I’d make is it would be nice to be able to buy wine on Sundays. Otherwise best CVS in town!

This pharmacy is well-staffed and a straightforward visit every time. I would like to specifically give 5 stars to the pharmacist Anita. She is professional and competent, and she remained courteous when I committed the cardinal sin of taking out my (completely unrelated) frustrations on her because I had the wrong pick up date for a prescription.

They are selling old beer. I just left the store and got home and saw the expiration date of November 23 2019 on the bottles. Of course the store is closed now. I have never been so irritated in my life.

Every CVS that I have had the pleasure of using for my pharmaceuticals and over the counter products this location is not only at the top of my list. The manager and employees are very interested in providing me with excellent customer service experience keep up the great awesome job and also products that outher stores dont have like the uniform scrubs

Busy place, but the staff are incredibly friendly and know their stuff. Huge variety of items in a smaller footprint than a suburban CVS, but doesnt feel cramped. Good prices and lots of specials. In particular, Kim in the pharmacy is amazingly diligent and supportive.

The entire staff here is great. Kim in the pharmacy always goes above and beyond and is very courteous. This is the only CVS that I shop at. The always have specials going on like 4 Arizona for $2 etc.

When loading a prepaid debit card you need a state ID. When I gave it to them, the machine didnt work. Maybe cvs should get out of the stone age and into the digital age. No one else requires this nonsense to load money onto prepaid debit cards. If you use this as a precautionary measure... At least make sure it works.

Kind courteous and knowledgeable staff helped me use the photo kiosk to pull jpeg images from a flash drive and produce instant 8 X 10 prints, explained next time this can be done on-line and prints will be waiting for pick-up.CVS helped me complete a closeout portfolio for a client with tight time constraints, and did it with a smile. Thanks CVS !

Staff ALWAYS greets us when we walk in. But most importantly, KIM, in the Pharmacy Department, has helped me manage the most horrendous execution of a script that could ever come out of a physicians office. It took 5 tries, multiple orders of the wrong brand, dose, number of refills. I went in three times for the wrong script. Finally Kim called ME and said, I have your revised script but I dont think its what you want. Today shes called me to say she finally has the correct script. Shes been very courteous throughout the ordeal.

Need to use your driver license or state id to purchase a money order. They scan your info. This is the only store that I know of that does this. I will not purchase money orders or prepaid cards here for this reason.

Always friendly. Its the only decent convenience store downtown without weird rules about how much you need to spend with your credit card, or expired snacks on the shelves.

I ordered photos online and when I picked them up the quality was terrible. I think one of their colors had run out because you could see all the color changing from print to print. No one knew how to address the issue and reprint them for me. A complete waste of time and effort.
