Quick service and a large assortment of items including an expanded small hardware section. Pharmacy service as well as checkout were both fairly quick. I only had trouble locating refrigerated drinks.

The pharmacy has shown a lot of patience with me over the years and its been very appreciated. Some pharmacies tend to treat customers a certain way - and make assumptions about them - based upon their prescriptions. Ive never really been made to feel bad here by anyone and that goes a long way. Theyre very appreciated.I only have four stars due to store prices seeming to go up quite a bit, even before COVID-19. Still, their prices are pretty good but they used to be better.

I like to shop at this store and used the pharmacy for my shingle shot. I got my dog’s prescriptions filled there as well.

Totally impressed by amount of senior accessible equipment in here. Had a number of things unavailable on Amazon. The gentleman at the cash register was working hard and was very kind and helped me with questions. Its very nice to have this plane right near where I live.

Don’t go in there 10 minutes before close, they will turn the lights off on you, so then you won’t be able to see anything and then you will end up buying a Gatorade zero instead of a regular Gatorade like I did because it’s so damn dark and impossible to see in there. Freaking RUDE!

My mother works at the business next door. She, her clients and our family shop here relatively often for years. She is on a friendly first name basis with several employees. Today, I went in to shop for food and said hello to the new security guard. He then proceeded to follow me around the store rather closely and watched me in nearly every aisle I was in. It was both humiliating and uncomfortable. Pending a discussion with manager Nate, I will not return to this store, and have informed my family and their clients of what they may experience if they visit again. Im aware you had a string of recent robberies, but we will not patronize this business again if this is how were going to be treated. Be better about this. Im disgusted with what happened.Edit: The number you gave me went to a voice message box. Yet another insult. And as a former repeat customer, I did not feel safe with your security guard following me around like a criminal. So theres nothing to appreciate about it. Your response is canned and hollow. Theres no excuse for this. It screams racism. Be better.

I have filled two prescriptions with Drug Mart within the last week. On both occasions, I was previously at a large grocery chain just down the street where I initially planned to fill my prescription while I did a bit of grocery shopping. Both times, the grocery store pharmacy did not have the prescription I needed.The Drug Mart pharmacy was friendly, fast, and efficient. Its also nice that I can shop for home items while Im waiting. I will surely be a returning customer.

The new Manager is friendly and helpful. Since his arrival, the store is cleaner, more organized, has new carts and new Credit Card machines. The Pharmacy staff is friendly, savvy and patient with us sometimes clueless seniors! I really love that makeup that doesnt work out may be returned. Prices are generally lower than other retail stores and their little known, small Produce area is a blessing for quick pick-up and go.

Best Pharmacy staff in the world!! Dan, Amanda and Melissa are great, they call me by my name, they help me with any issues and have helped improve my overall health. I will never go anywhere else as long as they are there. I wish everyone was as kind and helpful!!

This place has anything you want. If you have not visited you should. They have a great ice cream selection and even movie rentals! The beer selection is limited but decent.

This is my ONE & ONLY PHARMACY that I go to for all my familys medicines! I love their super fast drive-thru lane! Everyone there is very nice, helpful, friendly and fast! They always get me in and out super quick! The pharmacists there sometimes call me up and check to see how Im doing with my current meds. They truly care about our meds and health. I truly love that pharmacy so much and am a regular customer there! ツ

This review is for the powell location however I have been told this is the company policy - I am extremely disappointed in the customer service that this company displays. I qualified for a free breast pump through my insurance company only to find out through my doctor that I was going to need a double pump. We went through the paperwork prior authorization process with my insurance company and got approval for the double pump. I was given two places in my area that my insurance was contracted with that I could use. I sent my husband with the order from my doctor because I was in the hospital and she would not release me until we went through the process of using the pump. When my husband arrived at your store he was told the wait would be 15 minutes - an hour later he was told that the pump was ready however he would need to pay the $100 difference between the cost and what the insurance agreed to cover. He did this thinking we could work it out with the insurance company later because it was supposed to be covered and he just wanted to get me and our baby home. When I found out he paid $100 I called the insurance company to see why the pump was not covered. They said that is was covered and I was only required to pay $16. They told me to go back to drugmart with the explanation of benefits they gave me and get my money back. I tried this and your response was sorry your husband signed a form agreeing to pay the difference. He only did this because you said you would not give him the pump without it!!! You took advantage of a situation and now you are sending me to collections for my $16 copay when you have already stolen $100 from us. I have tried to talk to your service department several times to work through this and all they keep telling me is my husband signed the waiver agreeing to pay the money. That is crap he was a stressed out new father and you took advantage when you had no right!! I have told my doctor and my pediatrician along with several mommy groups that everyone whos insurance covers a free or discounted pump so go to a different location because drugmart does not adhere to the contracted insurance price. You are scam artists taking advantage of people at their most vulnerable.

Very poor lay out, disorganized. But if you have the time to search through they have most everything at a decent price
