I have visited this location several times over the years and I am always pleased with the quiet and organized experience. Customer service was good and so were the prices.

If I could I’d give them a (-5) stars. They follow Black people around, I know from personal experience. Do not spend your hard earned money in this anti-Black store.(Anyone know of any Black owned beauty supply stores in the area, please share!)

Very friendly and helpful staff. The store is small but always has exactly what I’m looking for. I don’t feel overwhelmed like I do in the super beauty supply stores with just too much stuff. If you want quality products and want to get in and out without being overwhelmed or extremely high prices, this is your store.

From the top of your head to the sole of your feet, no matter what your race or nationality, if it has to do with your hair, then this is the place to go! I always go there to get hair products and Grace the owner is a lovely woman who is extremely helpful and she spent half an hour with me talking about different hair pieces and products...she is a beautician and knows a lot about what items are better than the rest. She even told me not to buy some of the products I carried to the counter because they would damage my hair, so you know she isnt just trying to get the money. Honest woman, I dont know the rest of the people there much but she is great and so is the store!

Good customer service, good price and large selection. They sometimes have sales and buy one get one free promotions. The staff is friendly and ready to help.

Needed some cosmetic cleanser and other amenities while traveling in Ohio. The staff recommended a great shampoo for my sensitive scalp and it worked great. Highly recommended

Wide selection of hard to find hair and beauty products. Sales people more friendly than they use to be. No longer treat all black people as if we are out to steal them blind. Actual got to walk around and shop with out being followed and watched. Stop going there because of that.

I ran in there because my regular hair store was closed And just to get some conditioner... they watch you like you’re about to steal EVERYTHING in that store.. ended up looking at wigs and again was watched like I was stealing. I’ll never go there again. That’s ridiculous!

Better than most all of the beauty supplies Ive been to here in columbus. Better selection and nice variety of dramatically colored hair and pastel colors. Really genuinely nice people too.

I was greeted nicely as I came in and when I exited. I quickly found what I was looking for. It was a little overpriced but no more than most of the stores like this that sell comparable items.

The workers are some timey! Sometimes they are friendly and sometimes they are not!Also don’t even think that your going to be able to exchange something even with the receipt, they will try to give you the run around!

I just went in there and the lady was watching you like you are takeing some thing that is why they have cameras for a reason. When i went up to go ask her some thing she said it is in 6 and then going to roll her eyes i am very offended and i will never go back there and you shouldnt eathier.

All the good hair stuff men or women

When I first walked in an item in my bag beeped, the lady working at the counter looked right at me but said nothing. And I went on shopping. As I was shopping I felt another lady watching me. But I paid it no mind. Went to the counter paid for all my items (spent $50+ on hair products) and continued to walk towards the door. Mind you I beeped when I first came in & nothing was said. All of a sudden they wanted to go through my purse. And made it seem like they was going to find something but DIDNT. Why would I spend that amount of $ just to turn around & steal. Told him he can rewind his cameras & even said yall was watching the whole entire time. No apology or nothing. BUT THEY WANT THE BLACK BUSINESS !!! And treat us like criminals. I will no longer buy from Rose Beauty. Support your fellow black own businesses. We are just a profit. (And I had my little sister with me you know how embarrassing that is. Good thing she is a smart 8 y/o. Smh.)

Im come here often. They are sweethearts. They are definely not racist however, I must inform newer customers that they have a sign outside of the store stating that kids under a certain age should be accompanied by adults. Its very possible that they may of had problems with peoples children in the past. I do believe itseems possible the lady below may of misinterpreted the situation for it being a race thing when it indeed it was a age thing. Considering she didnt state they were following her (Im sure she is African american). Im a usual customer whose also African American and I have noticed plenty of times that they follow the children because a lot of parents let them roam around the store fondling with the products and they pay no attention to them sadly. If it wasnt a issue to the company they would of never put a sign out there. So..to avoid a similar situation keep a eye on your kids. No offense to anyones parenting styles but clearly past customer experiences has left a bad taste with the company.

Its like your normal hair store you go to anywhere in the city. The only thing I didnt like was the fact that the black lady with the wig and blue contacts will follow you around the store the whole time. Its kind of annoying. They are a little higher in price than normal too.
