I would also give this place a 0 if I could. This place is without a doubt a scam. I bought an eye serum for $200. The girl said it lasts about 2 years, I used it maybe 10 times and the serum was gone. They say their products have ‘authentication’ but it’s just a gimmick. What kind of authentication? They are trained hustlers and try to confuse you. You are better off buying a $30 bottle of cream from Clinique or Mary Kay whose products are better. Keep walking past these people.

I was at Tuttle, very nice girls. I purchased the product, loved the results. Can’t wait to try the others and for my facial/consultation at Polaris.

Very disrepectful when approaching people walking through the mall. Do they not know we are in a PANDEMIC???? One even touched and pulld down my mask to put some ceeam on my eyes even though I told her I wasnt interested. They get so close with these little plastc sheilds that cover nothing. Do better.

1. they lie to you about the product. The products Firming Syringe doesnt work at all. the representative never mention anything about non-refund, although I asked.2. I called the customer service and they never return my phone call.3. All sales are final, No refunds. Think twice before you hand the credit card to them.4. They are scam. I return all the products to them. I file dispute the charge. But they still say that I havent complained anything to them and have not returned the products to them. So I lose all the money I spent.5. They are scam. They are liars. Please google before you spend money.I have lost over $350. I shared my lesson here and hope to help you and protect your money!

I was in Polaris Shopping Mall on June 13 & was approached by a gentleman, Morinho, at the kiosk representing Deep Sea Cosmetics/Venofye/ Bionyx & Adore Cosmetics. After being approached & offering me a free sample & applying an eye serum on one side of my eye, I made a purchase of 3 products. He then informed me I qualified for a free facial with a Los Angles-based famous aesthetian. Morinho promised to put the eye serum on my other eye after he walked me to the ADORE Cosmetics store. He told me that a quick treatment on the lines near my mouth would be done, while making my appointment. I was with my small granddaughter & thought this timeline would be fine.All of a sudden the famous aesthecian’s assistant said that he was suddenly available & able to do a quick consultation, between clients.The result was over 30-minutes of a semi-facial treatment with flause flattery & hard sells. No free facial was scheduled or offered. Too many details I did not include. I filed a complaint with the Mall Management. Do NOT want to be approached by anyKiosk businesses anymore!Very negative experience!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was walking by and said no thank you to their offer and then the employee called me rude. I said NO THANK YOU. Nothing rude or anything. ENTITLED SEXIST jerks. Ive worked at this mall for years and theyre constantly being rude to people. Dont support this crooked business.

Ridiculously annoying people working in the mall for them. Have driven my friends and I away from the mall with them stepping in front of you to “give away” a free sample ALL THE TIME, even when you tell them you don’t want their stuff. From what I hear it is totally overpriced and not worth it. It’s a scam and I cannot believe the Malls allow them to harass people like that.

I bought products for over 170$, I was told the ingredients were all organic and found out that wasnt the case when I got home. I tried return it but the store was closed. I was never told about their no refund policy. They are scammers. Dont give them your money. Not worth it. Rip off.

This stuff works. After a demo application I can really see a difference. I would have returned to purchase if it werent for my experience with Johnny last night. High pressure tactics combined with insincere flattery. Johnny got visibly upset with me after politely declining for the 4th time. He turned his back on me waved me away. He also had severe halitosis, and mistook me backing away from the smell as shyness.Sometimes a customer really does want your product, just cant afford it the moment they are in your store. Maybe a more authentic and understanding sales pitch would move more of these products. The prices that were quoted to me are as follows: $1200 for the full line, $600 after the first no. Next was $350 for part of the line, then $125 for one of the products, then $50 for the peeling solution. Giving 1 star for the overtly shallow sales experience.Last note - This is an Israeli company, theres nothing wrong with that. However, Ive noticed more than a few reviews with Hebrew names on them. Columbus doesnt have that large of an Israeli population. Would recommend that you ignore those reviews as they very well could be employees trying to boost review ratings.

I have stopped on two occasions, Saturday & Sunday afternoon. They were not open. They posted a number on the door to call but no one answers.We asked some staff at a nearby kiosk in the mall, and they say this location is not open often.
