Customer Service, Accountability, and Professionalism is something that is lacking within this place of business. And it comes with a cost to the client in the form fees and lies. Your time is not valued and the turnover rate is high! So if the employees aren’t staying what does that say....I would recommend that you spend your hard earned money somewhere else other than this place!

I’ve purchased multiple sets of lash extensions from the lash lounge and have been satisfied, however today I tried a lash lift and they look horrible and fried. I would not recommend for people with long lashes. I was denied a refund and Ken called me after 3 days. I was able to get them semi-fixed 5 days later by Rin, she was amazing! Still didn’t get a refund but they at least look normal now

This morning a portion of Polaris lost its power including the lash lounge. It was a Saturday and 9am, no one had heard from AEP yet ... most businesses would have rightfully apologized and rescheduled us but not the lash lounge!. The Manager Mandy and the owner Ken quickly worked on connecting to a backup power source so we could keep our appointments. This is just one example of how this business operates everyday putting their Customers first. Kathrine does my lashes and she is amazing, she makes my lashes fuller than I have ever had. She professional and she doesn’t judge when I fall asleep on her lol. Thanks for being amazing company ! - Kathy Ward

The online promo says that a classic set is $100 for new customers. It was not until after my appointment was over that I was told I had a senior stylist who charges $250. This was not listed anywhere on the website for the promo or on the promotion email I received. I selected any stylist through the promo link. I would have preferred going to a less senior stylist to get the promo deal, but had know idea this extra charge even existed. Seems like a poor way to treat new customers. I will be going elsewhere for my next lash appointment.Also - to the management who did nothing when I nicely raised the issue - can you imagine any other business in which this would be acceptable? If you went to a restaurant and they had the senior-chef working that day instead of the junior-chef, so they charged you 2x the price that they showed you on the menu? And then didnt tell you until after you ate it? That would never happen.It is just a $100, yes, but honestly the principal of it is really backwards. Its bad business practice and you can be held accountable through the Better Business Bureau for offenses like this

Mandi is so wonderful and friendly every time I come in- and I’ve been going here since November 2018 and the stylists are great! My retention is great and I get compliments from guys and girls all the time about my eyes!!

I have been coming here since August. Everyone is so wonderfully nice. My lashes always look amazing when I leave! I drive 1.5 hours to get here just to get my lashes done. I will continue to do so because they are so wonderful! The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. 5 stars!

Cindy took 2hrs and 45min to barely put any lashes on me. What was supposed to be a full hybrid set was a sorry excuse of a set. When i called to complain they tried to tell me my lashes were damaged yet didnt express that at all during the service. HORRIBLE ARTISTS

Charged me $75 for being a no show due to covid. Wow when I called to reschedule the day after I was told no and wasn’t offered a refund a discount anything highly upset seem like they would be understanding during these times lost a new first time customer!

The lash technician was very pleasant and sweet. The staff is very attentive and professional.

Most of the stylists there are amazing, but I have had a lot of issues with the front desk. I will schedule my appts online, they will approve them, and then move my appt time/switch my stylist without asking me. Very unprofessional to be moving around my appointments without verifying that that was okay with me and then charging a cancellation fee if I were to cancel, when you edited my appointment without asking first. I had an appt yesterday with a different stylist than i originally scheduled my appt with (they again changed without letting me know or asking me first, but i was already there by the time i found out so i figured i’d give her a try), and now my eyelashes look terrible. I got a lash lift, and the first time I had it done a couple months ago (with my original stylist) they looked great, so i know it’s not just something that happens with lash lifts. I am very disappointed because i know that this wouldn’t have happened if they had not moved my stylist.

What a fabulous place! I highly recommend them. The quality of the lashes and the expertise of the staff is top-notch. The space is calming and beautifully appointed. I was very impressed and tell everyone about them. And...I love the way my lashes look!!

Has open availability online, however will not approve a request for a simple eyebrow threading. Probably hoping for a service that would give higher commission. I was very impressed with the Ann Arbor location and frequently got my lashes and eyebrows done there. However I will not be using the Columbus location. Service is service. If you don’t want to have a request: don’t have time slots open.

Highly recommend the lash lounge!! I came here after getting a terrible set elsewhere, not realizing they would all need to be removed before we could “fix” them. They were so kind and accommodating and went out of their way to give me a great experience. Everyone I’ve met here is so friendly and happy to make you feel at home. The vibe is so cozy and relaxing. Abbey S does amazing work and I could not recommend her more!

I went in the lounge in desperate need of help from mynail salon eyelash extensions, and I was able to get them corrected even though they were closing! Amazing people! They educated me in regards to proper eyelash care. What a life lesson. Go see them youll be pleased!

The manager is RACIST!I went into the lash lounge and got the most unflattering thin lashes! I kindly complained and asked to speak to the manager. I was told he would call me the following Monday. This NEVER HAPPENED. I called to speak with him and he was apologetic and asked me to return the following week for a service that I would like. Upon my visit, he proceeded to tell me what he was NOT going to do a service more than the amount he felt comfortable with. He then assumed I wanted, “extravagant voluminous lashes” (his words not mine) without asking me then refused to give me a refund OR provide the follow up service.The customer service is horrible! And they refuse to provide images of what your lashes will look like after your service.

The Lash Lounge is a great facility! Ive enjoyed every visit and will continue to go there for my lashes. There are comfortable beds to lie on under plush lavender throws and I can relax and listen to music while the technician goes to work.

The Lash Lounge is a great place to be pampered. It has a very calm and professional atmosphere. The Lash girls and staff are very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend trying for your lash needs.

I love going in- nice staff, super relaxing, and the lashes look great. Only downside is that it can be difficult getting in for an appointment bc they’ve been short staffed. I still highly recommend it tho- and get the membership so you can treat yourself regularly!!

Honestly, never coming back. I’ve gone 3x for 3 different refills really trying to give them a chance. Each time, i get a refill and they look exactly the same as they did when i walked in. I’m in Miami once a month so i alternate between locations with my 2/3 week fills depending on where I’m at. This last fill i got at the lash lounge i walked out with my left eye looking extremely different than my right. Lol it’s been a week and let me tell you, i look ridiculous right now, really lopsided. My HYBRID fill was $80 and when i called, they blamed the lack of lashes on the fact that i hadn’t gotten a fill in a month but what they don’t know is i had just got them done in Miami and i still had a lot of lashes left - so that excuse was null. Even if that were the case why would they let me walk out like that? My fill took maybe 30 min and I remember thinking “wow i feel like she’s only put on maybe 10 lashes for each eye”. Lost my business. Expensive fill for no reason.

My wife has had some significant medical issues over the last 18 months which have now resolved, but medication she was taking caused a lot of problems with hair loss, including her eyelashes. She heard about lash extensions and we researched options, settling on The Lash Lounge.She had her visit two weeks ago to get started, and I cannot understate what this has done for her confidence. She has taken more selfies and spent more time admiring her new lashes in the mirror than I have seen her do in YEARS. The confidence boost has been HUGE. The lashes look VERY natural, and you honestly cannot tell that they are artificial.She had her first touch-up today, and they look even more dramatic than the first time. Her lash tech told her that very few came out over two weeks, so longevity seems to be good. Her stylist is Chelsea N., and she is an absolute artist...my wife just loves her.For me, the most impressive part of this business is the owner Ken. I have had extensive conversations with him (while waiting during my wifes sessions) about the business, and it is very clear that SAFETY is his top priority, and he trains his staff accordingly. Messing around with someones eyes is nothing to take lightly, and Ken put my mind at ease that my wife is in good hands here.Highly recommended!

I went in for my first experience with lash extensions and came out with the shortest, most unflattering lashes ever. The girls said she used the shortest ones because I have thin, crappy lashes (her words). I found a great place nearby and had them removed, redone and they are AMAZING! Poor customer service, rude people, male owner who knows nothing about lashes and corrects employees in front of clients. So unprofessional. Never returning!

Lashes fell out within days of application. The artist took FOREVER and when she was finished I looked like I had barely any lashes installed. She fumbled around behind her too, probably on her phone! Eyes were bloodshot for days. I will never return. Waste of money!

Worst refill I’ve ever had. Will not return, my eyelashes look worse than before I went.

Appointment availability is flexible, the staff is super friendly, and Victoria does amazing work! What more could you ask for?
