Very rude employees in the pharmacy. Came in from out of town and forgot my pen needles for my insulin. The woman tried to make me buy $80 needles and refused to sell me the Walgreens brand. I had to skip my meds that night because she didnt want to walk back over there. I even told her where the right ones was and that the name/size was plainly visible from where we was standing. To top it off even the emergency room doctors tell you not to go to this store if you want/need your medication within a week.
Very very RUDE pharmacists and pharmacist techs! They are ALWAYS getting my medicine mixed up with someone else’s medicine. Everytime I drop off my narcotics prescription and come back to pick it up later in the day it’s NEVER ready because the pharmacist tech didn’t scan the prescription into the system! This has happened over 5 times already this year(2021)! This is unacceptable! They are very slow….they move with no sense of urgency at all. Walgreens is very FILTHY in the back of the store where the pharmacy is. The nastiness reminds me going the the Lowndes County Health Department when I was a kid! Do better nasty Walgreens!!!
Walgreens pharmacist were VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! My husband and I waited 2 hours back and forth in the drive thru line to get COVID testing. They said they didn’t have his paper work, they didn’t even bother to look. WE WILL NOT BE BACK.
The woman working the window of the Walgreens pharmacy was very rude and unhelpful. They have poor customer service skills. She shrugged her shoulders and acted like my questions were none of her concern. Worst customer service ever. Won’t be going back.
I had scheduled a COVID test there today I arrive on time was told we have to print the papers and we will call you when it’s ready they did not call me back when I called they said oh our system is down thanks for nothing I guess I would have waited all day for that info poor customer service
Slow, usually unconcerned personnel at the drive thru. It takes 15min in order to get a prefilled prescription. Surprising lack of customer service skills as they yell across your vehicle to address the person in the next lane.
I was greeted at the door and everything was organized.
Its ok store . But I loved rite aid better. But walgreens bought them out and closed the store . I like cvs . I wish CVS would build a store here . . Walgreens has up there prices double the price or triple, because there the only drug store on hwy 45 .
You’ll be 6ft under before your prescription is ready, go somewhere or go to med school for 8 years and make the medicine yourself. It’d be alot quicker. My mom has been using them for over 2 years and not ONE prescription has been on time. Waited two extra hours today for an inhaler.
The line was very slow at the drive thru!!
It was ckean, people friendly, and they have a huge parking lot.
The staff in the pharmacy are so unprofessional and rude. Walgreens should really look into this
Great
This is the worst pharmacy ever. Very rude employees, have no compassion for people that depend on the medication being filled, an absolute lack of communication with anything regarding the medicine or refills. The most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with.
Putting all five stars so you will actually be able to see this but If I could give zero stars I would! They take FOREVER to bring your medications to you, whether it be through the drive thru or inside, they are extremely slow! I was told it would be 45 minutes for my script to be ready so I I told her Okay and I would be back, I came back 2 hours later and STILL had to wait 30 more minutes just to give me one script of only 8 pills! She dropped it on the floor and had a terrible attitude! I miss rite aid!
First, hours should be changed. No longer open 24 hours. Might as well be closed...pharmacist usually wouldnt fill things like pain medication during the middle of the night. Sent my adult son to get my husbands pain medication refilled late one night because he was in a great deal of pain. She refused to fill it. So I had to drive 30 minutes the next morning to get them--after a very long night with my husband. Second, I agree with most other reviewers. Horrible customer service. Incredibly over-priced, as well. If you do not have prescription health insurance, I suggest you go to one of the smaller pharmacies in the area. You can literally save hundreds of dollars on one script.
Customer service was okay at first she verified all my info and told me to come back in 15 minutes and when I did the second women was very rude she asked for both of my insurance cards and I told her I had my last name changed but my insurance hasn’t sent me a new card yet and she completely dismissed it and said my cards would not work and got an attitude and I was like did you even try my new last name? And then she did and it worked. Had to talk to this worker and verify my phone number maybe 10 times. And then two women who’s were in the back of the pharmacy were talking about one women who had insurance but she still needed to pay some, but she didn’t have it with he, and they were laughing about it saying she needed a new job. Very very unprofessional and actually a joke, definitely never using this pharmacy again.
By far the worst Walgreens Pharmacy Ive ever been to. Cant speak about the pharmacist but the pharmacy techs were rude and did not care one bit about helping the customers. They actually told one customer that he was welcome to go to Rite-Aid if he wanted different service.
Pharmacy staff seems to always have an attitude and never have your prescription ready on time.....
Doctor sent in two prescriptions. A muscle relaxant & a pain pill. I received an email that my prescription was ready about three hours later. I was given two prescriptions a blood pressure pill and the pain pill. Unfortunately I didn’t check after them. Didn’t notice until bedtime I did not have the correct pill. Call them and they stated oh it a refill and was never fill. It was not a refill. The medicine was prescribed earlier that day. Needs to hire more professional and alerted workers.
Printed pictures took at least and 1 and a half over the time they said they would be done I went back multiple times and still same response not done yet and the girl the next morning was snobby they are all pretty rude not to mention the only reason they weren’t finished is because they didn’t check paper or make anything it mad me mad
Love it and they are helpful
The rudest people Ive ever met! I will never go here again, ever. If you want a Pharmacy that goes above and beyond check out Chris Pharmacy. They also have a staff that is professional and treat customers with respect.
Rude, dont try to help, only 2 people in pharmacy even remotely act like they know what they are doing. I walked in with a prescription for diabetic testing meter and supplies and the tech said they didnt carry it, I walked over to the shelf and picked it up myself and pointed to the test strips and lancets behind her and asked nicely for her to get them for me. She then told me my insurance wouldnt pay for it when I had a letter in my hand that stated clearly from them it did.( And if youre wondering it was the Acci-chek Aviva Connect with Aviva plus test strips and fast clix lancets which is covered by medicare). Every time the doctor calls or sends a prescription I have to physically go there and tell them my Dr sent it and I want it otherwise they dont fill it at all. One black lady that changes her hair color often and the older white guy are the only two that are remotely competent, all the other pharmacy staff need to go back to school to learn basic human skills much less how to be pharmacy technicians.
Tech was nice, but pharmacy is way too slow!
Employees are helpful but prices are high. If its not on sale I wouldnt buy items from here.
The pharmacy staff unabashedly profiled my friend based on the medicine she takes and treated her very badly. She now no longer uses Walgreens or shops there. She is a deacon at a local church and was nothing but polite. Unbelievable...
Truly the worst experience with a pharmacy that I have ever had. I have been a client for years, and recently noticed a mistake that had been made in filling my medication. When I called to ask how and why this happened, they did nothing but blame me. They were not sympathetic to my current state (the flu and insomnia aren’t a good mix) whatsoever, and did not even attempt to rectify the mistake. I work in a clinic environment, and if I ever treated our clients the way I was treated over the phone today, I would be out of a job. I never write bad reviews on a place just because of my own inconvenience, but this was just absurd. The store should be ashamed of their horrible customer service, and lack of even trying to retain a client. Moving all of my scripts to another pharmacy today.
They have an extremely rude staff! And the wait time for pick-ups is ridiculous!
Customer service is lacking
The rudest people Ive ever dealt with. The black Pharmacist needs a happier job.
Rude black lady that waited on me in the drive through today I got my prescription and went else where
I went in to print pictures from my phone. Melissa helped me through the process and took the time to listen to what I needed even trimming down a picture I printed to fit an odd sized plaque I had.
The pharmacy has some of the most rude and slow people working there its only two people that work back there that actually care enough about customer service the rest can go
Lazy and rude.
Love this place.very helpful
Customer service is not their forte. After a couple less than desirable experiences Ive taken my business across the street to Rite Aid.Sorry guys.Wait...no Im not. Customer service is your problem.
Customer service is pretty poor.
The pharmacy people suck!
Slowest pharmacy I have ever seen!! No line by the way! Rude staff!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
